Man the staff is just beyond amazing always willing to squeeze in a quick patch when other locations just ignore you. This is by far and away the best tire kingdom in North Florida. This location will always get my business. Thank you for being awesome.

Today I got a flat tire and took my van to Tire Kingdom to try and figure out what had happened and what I had to do to either fix or replace the tire. Even though they seemed to be short staffed, Matt to GREAT care of me. He immediately took off my tire, figured out the cause and repaired the tire. It all happened so quickly which was wonderful because I was not in a position to leave it there and pick it up later. I am so grateful to Matt for his kindness and consideration. I will definitely be going back there for my tire needs!!!

Called. No answer. Google states they close at 7pm so decided to drive to the store since no one answered the phone. Pulled up at 5:25 to see if they could do a quick oil change. No one was in the office. All of the workers are standing around doing nothing. I stick my head out the door to ask them if they could do an oil change since they have zero cars in the garage. He proceeds to tell me no because they are closing at 6pm. I informed him the hours on the website state 7pm and also it doesnt take 40 min to do an oil change. He refused my service. Will never return.

I arrived with my car on a tow truck right at 6pm. The nice gentleman informed me they were closed, close at 6 and I told them I needed a tire replaced. They were so nice and quick and did it for me even though they were technically closed. Highly recommend!!!

Showed up early to an appointment and they started work immediately on my tire fix. Got me all sorted out quick and easy. Great experience.

I bought a set of 4 tires from Tire Rack and had them shipped to Tire Kingdom for installation. I made an appointment to have the tires installed. First, they told me to wait two to three hours. Thats a long time to wait, but okay. Then they about doubled the Tire Rack installation price (that they contracted). A quick call to Tire Rack and the issue was cured. Tire Rack would refund me the difference, great! I geared up to wait the two to three hours, so I took a walk. When I returned to Tire Kingdoms waiting room a unmasked installer came to my table, leaned over and asked what are you doing tomorrow? They said they had become too busy. What I was seeing first hand was a train wreck of an operation. Every business is entitled to a bad day, but this place was a disaster of incompetence.

Tire Kingdom is usually a reliable business for me, however every time I have been to this location is has been a miserable experience. . Today I had scheduled appointment for an oil change at least 24 hours before the time of appointment. upon arrival I was told that they did not have the filter needed for the oil change and I would have to wait longer. When i asked for an estimate on how long I did not receive a clear answer instead the man questioned me about why I was in a rush and then proceeded to tell me that if I gave them a notice I wouldnt have to wait longer. After that I read the work order emailed to me and saw that I was being up charged to a full synthetic oil change which is not what I asked for. I asked him to change it to conventional and he refused so I left. I am extremely frustrated with the time I wasted today over a service that I have gotten from this company multiple times. I will not be returning to this location.

Had a slow leak in one of my tires. I went to a tire Kingdom on Blanding and College they were super busy and not able to fit me in, but a worker there put air in the tire for me and called the store on the corner of Blanding and Kingsley to see if they could fit me in. He came back out and said they’re waiting on you head that way drove to that store in and out in 15 minutes nail found tire fixed! Great service and friendly people!

Came in for new tires this morning and ended up getting a leveling kit along with some sick brand spankin new tires. I was more than satisfied with the service. I will bring g all my vehicles here from now on and plan on doing routine maintnence with them through a commercial account. Cant wait to see what else these guys can do.

This place is amazing! 1 day I had a tire go flat and they repaired it for me and didnt even charge me, put the tire back on for me and everything! Super awesome staff! Matt is the best! A few days after that I decided to get new tires on another vehicle and they ordered my tires and had then the following morning! Very fast. They took the old tires off, put new on and did the alignment so fast! All the staff I dealt with had great attitudes, funny and very sweet. Thank you Matt, Brain and Josh yall are the best. I highly recommend everyone to go here. I wont go anywhere else anymore!!!!

