My husband and I are traveling from NY for a month and his phone capacity became full yesterday. We are in our 70s and usually take one of our kids with us when we need phone service !!! We went to this location and received the best service we have ever had at a Verizon store! The manager was extremely informative and pleasant. Kwey, an excellent employee, could not have been more patient or helpful. Thank you so very much!

A gentleman there has tons of experience and calmed my fears of people hacking my phone, by educating me on email passwords and explained how each odd occurrence I had was done through someone figuring out my email passwords, and that I wasnt actually hacked and no one has access in my phone through the number itself. Meaning I didnt have to change numbers, but overall once scam stuff happens and they get receipt that its a valid number, the spam stuff will likely continue, it will probably be the best option.
Today I went into Verizon on Navarre avenue in Oregon to return a couple of chargers that I purchased the staff was very nice Julian took care of me very professional thank you so much

Gentleman who helped me today was amazing.
I went into the store with my wife and new born baby. My wife and I wanted to upgrade and we knew exactly what phones we wanted. What should if taken 15 minutes took an hour because of how much the guy tried to sell us on things we did not need. Then another employee overheard part of the sales pitch and then tried to get us to buy another product. You guys need to get the hint when people are not interested in what you are selling. The only reason I didnt get upset with the gentleman pushing the sales on us is because I know he probably works for commission and hes doing what this company has told him to do.To top it all off the store didnt even set up our phones like Verizon use to do. Instead we had to sit through 45 minutes of sales pitches, all of which we said no to, so they can give us phones that dont even work when we left the store. We had to set them up at home.Next time I want to upgrade Im doing it online until you guys change how you run the store and train your employees. I dont want a pushy salesman who is going to waste my time. Im avoiding ever walking in a Verizon store again.

Phone service and sales service is excellent. Giving 2 stars because of accessibility for handicapped and disabled. Autamated doors would be nice and chairs or benches that are ADA compliant would be better. When you make an effort for chairs for arthritic and cane and walker users, I will change to a 5 star. Otherwise, no complaints about phones or service.
Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and professional employees. I have been inside this location many times and always had a positive experience. Workers take the time to help match you with the best product for your needs. Theyre not just a salesman pushing the newest promotion.
I was visiting family in Oregon when i broke my new phone that i had for 3 months. took it into this store and the only thing they did was give me the number for the insurance carrier. No help what so ever in completing the process or helping me with my options. it is called customer service. which is another horror story dealing with Asurion make sure you understand charges and whats covered in your state it varies.
Had to wait to get to kioask to pay bill about 15 min.

Paid 50+ dollars for a screen protector and thought they’d put it on, the employee was rude and told me the the policy changed and rolled his eyes. I get that you are busy but not everyone puts screen protectors on all day and I don’t want to bubble up my over priced screen protector that I can buy at Walmart for 15.

Say what you want about Verizon, Im an OG with this company. They stole me from Alltel tho which was shady. The store is cool and theyre always very helpful.
I went here with a friend who needed help with her phone. The store was clean and presentable. However, I watched my friend being passed along from one salesperson to another and not even getting her problem solved. She kept telling them the problem and what each sales person had said only to have her as well as myself feeling frustrated. It was as if her problem didnt matter. The staff was more focused on selling you stuff than anything else. If a customer was purchasing anything it appeared that they were the only ones getting help. Even when we told them we werent interfered they still focused on making a sale. Too pushy!!!!!! Not interested in solving the problem at hand. I would never go here for anything.
Please change the hours you have posted on the door. Make it match what it says on Google. That would be tremendously helpful!

Honestly this store should have no stars I am required one at least to post review. I am now on my 3rd attempt to fix what the store could not do. All I wanted to do was upgrade. I am contacting corporate as well its sad that its taking on phone customer service 2 hrs just to figure out what they messed up. 1st day was quoted over 400 dollars second day of fixing 240 dollars did not give me my verizon up device points credited or trade in for my phone is reading as cancelled! Absolutely horrible service this location would be best closed down!Update: I finally recieved my phone (ordered it on 2/28). Verizon customer service over the phone is awesome. Next time I need a phone I will be calling instead of going to a location near me.
2 different prices within 15 minutes, Rep needs to explain better cant tell you 100 with taxes then follow up with 129 for bundle deal, and then its 240.
You seriously need to stay away from this store. Every time I go in here there is always an excuse or reason for them not to help you out unless they can make money out of a sale. I was told by Verizon corporate to come here to have them send my phone out and they refused. Even though Verizon sales manager over the phone approved everything. Kem proceeded to blame me the customer in the store as if it was my fault and not offering any solution for me except to leave and take care of it myself.
Slowest service ever been here 30 minutes and we were told there was one person in front of us and other people walked in after us and they’re being helped now and we’re still waiting. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry! If I could leave 0 stars I would!

