Poor customer service! The lady can’t even Compromise and negotiate what so ever to keep a long term customer happy thinking about leaving cricket for a different service. I would not recommend this store to anyone! Stuff never works and all she can say is it’s how the stuff is hooked up so don’t get a headset from there!

Poor service anymore internet is trash pay for the highest plan and it sucks keep buying the newest phones just for them to suck wasting money all the time Im done with them plus the dude in Oregon always trying get over on someone just dont been with cricket sense Chris opened on Lewis now Im just feed up with it always says reached data limit and runs so slow but just paid the bill a few days ago and much more.