Called and spoke to Matt, whom Ive dealt with on several occasions, and asked if he had time to fix a screw in my tire (center tread). Was told, Absolutely. Come on.Arrived, Matt was on computer, and his slack-jawed smirking tech looked me in the eyes and tells me, Its gonna be 4-5 hours.Matt turned to say, Dont do him like that. I left. Last time I think anythings going to change for the better here.

I brought my car into Shop because of AC issues, They were not able to fix the problem, the car has the new advance system that they are not able to operate on it. Instead they damage the front bumper while getting the car into the shop with the yellow lifter . The passenger right side of the bumper was all smashed.The front desk guy was very nasty . He said that he does not care about the incident and that I can do whatever I want .I have been using this place for tires for my cars for several years And I am not going back there anymore.If you bring your car there be sure you take pictures of your car before letting them to touch it .An by the way their AC guy is a Joke . He has no clue what he is talking about . I think he likes to do little jobs only .Avoid this place as Much as you can !

Received a friendly greeting when I got there...the manager and employee established rapport with me, and got my new tires installed quickly and efficiently! They were helpful and answered my questions, like they always do. Very happy with the service and pricing I consistently get at this Tire Kingdom location...I drive right past a Tire Kingdom that is one mile from my home to go to this one, they are awesome!

If they suggest that something should be done- they thoroughly explain the process, pros/cons, and will take you to your vehicle and show you exactly why they are suggesting the service (-respectfully, breaking it down to your understanding). They will show you supporting comparison charts, etcetera. They understand that customers sometimes have limited resources and will find a deal for you/ give you a breakdown of services in the order of importance. TRUE customer service at its finest. You will feel like you are in a Mom & Pops business- not a national chain. You are greeted by your name as you enter, and they are proficient. You will not sit and wait for hours. If you leave- you are called with updates! They have great coffee/tea and the bathroom has tissue, soap, and paper towels- True story! I love that Management & employees work as a well oiled machine! It says a lot about the management when the employees are SO happy! ❤ the employee diversity-specifically, 2 AWESOME young/talented mechanics...one is a girl!!!!!!!

I stopped by there and mechanic was on top of everything immediately. He aired up my tire and once we seen that was not gonna work he searched for a tire. He offer to order one but unfortunately I could not wait so they put on my spare. Little do he know I will most definitely be back later.

The Tire Kingdom associate (I believe was the manager, the name of the closing sales associate on the invoice is the manager ) greeted me 10 minutes after I arrived. No one was at the desk when I got there. His facial expression and attitude appeared irritated and frustrated, as if I were an inconvenience. I handed the man my appointment print out which indicated the time of the appointment and the type of service I requested online. He glanced at it and handed it back. As expected he recommended additional services. I declined, but reconsidered and informed him that I would approve the other two services that he recommended. At check out, the total was larger than expected. The man charged me for a Full Synthetic Oil change after I requested a Synthetic Blend Oil change. The promotional price I got online was $34.82 for Synthetic Blend. He charged me $79.99 for Full Synthetic. I handed him the printout again. This time he actually looked at the printout and realized that he made a mistake. Instead of owing up to his mistake and instead charge me for what I requested, he flat out said I had to pay for the service because I got a Full Synthetic oil change. The prices for the wheel alignment and brake system flush were not what was quoted either. I reluctantly paid for the services. Arguing this matter would have gotten me no where. This man made no effort to make this right. He ignored the online service requested, he didnt commit to his quoted prices, and he made no attempt to make this right.

I noticed there was a nail in my tire last week and I was having difficulty finding someone to fix it on such short notice - it seemed like every tire repair place was filled to the gills! I finally called Tire Kingdom and they said to bring it on over and they would make sure to fix it before they close at 7pm (I called around 5:30pm). When I brought it in, the manager inspected it along with a tech and notified me that the tire was unable to be patched because the angle of the nail entry was too close to the tire wall and it was not up and down - it was at a diagonal. They quoted me a fair price for a new tire and installed it before they closed. I was impressed with the level of service and efficiency. Highly recommend if you are in a bind and need help!

