We stopped by and there was something stuck in my son’s tablet. It took like a couple of minutes for him to take it out. He is very understanding. Great custom service and would definitely recommend.

Original Service date 10/19/19Old Owner- Dominic ( Not Friendly) Brought in Surface Pro 3 to get Battery Replace $96.30 . Dominic let me know that it might crack the screen because they have to take screen out to replace battery. I didn’t want to buy a new laptop so I took the chance. He call be an hour later letting me know the screen was crack. Will cause another $100+ to replace it. So I replace it.Battery life would only last 1 an half hour max.Took it back few months laterNew owner- Deal with David ( very Friendly) Let him know about battery life and screen wasn’t that responsive. He order part for me at his cost. I didn’t go back in for service until few months later. He still took care of it for me.Finally went in 08/14/20Pick it up 08/15/20Batterie life would still only last 1 hour and a halfIssue not resolved

I had a problem with my smartphone. Applications kept on crashing and I don’t know what to do! So I decided to bring my phone to this store and I really appreciate when the staff explained to me everything first before making a move. You knowing what they’re doing is what makes me feel at ease. I just really love how caring they are to their customer’s gadgets. Plus their services are really budget friendly. ;)

Had the screen face replaced. Not on time with repairs. Had to return twice to get phone. Now phone will react without touching screen. Closes out. Shuts off on its own. Very slow to react much of the time.

I completely destroyed the screen of my first generation Apple Watch and couldnt find ANYONE willing to do the repair, until 10k Cellphones. They did an incredible job. It works perfectly, and cosmetically there are zero signs of repair. Staff was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and courteous. Though I hope I dont have to go back, I absolutely would.

Dropped and cracked the screen of my dino-iPhone 5C. Needed to have the screen replaced quick as I was going out of town. Up-Date Can you believe it I cracked my screen again! One week later, the guys in the shop are so nice and they really do take good care of their customers. I was given a loaner phone both times. I took my Apple iPad to them to repair a broken/ cracked screen. They were very nice and could have it repaired fairly quickly within 4 hours the guy said. I didnt pick it up though until almost a week later. When I picked it up I was happy to see how good they had repaired the screen my Apple iPad looked like brand new...however, when I got home and finally turned it on....(which I or the repair guy should have suggested in the store) it wasnt the same. It had a frizzy squiggly line display screen. So, I called them and took it back to them. They gave me no problem and kindly took it back for repair. Later they called me days later when it was fixed because, they had to wait on a part to come in. Well, I was very happy with how they remedied the situation and the repair was perfect. They did a super job with no hassle. They are great guys up there and they will get you fixed up. I recommend them highly. Thanks 10,000 Cellphones! :)

Myself and one of the other guys over here doing disaster relief work in the panhandle broke our phones and had to ship them to Jacksonville to be worked on because there is no place local to do it. Tyler and Franco repaired my husband Stanleys iPhone. It was literally in pieces and they fixed within a couple hours. I thought it was unfixable but they saved my husbands phone which is his lifeline. The price was great and way less than I wouldve thought. They were great guys and great repairman. I will definitely be taking all my business to them!!

I brought my phone in because after a bit of a swim, it was still working but I couldnt get it to charge. Franco took it back and plugged it in and of course it started charging. So we tested one of the chargers I had tried to use and even though we couldnt pinpoint an issue, he was happy to help and let me know if the problem occurs again, I might need a new charging port, which I would need to visit their Normandy store for, due to soldering being required to put my phone back together. He gave me the name of the employee there that would help me and gave me a card for that branch. So overall, super helpful!

My wife phone was crushed with all our newborn baby photos lost in the phone because all did backup on the cloud. So I called looking for a way to fix this problem without losing our memories. These guys were the best they switch the motherboards out crushed phone and allowed up to save our photos by putting them on SD card. I would highly recommend these guys. I called other locations and no one didnt know how to handle the situation.

This is such an incredible service but the true superstars here are the employees of 10,000 cellphones. I was so upset when i broke the screen on my new iphone and didnt have insurance! I looked on line to see if it could be fixed and came upon this store here on Wells Road. I was greeted by Billy at the front desk. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable, charming and I completely walked away satisfied that my phone would be fixed correctly and for a fair price. Please don’t wast your time and money on this place on Wells Rd Orange Park, I spent over to 800 few months ago on 2 preowned phone to take to Europe, both of them got locked up upon arrival 7000 miles away and also the guys who took my money specially cash, put the money in his pocket to fix my 6s, jerry rigged my phone, he is no longer with the company and New guys who are running the place, are very unprofessional, giving excuses and saying what they will do on the same problem will not by guaranteed. The ear speaker went out. We were visiting Jax for a couple of days. Tyler tried to repair, tried to get the part in our time frame. He wasnt able to do it. He was very gracious though he couldnt fix the phone. A good experience despite the fact our purpose was not accomplished.

Horrible experience here. 1st off my screen on my note 5 cracked due to me dropping it not a problem. I dropped my phone off here after reading the wonderful reviews. Upon bringing my phone here they immediately told me my LCD screen was cracked $250 to replace, no big deal. Everything aside from the screen was operating properly. While all of this was going on, we were in the process of moving to VA my husband is military. I went to pick my phone up and they told me that the volume buttons were no longer working properly. The volume buttons worked when I brought it in. They couldnt seem to figure out how to fix the buttons in time so instead they slapped a tempur glass screen on for free and we went on our way to VA. The screen was no longer functioning again the very next day. Had to buy a go phone on the way to VA an additional 79 BUCKS with a phone plan. Had to send my phone back to Florida thinking it would be fixed under warranty. I got a call stating the LCD was cracked again so I immediately called back.... I never dropped the phone a 2nd time. Long story short I had to pay $192 with tax to have the screen replaced. I was told the volume buttons would be fixed. They are not working. Disappointed is not nearly the correct word to use here. Horrible business.
