I was always a loyal customer at this location. I was told I needed a new oil pan and brought it somewhere else to get a second opinion. Come to find out my oil pan was fine, but I need a new drain plug because mine was TAKEN OUT by one of their mechanics. So thanks for costing me $100 and trying to scam me out of $600 goodyear lol. Bring your business elsewhere!

They dont pressure me to do extra things for my car and I really appreciate that, but they do offer suggestions. Needed an alignment - even though my car drives fine, I had 2 tire treads get slung off from one particular side. Ive always used this Goodyear, and as usual they did a great job. My only gripe is when making an appointment, waiting for thirty minutes after the appointment time to actually get my car in is a nuisance.

Good prices for the 4 tires I needed. I shopped around before going with this store, the prices were better than the local competition. Store manager was very helpful and nice. Made sure I was able to get a ride to my house while work was done on my car. Would recommend and I will go back for tires and service.

I stopped by with my mom in her car to get the air pressure checked in all the tires because the low tire pressure light came on in her car. We were told that one tire had about 19 pressure in it and that it should have around 34. It was suggested that maybe there was a slow leak. We agreed to have the tire checked. It ended up that there was a screw in the the causing the leak. The technician was immediately able to repair it. When we went to leave, my mom went to pay for the service, but was not charged for it. How great was that? My mom, a senior citizen, was given prompt, superb service at no charge. What a great group of guys and awesome management! Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience, knowledgeable technicians and speed. Very honest and did not try to sell things i did not need. They did advise what was suggested at the mileage from the manufacturer but no pressure, they get it. I have been to plenty of other automotive stores in the past but none that really gave me a reason to come back. This store blew me away with my experience and made me feel like it was all about me and not just another car. I will definitely be returning to this store, they earned my business for life!

They posted a free flat tire repair post I went there fore my flat tire to get service if it is really free. But their target is not to give you a free tire repair service, but to make you buy their tires telling you that your tire is out of service and will not be fixed. This is modernized harassment to customer. My tire has just a nail. They can take out the nail and fill it easily. So frustrating. Waited 2 hours and no service. Bad!!!!

First of all ima say the technician Walter is awesome and also Richard is kool and very knowledgeable with over 40 years experience everyone else act like they need attitude adjustments. If you have anything u need to check on you car you should be able without a big hassle like if watching an alignment is so dangerous. I would advise if u come ask when Walter working or it’s not worth it.

Everyone who works here now is so accommodating and professional. They are very trustworthy and fair with their prices. They go above and beyond for me and I appreciate their work. I used to take my Jeep Liberty there and now my mustang and couldnt be happier!

After the change in management, everyone seems to have their things together. At first it was a bit rocky, but now any issue I can think of (rude staff, unreliable service, bad time estimation) is nonexistent.Im still a little hesitant to continue using their services, however from the past few visits Im sure Ill still be going to them for as long as Im in the area.Edit: Im learning a bit more about how this location operates. Theyre great at replacing tires, changing your oil, aligning your tires, rotations, etc.However, theyre absolutely God-awful at changing light bulbs. This is the second time I went to this particular location to have rear light bulbs changed, and each time they take for-freaking-ever to change them.The first time around, they forgot to change them after doing other services, but decided to change them outside of the shop, in the dark. The technician was fumbling around in my trunk doing what I assume was his best work with no lighting and ended up taking it back in the shop because he couldnt see. My knee instantly turned into iron from watching him work on light bulbs in the dark (its an iron knee... get it?)This second time around, one of the techs was tasked with finding a bulb to replace the burnt out rear bulbs. She apparently gave the head tech the wrong bulb, right before hightailing it out of the shop.For the second time, what was supposed to be an hour job took more than twice the time estimated.How many Goodyear techs does it take to change a light bulb?Dont get me wrong, I still like this location and will probably keep going to Goodyear for the foreseeable future. I wont, however, go to them for changing a damn light bulb.

Amazing service here. The technicians know what they are doing, and dont try to BS you like some other places. Theyve taken great care of both my vehicles for the last two years, and I know of no other place Id trust my vehicles to be serviced in the city.

Took in an RV with difficult to reach valve stems. Another tire shop had completely buggered up the tire pressure on all 6 wheels. They took their time, figured out the correct tools, got it done right!

I have bought four tires from them and they have looked at my car various times over the past year. If they could not fix it, they let me know and recommended other places to have it done. Some places will try to fix it and end up doing more work because of inexperience. They have always been friendly and helpful and I believe extremely honest in their appraisal of the situation.

The mechanic I spoke with claimed that he couldnt ensure that my truck could be aligned properly due to the replacement control arms I had installed on the truck. The control arms are O.E.M. style that do not differ from factory equipment, so hearing this from them didnt give me a good feeling. Additionally, they refused to install the Pittman arm I brought them because company policy is that they must order all parts they put on your vehicle. Pittman arm was brand new, and still in its box.I decided to bring my truck to a place that ryhmes with bep poys and they had no issue installing the part I brought them or performing the alignment.

Wonderful service. I was in and out in a timely manner and staff was friendly and courteous.

I came in to patch a tire, unfortunately they found there was another hole from where it had went flat and I drove it to the gas station. They quoted me a price, I said it was steep for what i was looking to pay, he cut the price by $100. I called a couple other stores, foun a cheaper deal, then they matched the other stores price, very friendly and helpful.

Went in to get my car serviced on Saturday July 7th and Dylan and Tony had me in and out very quick. Great service and very professional, I will be back.