Not enough employees, wait time was 4hrs

After 3 alignments they were still unable to do anything properly. The caster and camber bolts were left loose. They tried to sell me new brake pads stating that was Part of the issue. The pads were near brand new and totally unrelated. The truck was still all over the road. Poor customer service and techs. Stay away.

Awesome experience dealing with the guys at this Orange Park location. Starting with the manager Gary. He was very professional and didnt try and sell me something that I didnt want or need. I had to get 4 new tires and an alignment. It was reasonably priced and I have walked away with complete confidence that if I ever need tires again for either vehicle I will be coming back here. Thank you! For the first time in a long time I have had work done without feeling like I got ripped off!

They can’t fix a lot of stuff . If it is hard and requires skill they usually will punt it off to the dealership...

The wait is pretty awful. Even when you make an appointment, be prepared to wait. The appointments dont mean anything, just makes a customer feel better to see their name on a screen behind the counter. Three and a half hours for an oil change? Give me a break. Everyones time is worth more than this.

Got my tire fixed for my three hour drive home

I work for a competitor and was impressed with the service here.Came in for a set of specific tires that I could not get my hands on through my work so I was forced to use Tire Kingdom. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Brad, I explained to him I just came from the south Tire Kingdom location next to enterprise and was extremely dissatisfied with the way I was treated at the south blanding location. Brad went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Honored the online price and provided excellent service.

Staff at this location is great Quick Service and three vehicles on the lift and I was getting four tires I was there less than an hour. 👍

Ray was awesome. Went above and beyond to get me the best deal on my tires. Really cool guy and he made time for me even though it was slammed I will be a customer here for good . Gary was awesome too, really knowledgeable and good to his employees. Love these guys

Wonderful experience! I called because my rear lights wouldnt turn off, and talked to Gary (who encouraged me to come in). Came right in and got prepared to wait...and was done before I could finish a chapter in my book.I have anxiety and get panic attacks normally when I go somewhere new (especially anything involving car repair). Everyone here was so attentive, friendly, and really helpful in explaining what the issue with my truck was/what was done to repair it.If you have anxiety issues, I can NOT recommend this location enough!Hopefully I wont have to be back soon, but whenever I need any sort of car help, ill be back here.

Gary at Tire Kingdom on Blanding & Kingsley was very honest in replacing two tires but not up selling unneeded services. I had gone to Tires Plus and was told I needed an alignment, 4 tires, road hazard & a new battery when I really didn’t. I will totally use Tire Kingdom again

What a place!The AC guy is telling me that he needs to remove my engine to get to compressor in my car.I already knew that was not the case.This guy is not willing to work in anything that takes time even if you are willing to paid, Instead he told me to go the Agency to get the compressor changed.One of my neighbors told me that he can help me to change the compressor in his workshop. It took sometime and I got the job done for 325 dollars (cost of the compressor)Do not waist your time with this people, instead go to the Agency ( Their recommendation, LOL)

This store does a ton of business! Ive taken my cars there for years (and other Tire Kingdom locations). I think they try very hard to accommodate everyone. Wemt in Black Friday, but had to make an appointment for Saturday, but they took care of me. My damages werent as bad as I thought so thanks to the crew for their honesty and dedication to their customers!

Showed up today, 12/2/18. They had the tires I wanted in stock, and were ready to go. Mr. TOM mounted my tires and completed my alignment that I purchased. When I left everything was perfect. I watched Mr. Tom to make sure he wasnt going to run my lugs down with an impact. He took his time, and did everything with care to make sure the job was done right. Watched him put a tq wrench on everything to make sure they were proper. My alignment was out, and Tom did an awesome job, truck drives perfect! If you go here, ask for Tom to do the work. He is the older gentleman. Thank you Tom!

Professional from the managers - particularly Gary Doran, Service Mgr. - and mechanics, especially Jose, were outstanding in their services to me. All done in a timely manner.