Drake and keyaree (twin) they were very nice and helpful. They made our visit fun and was very entertaining with the kids.
I went in to this location to get help to fix my phone. First, I waited over 30 minutes because I was being skipped over. When I asked someone, I was told that the system had a glitch or something. I was told that I would be next and I was not. If it wasnt for the next store to be across town I would have left. Second, when I finally was able to talk with someone they were not much help to me. I was told to start with a factory reset. The gentleman went through to steps on my phone to restart it. While it was restarting, he asked me if there was anything else I needed help with. I told him there was not. He then told me Okay have a nice day. So he sent me on my way without knowing if this would work. I am not impressed with the service I received. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Because this is not the only time I received bad service with them.

Got a new Z4. Old Moto Z had to be replaced twice because the screen kept separating from the phone. Had to go back next day to get help setting up the new phone. Everyone was very helpful. A lot of questions from the sales rep about home security, home internet service, existing equipment. Not interesting in replacing any of those things. Just want a new phone because the old one was bad
They need more help at this location. Went in, and was told there was five ahead of me. Waited as long as I could, but had to leave before seeing somebody.
Only problem Ive had here is one time the sales person lied to my brother and told him about this deal that she was giving him and how only she could give it to him and it had to be today.After he checked out I was looking at accessories and right on the side of the display was a big sign about the same deal he just got. It wasnt some special deal it was just a current promotion that anybody couldve gotten.

Went there to get a USB c to 3.5 adapter for my phone, which is a Verizon phone, and was told they didnt have it. The problem I have is that the lady was just behind her tablet barely looking at me and just told me we dont carry it period. Didnt even check at all. Told me to go to best buy or walmart and I ended up going a block or two down the road to the other Verizon and they had the cord no problem with looking for it either. Its a smaller store and they helped me better than the bigger main Verizon outlet. Guess I know where Im going next time for service at the least.
Terrible customer service! Theres a female solutions specialist that was extremely rude, very pushy, and gave an overall feeling that I was bothering her by making her do her job. I recommend going to any other retail phone service besides this one.
15 minute wait until someone checked me in. I have a new phone and charger stopped working. Also screen protector fell off 2 days after I got the phone. It took the girl that waited on me almost 25 minutes to diagnose that the charger was the problem and to get me a new one. She would not give me a new screen protector without me having the old one. I understand that sometimes parts are defective, but taking 40 minutes of my time to get just one of the 2 issues resolved is too much!

Normally I dont have a problem with the customer service at this store...but today....the lady who waited on me was super rude. I wish I had gotten her name. They made me wait just to ask a question and when i finally got to talk to someone i pretty much was told i was lying about my situation and she didnt even take the time to try and help. I had to call customer service and a very nice lady tried to straighten things out for me. As for the lady at this store....she needs to learn how to help and not just brush people off

I have dealt with Verizon for many years and appreciate their service. I went in the store looking to buy a Galaxy S8+. After talking to the salesman I realized I could save over $300 buying the phone from Best Buy, so I did.

My daughters phone literally burned up and we had to connect another phone I had. The guy was not very helpful on retrieving her numbers from her burned up phone. All he said was go to Gmail account they seemed disappointed because we didnt buy a new phone. The phone isnt even paid off and when I asked why this can happen I was told it was the android phone I will be calling Verizon as the store associates just want to sell you something very disappointed

This place is awesome, reason being is they know your there before you go in. Their super nice, all are very knowledgeable in the electronics they sell, and all are more than willing to help you out.
Have had some good staff and some bad staff. Had one women I had to ask for another person to help me she was so rude and bad. Most of them were helpful. Just ask for a different staff person if you have a problem.
As carriers go, theyre pretty solid. You WILL pay through the nose though.Keep in mind that when they say free, they mean after you pay the taxes. (Taxes on nothing, lets see, carry the nothing, is nothing... right? No) If you get a brand new phone with a retail value of 1k, thats 70+ bucks per line. Plus whatever else you get. (Got old phones to turn in? Any smart phones will knock the price down)
