I ordered a replacement remote for a Philips DVDR3576H37 video recorder. The site calls for a RediRemote #996510003026 but apparently there are two remotes with different layouts that carry that p/n. As luck would have it, I received a different remote than the one pictured on the web site. It covers most of my recorders functions but not all. I contacted Remotes.net (via email -- they have no phone listed) and I got the remote exchanged for the one pictured on the website that is properly configured for my recorder and I couldnt be happier with it. Just be sure that you check the layout in the website picture to make sure it is what you need and that Remotes.net knows you want that specific keypad layout. Be advised that Remotes.com and Remotes.net are different businesses, even though they have the same street address. Remotes.com cannot help you with a Remotes.net order.Now, the rationale for my 5 Star rating. When I discovered I had received the wrong remote, I was thinking to myself OH, NO!, especially once I found out everything had to be handled via email. Brother, was I in for a big happy surprise! I received a response about 6 hours after I sent an email and the correct remote was in the mail the next day along with a prepaid return shipping label for the first remote. This is quite possibly the absolute best customer service encounter I have ever experienced! Every merchandiser will occasionally make a mistake, it is bound to happen! But how they handle the problem tells the true story of their integrity. Remotes.com clearly demonstrated a high level of integrity in their handling of this matter.

I bought a Sony TA-F808ES amplifier made in the early 90s and it camewithout a remote. You dont need a remote to operate it but it would benice to adjust the volume without getting up all the time. Found out itseasier to find the meaning of life than it is to find a RM-S703 remote!Then I found Remotes.net. I ordered a remote and in less than a weekI received it and it works great! WHOOHOO! I bought the right remote (as they say) for my reciever and it doesnt work,they say they got email for help but no respond.This place is a scam