I used to not mind spending such a ridiculous amount of money on an oil change but they tell you that it comes with a tire rotation and an inspection and on and on. The last two times i took my car there they either did a bad job or literally didnt do what i paid them to do. Not impressed at all.

Ive taken my truck and car to other places and then tire kingdom and price usually cheaper and they even saved me abt 1500 once when one place said it was my tie rods and found out it wasbt at all just needed a wheel alignment!!!

Although service of oil change was done this place has no concern of customers time. Took 20 minutes to get checked in. Guy at desk is so consumed with chicken pecking the keyboard and smacking the mouse its incredibly annoying. Place was not busy my car was taken in about 25 minutes after write up, oil change was completed in about 45 minutes, but I was ignored as the guy at desk was consumed with the computer..pecking at keyboard...OMG..oblivious to surroundings. Took additional 30 minutes to get my keys so I could get out of there. First visit will be my last visit. Time is $$ and paying a fast lube 10.00 more to be on my way in 15-20 minutes vs. 2+ hours is money well spent.I will say guy at counter was friendly and courteous, maybe he is overwhelmed??? If so a good manager would realise shortcomings and make adjustments as needed. This is not happening at this location. Place is really dumpy inside lobby/waiting area and needs massive freshening, again good management would realise shortcomings.Location is very customer uninviting.

I absolutely love the techs at this tire kingdom. While my customer experience with their csa was awful the technician working on my car was wonderful and informative seemed to really know what she was talking about. I believe her name was Savannah. I didnt even want to deal with who ever the young guy working the counter was he just gave off a poor attitude and like he didnt really care. I think he spent more time smoking cigarettes in the shop than taking care of customers in the hour or so I was there. Still very pleased with the services performed.

New tires so far so good. But the oil change a different story. I thought they checked the fluids not in my car. I had zero fluid the car ran hot. I had to get the fluids and do it myself. Cannot ever expect anyone to do what they say anymore. Dissappointed.

The prices arent bad but the service is the real selling point. Dont get your cat worked on anywhere else. The guy at the front desk is super friendly. The technicians are excellent at explaining what is wrong with my car. The never pressure me to buy something I dont need. I just took my car in today because it was making a noise. I was worried there was something wrong with the control arm or something. They checked everything that could have been causing that noise and I ended up only needing an alignment. I cant tell you how relieved I am.

I brought my car into Tire Kingdom off of Blanding in Orange Park, FL in June 2017 to have the a/c looked at, they said they couldnt find any leaks and recharged my a/c for $170. Six months later, my a/c is blowing hot air again, this happened during the winter when my a/c wasnt needed so I let it go for a little bit. I brought my car back to the same Tire Kingdom on 04/03/2018, they recharged my a/c again and put a dye in it to see where the leak is coming from, this cost me $260. I pick my car up, they dont tell me anything except to bring it back in a couple of weeks to see where the leak is coming from. I get in my car, turn the air on, still blowing hot, I drive off, drive around for about 10 minutes, still hot air. I bring it back, the front desk guy is on the phone, has seen that I walk in, does not acknowledge me, then finally acknowledges me, I tell him the car is still blowing hot air, he calls in a mechanic and tells him that my car is still blowing hot. I walk up to the counter as the mechanic is walking in, the front desk man is whispering to the mechanic, as soon as I reach the desk, they stop. They look at my car, tell me its the evaporator core that needs to be replaced and will cost $935. So Im out almost $300 for them to not even have fixed anything. Horrible, horrible company and I will NEVER be bringing my car back to them again.

I let these people do an oil change on my girlfriends car. I got it back a quart low on oil and the radiator overflow was empty. The oil wasnt very clean when I checked it. I am going to have to check the oil filter to make sure it was even changed. This car has 80,000 miles on it and has never used or leaked any fluids. I didnt realize how this place did business, and let them flush the brakes. I am going to have to get it double checked now for safetys sake.Buyer beware!

