Firstly, thank you very much for being so kind towards me and helping me shop for a phone. I will definitely be back soon! Especially, for the fact I decided to stop in boost mobile up the road, to check prices, and was harshly discriminated against AND threatened with violence. Crazy right?! Choose Cricket everyone, they are much more friendly and helpful. :)
Went into the store to have my phone line transferred over to Cricket and Sydney was very patient and helpful! She was able to get everything transferred in under 20 mins…probably faster if I had all my info 😂Thank you!!! 5 ⭐️

I went into the Cricket Wireless store seeking to add a line to my account. I was professionally greeted by Preshus. First, I observed Preshus assisting a customer who was having a difficult conversation with another Cricket Rep. Preshus intervened with a stern but professional mild mannered tone. Great customer service Etiquette!!
Manager provided great advice on my situation.
Was given the price of a phone at $119.00 when I decided I wanted that phone I was told oh it is ringing up $129.00 I told the lady thats not what you just told me she said well the price is what its ringing up! Needless to say I bought the phone but will not be going back to this place! I have been a customer with cricket for 6 years and walked out paying $173.00 for a phone that they are no longer going to carry!
Was told the same thing as another reviewer stated. Told the charger was free. I paid full price for the free charger andActivation. This is the 3rd cricket store that pulled tricks like this. Cricket is a great company, just crooked retailers, just call the company or go online.
Went into this Cricket Wireless to port my number from ATT. The sales representative did so. I asked to be signed up for the $50 plan to save on activation. She did her thing, and asked what phone case I would like stating, it comes with the phone. I asked, Free and she said yes. I paid in Cash, then looked at my receipt and saw the charge for the $25 phone case. I asked about it, and she then pointed out All Accessory sales are final I stated I guess it wasnt free then and she told me that I saved on the activation fee, so therefore it was free. Considering I paid for the case, I dont think it was free.I called cricket and they said this was not their standard practice, but they cannot do anything about it.Upon getting home, I looked closer at the bill and noticed that, without permission, they added a $7 protect plan, which I never asked for.Essentially the sales associate added hidden charges to the bill without my permission. While I love Cricket, this authorized dealer is not representative. Id demand to see a receipt before payment.
