Who doesnt like this place. As usual I over spend in there. It was worthy every penny

At my last visit i met a guy named Jaden and he’s an absolute natural at what he does. I helped me find what i was looking for and i would definitely be back to get more fragrances. He’s such a funny and lovable guy. He’s just so amazing. I also met a girl named poppy and the energy that she gives off is the purest. I just love it. :)

The store was very well organized and maintained, and the staff was very helpful! I was checked on a few times to see if I needed help with anything, and when I had a question about the availability of a product, I was immediately walked over to what I was looking for. Everyone was very friendly throughout the checkout process as well. The store was doing well to follow COVID guidelines, providing each person separate bags for shopping (instead of shopping baskets reused by multiple people), hand sanitizer at the front of the store, enforcing a limit to the number of people in the store at a time, and all employees wore masks. This was all very appreciated! Great store!

I love it here so much!! Yesterday I went in and for perfumes it was buy 3 get 2 free and I ended up getting five perfumes and 3 lotions. The worker love to help you and I definitely recommend coming here!

Staff was helpful, but the selection of items on sale was small--just a few scents. The email I received implied a larger selection of sale items. I will not go back to that location. I was ready to spend money, but found no scent I liked enough to pay full price.

1/1/2021 I went to use a holiday gift card I received. I agree with the other reviewer, they have their waiting line set up away from the door and it is easy to miss it. We walked up and started to look at the first display and heard the worker saying Maam, the line is over here. They were limiting people in the store due to Covid, but the way they had it set up was ridiculous, they had the line in the middle of the mall and people were just walking by in between the store and the line. And just a sticker on the floor that said where to enter and exit. It shouldve said Do not enter, look behind you for the line if you want to shop here. But we waited since my gift card was not going to work anywhere else. Didnt spend any extra money in there though. Management should rethink their setup there.

Went shopping with my brother today to get his girlfriend some Christmas gifts - I entered bath and body works from the very left side facing the door not even having realized there was a line, as when I visited the town center location two days ago, they had no line. A red haired girl approached us and raised her voice saying “I can’t have people like you in here when there’s a line.” I said, oh I’m sorry I didn’t even see it. She responded with “That’s why they have people like me out there” She was very rude and I would’ve gone and waited in the line, but everyone in the line was staring at us like we did something wrong, because of her attitude towards us. We truly did not see the line, she did not have to yell at us and embarrass us over a simple mistake. Will not go back

Great experience as always. I received the promo for the hand soaps for $2.95. I couldnt use my coupon to take 20% off because the soap wasnt marked off, there was a coupon code that had to be used to receive them for $2.95.

Even though it was chaotic and crowds of people for the candle sale, the staff at this store were absolutely wonderful. They went out of their way to be helpful with a smile on their face. Everyone I interacted with went beyond what they probably needed to do. I hope whoever is the owner of this store will acknowledge their staff. Thank you from me!

One of my favorite stores, but almost every time I go in the staff are very rude. Just called to see what time they open for candle day tomorrow and the lady said to look on the website and hung up. I don’t prefer this location at all, but I do love their products.

Just FYI to everyone wanting to do an even exchange on the same product just different smell as your told you can do is a lie they are faults advertising. SO if you have a smell you don’t like and want to switch it out but don’t have your recipe they won’t do an even exchange. If you gift someone Bath and Body Works product’s make sure you give the person your recipe or they will be stuck with a product they don’t want. Thanks Bath and Body Works for the horrible service and faults advertising.

This is my favorite store in the mall. I love their body sprays and stock up when they are running over of there amazing sales. You are guaranteed to smell good if you shop here lol. The staff is super friendly and the store is neat and organized.

Think the cashiers have a scam going to scan your free items and then forget to put them in your bag. You get home without a receipt and your free item and have no record of ever being in the store. Guess at the end of the day they have lots of loot of their own for free. This has happened to me twice in a row.