Worst customer experience ever. I had a nail in my tire and they told me it wasnt repairable which was a lie according to many other people. So wasted $100, after also they didnt honor the roadside hazard. All they want is money. Also waited 2 hours for them to fix that. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT HORRIBLE SERVICE AND RUDE EMPLOYEES.

Tire selection is comparable to its competitors and service is okay, but I had very little success with getting issues with the tires I purchased resolved for almost 18 months. I purchased a portable air compressor just to keep my tires inflated, and taking them in for inspection and repair only resulted in being told someone is messing with [me].

Got appt for 11:30 am. Vehicle got not touch until 1:35pm for a simple oil change. Only reason why was taken in because I went to pick the car up and was not even pull it in the bay..... horrible service... never again.

Where do I start? !!!!WOMEN-DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!! CUSTOMER SINCE 2002!!!! BEWARE. Went in for a new tire as it had a slow leak... I knew it was a slow leak, I knew the tire needed to be replaced... period. On 04/04/19 they were told the front passenger tire was the one that needed to be replaced. Called to check on the vehicle several hours later (because the replacement tire had to be ordered from another store... no problem) they informed us they just received the tire and oh which tire was it again? they were told the incorrect tire, called back within minutes and said Im sorry not the front driver side but the front passenger side.. No problem we found the leak we replaced the correct one. Driving the next day to Alabama noticed the tire was leaking... after a long day of traveling and visiting family didnt think anything about it. Realized on Sunday that wrong tire was changed. Called Brad right away at Tire Kingdom Bring it in Monday, we will take care of you. Cool, awesome, what a relief...pffft. Went in and encountered RUSS, what an awful human. The nasty, rude opposition that we met right away was laughable. Russ refused to help. We were told we would have to wait for Brad because he (the manager) would not do anything for us. He stated he would not fix the mistake and that our old tire had to be scrapped. That we would have to buy another one... He would not reach out to Brad for over an hour and then LIED and said Brad never told us he would take care of us and it was our fault for telling them the wrong tire ( even though they should have had that information on intake). All of this was done in the back behind a door so I could not hear their conversation. RUSS was very condescending and should not be in the role he is in. ON TOP OF THAT Russ magically found my perfectly good scrapped tire AFTER AN HOUR AND A HALF... I then called MIKE BLAKEWELL (the district manager), which if this is the type of leadership that goes on I can see why Russ is able to work the way he is. Mike listened to me patiently- at first. He then proceeded to tell me that something must have been wrong with the original tire that they took off or else they would not have taken it off. I tried to explain to him that after taking countless trips to put air in MY TIRE I knew which one was leaking and which one was perfectly good. I also asked why if it was policy to check all the tires when changing one, they would not have found the leak in the tire that had been previously patched and that I knew was bad... and further more why they would be okay putting a bad tire back on my car after it had been scrapped. I was then told by Mike that he could see why Russ was having such an ISSUE WITH ME because I interrupted him and thats not how adults speak to each other... um what?! Mike went on to tell me that BOTH of the tires were bad and that if that is not the case it was again our fault for telling them the wrong tire. I then asked if I was allowed to speak and he told me that that is not necessary. I am 33 years old and have NEVER in my adult life been spoken to like I am a child OR a stupid woman. Needless to say I have my scrapped tire back on my car (you know the one MIKE said had to have been bad)....and its holding air justtttt fine. Spoke to Brad and hes the one who recommended RUSS look for our original tire and just replace the bad one (he also stated Russ was a you know what)...these are the geniuses that need to be running TIRE KINGDOM certainly not RUSS or MIKE. Oh well I will never ever return nor recommend. WOMEN-DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!

Tire Kingdom on Blanding has the best price for 4 new tires compared to anywhere else I called for pricing. 4 new tires 49.99 each (plusses installation fees) came to $273. Other places were 75 to 80 per tire. They were very friendly and informative. They honor the military discount.

