I called while they were open yesterday and let it ring for a good couple minutes and no one picked up. My husband tried the day before and said it rang once and ended. Im only giving 2 stars with one star giving them the benefit of the doubt, but it puzzles me how this store is even in business if they can never answer their phones.
This store is closed despite both Google Maps and the T-Mobile store locater saying otherwise. This should be updated and noted in an automated voice messaging when calling the store number.
Navarre location closed for rain damage spring, summer and now fall and still nobody answers the phone
I was mislead about a free tablet. It isn’t free and it isn’t a bundle on the bill it clearly has a cost for the line. So many liars at Sprint trying to rip off the customer just to make a couple dollars of commission. Why you go through the trouble of making a customer pay $100s of dollars with bad bills and deal with the stress with calling you and customer service and coming into your store for months so you can make $5 on your commissions? It’s not worth it. Sprint you gotta can these bad guys and protect the integrity of your business.

Ive had nothing but bad experiences with this store and Sprint in general. Im in the process of sending back my phone to leave Sprint. I was able to work with customer service and cancel 4 lines outside of the 14 day window without penalty.
What is spending limit charge $7.99, safe & sound $6.99, Lookout $9.99 and Total Equipment Protection $13 & $17? I didnt sign up for these services yet after a visit to this store they showed up on my next statement. After a 2 hour phone call to customer service I was able to get these charges removed.
Nothing wrong with sprint service, just this reseller of sprint is a group of lying worthless agents. I have delt for over 2 months with the return of a watch that I was completely misled on purchasing. I have been charged for the watch and the service on the watch that I returned for coming up on 3 months as well as an activation fee they havent refunded. Please be smarter than me and go to an actual corporate sprint store for good honest service and stay away from misinformed agent that just get sales instead of getting customers satisfied
This Brian guy and his sales people will tell you whatever you wanna hear to take your money. The quote for the plan will be entirely different than the bill when it comes. They’ll say the credits will come but they never do just pay your normal bill that we quoted you they said. After 3 months my phone was shut off due to non payment. I am getting slammed with late fees. I never should have switched to Sprint. I absolutely regret it.
Not good the people were nice but sprint offers are only good for new customers. Forget old loyal ones .

Sprint must have really a bad HR department ! Apparently the person who set me up at another store and completely ripped me off is now promoted to manager of this location. Avoid this location like the plague. Unless you want to pay DOUBLE what you were quoted and like having your service shut off because you cant pay your bill because you were LIED TO!

Bad store, bad company & bad culture at this Spring reseller. You are better off going to a Corp store of doing it all online yourself. The other stores say this is a notorious fraud location.

Poor to fair does not do it justice, it is more like poor too......do not go there. So called tech Tony has no customer service skills, oh wait, it gets better, after a shouting match, yes shouting match, Tony was now the owner???? Is he a tech I dont know, is he the owner, I dont know. Why do I not know you ask, I asked for his business card and he gave me a blank store card with no name or title. It is worth the trip to another Sprint store that will treat you like a customer should be treated and get things done. If you have had a bad experience at this store let Sprint know by dialing *2 from your Sprint phone to notify Sprint of the poor practices of this store.
Worst store in Toledo other than Perrysburg.
They let my 17 yr old daughter (a minor) sign a contract and upgrade her phone without my consent. Now I am stuck with it.
Didnt get my order correct so I paid twice what was promised n received no credit
Tried to get help on my bill from this store, but they pushed me over the edge to leave sprint even more. We cant wait for our free phones to be paid off by this bs credit. Sprint should just take them back for nothing!!

I would recommend this Sprint store to everyone. The store manager and all the employees were very helpful and friendly. I have been there several times do to the fact that I have 4 lines and some bad luck lol but my experience there was awsome to say the least. Highly recommended

These new guys on Navarre sprint store are crooks. Just wanted to get a phone repaired it had a black screen even though I have sprint insurance the new manger asked for $150 cash with no recipet. I asked why would I pay for something thats not my fault he said because it got water damage even though I never ever been around water?? This use to be my favorite store. Now I go to corporate store on airport hwy. the fixed my phone for free and they said I dont have water damage and orderd me a free replacement. my advice to you never go to these guys they will try to make money anyway they can they will go as far to take your phone apart to make it look like water damage to make money stay away.

I called this store to see if they had the new iPhone in stock. They wouldnt give me the information over the phone. I wasnt going to drive 30 minutes to be told they didnt have it.
Salesperson never told us our phones couldnt be cracked for the buy out. Now we are stuck with a $1200 Verizon bill. IOur bill is $40 higher than what we were quoted. If Sprint cant fix this Im going back to Verizon. If I would have read the reviews on this place before going in I would have went to a different store or tried att.
The Day I was Harrassed by a Sprint RepMy journey on the day started with my nearest Sprint store, which is the this Oregon location. My first impression of the store was that it appeared to be riddled with employees that were either not from this planet, or something I would imagine was under my bed as a child. As I walked into the store the air seemed still and I was met with nothing other than stale silence. 30 minutes into waiting for someone to even acknowledge my existence, I was finally greeted by a man who called himself the manager. This was where my experience became even worse, to say the least. I wanted to simply upgrade my phone to an iPhone X, but the entire time he would give me very uncomfortable eye contact, and as I asked if my contact and pictures would be switched over he had a very frightening smirk on his face and replied with we wouldnt want you to lose any of your special photos would we? Needless to say I walked right out of there after a few more awkward remarks and will never return again. I just wanted to say all of this because I am looking out for my fellow gay community.

Horrid people... Sprint Corporate store said these people on Navarre are crooks! Stay away!Bought two iPhones, was told they were not in stock, they had to order them. They activated the lines of service before they even had the phones to activate. They used two fake IMEI numbers to activate the lines. This created a nightmare, in short I was told by Sprint customer service after only having the account set up for 5 days I owed $1900.00!!! Needless to say I was so mad. It is a long story but I had to fight with this store to get them to cancel the lines. I was waited on by a girl named Breanna, a little teenage snot nosed brat. I also found out that Breanna added insurance to my lines without asking me! If you know what is good for you, STAY AWAY!! If you want to go to Sprint, go to the corporate store on Airport Highway and ask for April, April will do you right. I am no longer with Sprint because of this but April at Airport is very kind and knows her stuff.
Terrbile Experience with myself as well as my daughter. My daughter went in to have them look at her phone, she was having problems with it locking. Tech looked at phone, then said it was locked on airplane mode couldnt get it to unlock, and that my daughter was the one who broke it, yet my daughter walked in, she was on the phone and it wasnt locked. Wouldnt help her out AT ALL. I had a another problem with my other daughters phone (second one in less than a year), one employee ordered her a new phone, the other employee (tech or owner?) said we damaged the phone. No help or phone from this store. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I would give ZERO stars if I could. I was promised waived activation fees, $50 bill credit and contract buy out. I got nothing. Burned. Stuck paying these fees and termination costs.