Went in for a standard oil change which came with a free tire rotation. When I left, the car felt wobbly. Turns out the tires were imbalanced after they rotated them. Took the car back to have them correct the issue, however the problem remained. Finally took the car back a third time (my wife is there now) and hopefully they will get it right this time. Although my experience here was frustrating to say the least, they were always very professional and willing to try and correct the problem with no charge - this is why I am giving 3 stars. Only wish they would have compensated us for our time and struggle with a coupon for a free oil change or something (although I will probably not be back to this location).

Well...we were the only customers there and it took them three hours to complete our vehicle. They completely messed up the wheel alignment, so badly, that we had to take it somewhere else to get it properly done. Now the wheel base is messed up and we will have to spend MORE money to get that fixed! Thanks for nothing.

Great service and prices

I had the worst experience at this Goodyear store. I felt like I was being conned by the manager. I was told I would qualify for a $30 rebate, but I only received $15 dollars. When I went back for an explanation, I was told that $15 dollars were instant rebate. I specially asked the manager, Andrea multiple times if I qualified for $30 rebate. Also, while I got my tires changed, I was told my alignment was out, that it would cost $80 dollars for one time service or 160 for a three year program, I declined. I driven on the interstate going 70 miles an hour with my hands off, and I felt no pull. It makes me angry to think a person in would provide such a poor customer service and taking advantage of peoples hard earned money.

Bought 4 tires, with road hazard protection, with three years of alignments for about 400$ less than I would have paid for at the dealership. Great customer service!

I have used this location multiple times in the past but, after my latest experience I will NEVER go back! Took my truck to have three tires checked out because of slow leaks. There were no vehicles in the shop ahead of me and there was only one car that came in while I was waiting. After one hour I was told that they fixed one nail hole in one of the tires. They stated that the other two needed to be replaced. I told them that I was not prepared to replace them at that time and just to put them back on the truck. Forty minutes later they returned and told me I was ready to go but that the spare tire storage would not raise the tire all the way back up under the truck. I looked and the tire was just dangling under the truck maybe a foot off the ground. They had put the tire back under the truck upside down and over tightened the cable which bound it up. After showing my dissatisfaction they spent another twenty minutes getting that straightened out. Two hours at the store and all of the tires still leak. Including the one they claimed they fixed. I would recommend the Firestone on Blanding Blvd next to Petsmart.

My wife took her camaro ss in for a slow leak in the tire. Car and tires have 16k miles on them. Only a year old. They found a nail and told her that they could not fix it because the tires were to worn and gave her an option to spend over 600 dollars on 2 rear tires. Watch out ladies this is a typical lets screw over a woman shop.The tires are in great condition and just need a nail removed. Already called the shop to complain. Taking my business elsewhere and would advise you to do the same.

They change managers for some stupid reason like we change underwear. Only 2 mechanics work anything. Very slow service and if u have an appointment. That doesnt help at all. They work at turtle speed

2nd opinion saved me $550 (515 plus tax) Bucks!!! Ok so here is my issue…I normally take my 2007 Yaris to non-dealer locations to save some money throughout the year while performing small maintenance issues ie oil changes, filter changes and tires stuff. However, I always took the Yaris into either Keith Pierson or Arlington Toyota for bigger ticket repairs brakes, shocks struts, tune ups etc….I have never had any issues except this last one I write to you about.1st visit. I had new rear brakes installed and rotors resurfaced. After approximately a couple of weeks my car was making a whooping sound when braking…OK, not a mechanic but something was off with the breaks…2nd Visit. Took the car in and they resurfaced the brakes and told me they no longer heard the noise so I was good to go. A couple of weeks later, again the same whooping noise coming from the rear brakes. Took it back to the dealer.3rd Visit. This is the 3rd time I have showed up when the same issue. So the technician received the vehicle did an additional inspection and came back with the rear bearings needed to be replaced and that would set me back $515 bucks….Normally, I trust the dealer and if I would have had the money right there I would have paid them…Fortunately, I was unable to pay for the service at the time.However, I was unable pay for the service right away and continued with the vehicle making the same whooping sound until I was able to budget for the repair. Fortunately, I was coming up on another oil change date, so I took it to where I normally go…Goodyear on Wells. I dropped off the car and asked if by any chance they do 2nd opinions on vehicles, they said yes…And while I had my oil changed they inspected and re-adjusted my brakes….Thank you Goodyear, you saved me over $550 bucks!Please feel free to view images of my visits, this is not an angry customer making stuff up…Thank you Goodyear for serving me and saving me money!

Made an appointment for an oil change and was there for TWO hours. An oil change. Seriously? Considering the price I paid, I wont be coming back.

Went in for a leak in the transmission, they wanted $379, I called Mike Shad Ford got it done for $179 Goodyear even diagnosed the wrong issue, glad I had Mike Shad fix it. This was a great shop, but constant employee turnover has ruined this place.

I had my oil changed at Good Year on Wells Rd Orange Park. They claimed that they also changed my fuel filter. Come to find out, my fuel filter was old and clogged after my friend checked it and finally changed it. Because of that old fuel filter my car would shake constantly. They just wanted me to keep coming back with that issue, so they can keep charging me for more work that I dont need. They were either stupid and forgot to change my fuel filter or they didnt change my fuel filter on purpose. I ended up paying almost $400, because they said my car is probably shaking because I need a new radiator.One of their employee forgot to give me my $20 change when I paid cash. He was just talking to me and smiling instead of giving me my change. I left forgetting about my change. I was also extremely tired that day. Then when I came back the same day for my $20, he treated me like Im stupid. Very unprofessional place. I dont recommend it.Thanks to my friend - mechanic, I spent $12 for my fuel filter and all my problems with shaking are solved.