Walked in and was asked to wait my turn because thare were two people ahead of me. Not a problem. I patiently waited almost 20 minutes for my turn that never came. In walks a lady who is apparently a friend of an employee and the service manager stops helping the customer he was with to attend to her along with skipping me. Like her, I was there to make an appointment for service but I guess friends get prefential treatment and gets priority over customers already who are being waited on or waiting!

Needed a tire New Years day at 4:45 and they where open and very nice I walked in and they got me out in less then an 45 minutes.

I would NEVER go back there or recommend them to anyone they put me and my 10 month old baby on the road knowing I was traveling to Memphis with a tire that was about to blow out at any given moment and they told me all my tires were in excellent shape it was the wheel bearing that needed to be replaced but wasnt to bad to get on the road they made me wait an hour and half half I came in 30 minutes before they closed just to rush me out

I went in there hoping to get the other three tires to match the one I had put on the other day from the store on the Southside. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice but he didnt have the tires in stock and recommended to other locations that might have them

Me and my company used to frequent this store. Enough so a tech recognized me from just being in there and said they would help. In comes mister manager who was instantly and obviously more concerned with being able to leave at closing time. I came in at 6:32 and he told me cut off was 6:30. Store hours said 7. I needed 1 tire changed. 1. WHO TURNS DOWN BUSINESS DURING BUSINESS HOURS!? I guarantee corporate would be all over that. Not only that but he was happy to ramble off another tire shop like it was nothing. Already been to the shop and my tire is changed. Its 7:03. Management award of the year: turn down $100 over 3 minutes. Youll go far in life!?! LoL

Bought new tires with the recommended warranty. The tires were defective from the beginning but conveniently wasnt the type of defect covered under their warranty. Horrible products with horrible customer service--dont go here!

Came in yesterday to have a coolant flush and fill due to overheating. Git a call that the waterpump needed to replace so 350.00 and 8 hours later, I left with my car. On my way home. The car got a little hotter then usual. This morning its completely over heated twice. Ill call this morning and see what they have to say

Everyone here looks, acts like they have a stick up their a** and cant move. Service your customers or someone else will. The customer service was mediocre, I almost wanted to offer them coffee to fix them.

One Hour waiting at this place!!! This place is a Joke!!! I had 3 small nails, and they said they couldnt fix, They cant compete with the other Guys!!! They always have a excuse just to sell you New Tires. This place sucks. Never again I rather give my Money to the competition.

Bolt broke on my alternator. They said I needed a new alternator. Went to another shop and they simply took the broken bolt out and replaced with a new bolt for $100 instead of the hundreds they were going to charge me for a new alternator that I didnt need. Dont go here. They are shady!

The tech seem to be nice but the person behind the prices talk to much and been waiting for over 40 min just to get a price on replace Inc a belt how crazy is this I will not ever come back here I feel for the tech they have nothing to do about it but need to replace that person behind the counter talk to much bull and has customer waiting for long time

NEVER will I go here again or recommend anybody to go here. I dropped my car off Sunday afternoon around 2 pm to have my back passenger side tire replaced since it blew due to a nail in my tire. Which at that time me and my bf were told that they were going to top off the fluid in my car, check the air in the tires as well as look at every tire and make sure there were no other nails in any of them. Now here it is Tuesday and on my way to work my back driver side tire blew, Mind you when we dropped It off Sunday the other 3 tires were fine and nothing was wrong with them. I called tire kingdom and spoke with a guy name rusty who was extremely rude to me and told me that it was nothing that they did that I had to of hit something on the road which im still not sure how that happened since I went from tire kingdom to work, work straight home then from home to work NONE of the driving was on a highway or in a construction zone. He then proceeded to tell me that they didnt over inflate my tire or do anything wrong since my max psi is 38 and they went up to 35 which if you look the max psi is 35. When I informed RUSTY that I am 8 weeks pregnant and that my tire blowing like this was a big concern and that im grateful that it didnt happen on the highway he had no remorse and told me that it wasnt there fault that the tire blew and that it was something I did to the car. DONT GO HERE EVER!!!!!!!!
