I have a 2012 Toyota Avalon that I bought brand new and love. It’s now almost 10 years old and has 95,000 miles on it. For years I was bringing it back to the dealership for its general maintenance. NOT ANYMORE! It’s so wonderful to have finally found a family owned mechanic shop that I can trust. I had tried a couple other ‘shade tree’ mechanics before and felt totally screwed. I 100% recommend Worldwide Auto for all your vehicle’s maintenance and repair needs. They are upfront, honest, fast, and reliable. I’ll never go anywhere else again.

My car wouldnt start. They were booked into next week, but they told me if I could get the car to them, they would look at it. I had it towed to their shop and sure enough, they jumped right on it. Turns out my battery was shot (was only a year old!). They replaced the battery and did a complete charging system check. I was out of there in about an hour for an extremely reasonable price. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Worldwide Automotive is filled with good people, excellent service, and great mechanics. They know what the dealerships won’t tell you and they share it willingly when something is wrong with your car.My wife’s car transmission was slipping and we asked them to do a diagnostic exam to find out what the problem was. They found out that her Nissan has a CVT transmission issue and we can get replaced for free at the dealership under 84,000 miles, which the dealership did not recall this issue or let us know about it, but we aren’t the only one’s. There honesty and service saved us thousands of dollars not including the discount on our diagnosis.We will continue to go with worldwide for our auto care needs and for the family owned experience.

I have a 2010 Volkswagen cc Turbo. I had taken the car to three other dealers to figure out where the oil leak was coming from. None could figure it out. I called Worldwide Automotive and they were super friendly and helpful from the start.They found out where the oil was leaking and fixed the car for a very fair price. Im happy to report no oil leaks and Im super excited and happy about that. They have earned a new customer in me for sure.5 Star rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Too expensive IMHO.Wanted $618 to change front brake pads and discs on my daughter BMW.I did it myself in approx 35 minutes each side at cost of $225 for parts.So nearly $400 saved for just over one hour work.No thanks.

A friend has always been very positive about this place, so I decided to give it a try with my granddaughters car. the dealership wanted to charge $130 to diagnose the leak inside the cabin. Took it to Worldwide and they fixed the problem for less than $60. thats integrity and honesty. My old Kia Rio had the hood jam shut Sunday night while I was staying nearby on a work project. Worried because I knew it was down a quart on oil and nervous about driving at highway speed, I took it to the nearest automotive shop the next morning, which wad WorldWide Automotive.The location was busy, as is normal for any automotive shop on Monday. However, the receptionist was understanding and sympathetic, and got me immediate help in the form of the owner.Within a few minutes the problem was (hopefully permanently) remedied, and I was back on the road to my work project, all at no charge. Its hard to find people who do business that way anymore, but these folks obviously do.

First time customer and will be back. Front desk staff were super nice and the price is definitely worth it. Came in for oil change, tire rotation and fuel injector cleaning. Elsewhere I was quoted 200$ alone for fuel injector services not including labor. Lets say for about that same price at world wide I was able to get all three services done with labor. Ill definitely be back for future maintenance and if I need any other mechanical issues looked at

Very thorough explained process of programming ECM in Mercedes C Class AC system. I talked to a half a dozen shops before I reached out to World Wide. Would not take my Mercedes anywhere else!! Very on costs as well!

My son-in-law suggested I give WorldWide a try and boy am I glad I did. I read the overwhelmingly positive reviews and have to admit I was a bit skeptical; no shop is that good. After my first experience, I get it. The staff/owners are friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. This place is AMAZING!! And so is everyone who works here! I have brought my 1994 Nissan Maxima here three times so far and every time they have always been honest and professional. The first time I brought it here to get my motor mounts done, they had informed me that my car wasn’t shifting properly. Then today, they spent ALL DAY fixing MULTIPLE things on my car, got my transmission shifting properly and even stayed an hour LATE so I could pick my car up tonight and not have to wait all weekend!! I did not have to ask them to do that they just did it! This is the only place I will bring my car to!! You guys are truly amazing!!!

Today was my first time ever coming here. I have a VW Jetta and it was nice going somewhere that specializes in the type of car I have. Other than that, the issue I had with my car was, the RPM was going crazy. I had no idea what was going on but they squeezed me in to run a diagnostic test, but come to find out it was my fault and I forgot to put the oil cap back on. They cleaned everything off and topped my oil back off. They were very professional and everyone there was really nice. I’ll defiantly be going there for my oil changes now and any other issue I have!

Integrity, honesty, and professionalism are the hallmarks of this family owned auto center that caters to customer needs at a reasonable cost.I took my 2014 Honda Civic there to analyze a series of dashboard lights(Power steering & VSA lights) which had flashed on my dashboard shortly after I had a tire replaced the previous day. I made an appointment the following day after screening the operation for outstanding reviews online. Upon arrival I thought that I would have a prolonged wait after seeing more than 15 vehicles parked at the center. I checked in and to my surprise, did not have to wait more than a minute before the receptionist (Carolyn) greeted me, and within minutes had a technician utilize analytical equipment to successfully detect and repair the problem. I was surprisingly, shocked to only be charged $28 for what would have been at least hundreds of dollars or more to solve the problem. The dashboard signals were immediately removed when I exited the area. I sincerely recommend World Wide Automotive to prospective clients as a Highly Ethical and Professional auto service center to meet your automotive needs. For these reasons it merits the highest quality performance rating of 5.

This automotive shop is extremely good. The customer service is spectacular; they make you feel like family with how straight forward and honest they are. I used to travel an 1hr away to go to my mechanic I’ve trusted for years not knowing who I could trust in Jacksonville and I feel so blessed to now have a European shop in Jax that’s actually reliable and so friendly plus the work is great quality which is soooo important.

We recently had Worldwide Automotive perform a variety of repairs on our aging (2006 with 240k miles) Mazda. We need to keep it going and make it safe for an upcoming teen driver...ugghh!I couldnt be happier with Worldwide - the work was done EARLIER than promised and at a LOWER price than originally estimated!Valerie took plenty of time and made extensive notes about the nature and timing of the cars problems, and that paid off with accurate diagnosis and excellent repairs. Im an engineer with more than million miles on the road over almost 40 years, so Ive developed a fine tuned BS and upselling sensor, and there was NONE of that. Everything was well-explained and made perfect sense.Valerie followed up within a day or so to make sure all was well, and it was.Their shop has a great vibe...the building itself is a metal box with several big garage bay doors as one would expect, but it has some pretty landscaping and the area is kept neat - no junkers lying around.The waiting area is bright and clean and has toys etc for kids. Everyone seemed cheerful. More importantly, theyve clearly mastered their craft and enjoy their work. I noticed a couple sophisticated European luxury cars having work done, so they are up for those challenges.I think it safe to say no one looks forward to major car repairs, but if you need them, try Worldwide...I havent seen their level of craft and service in an independent auto shop since growing up in a small town in the 1970s.It was a truly a refreshing and delightful experience!

Took car in to have a small job done was told I would get a call about the price within 15 mins, a hour later I called them and was told a price and agreed on price, then was told they were waiting on parts to get there and they would call me. About 20 mins later I get a call saying parts were there and that they were starting on my car (12:30pm) and it would take a hour to hour and a half. 45 mins later I get a call saying the technician now has to leave to go look at someone else’s car so mine wouldn’t be done until around 5 this afternoon. Very unprofessional and very displeased with their customer service. Will never take a vehicle there again or refer someone to their shop.
