The guy is a total scam artist! Went to a different metro and they even had negative things to say about that store. He should be charged for theft by deception!

The employee that was there is very very polite super helpful and knows what they are doing!! They have awesome customer service skills as well!! The store was very clean and had hand sanitizer in several spots in the store!!

The guys at Navarre Avenue are great! I went in simply browsing for a new cell phone provider, and not only did they give me a GREAT deal, but they also helped me setup my phone making my transition easy and painless! I will definately tell my friends and family about this place!

Abel was very friendly and helpful. I called and requested a specific phone. He gave me an out the door price. When i arrived he didnt try to push any other phones on me and was fast and friendly.

I love metro PCS... I only pay $80.00 a month for 2 phones & unlimited everything including Data Ive had no problems with my service & I like that my bill is the same every month!

The gentleman, if you could call him that, is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with in my 10 yrs of metropcs service. (And i have spent hours on the phone with their outsourced customer service staff) This man is an absolute nightmare of a customer service rep, manager, or franchise owner... he claims to be all of them.

Able the main guy that works here lied to me and my wife he tells u that u can change ur phone number when your bill is due for free but that is a complete lie and this guy has gone even so far as to tell me I better change my last reveiw or basically else so able and the rest of his staff are liars and cheats and for his lies it cost me an extra 30 dollars on my bill this month👿👿👿👿🤢🤢🤢

This place is so stupid and the one on navarre ave in oregon oh is so terrible lousy, incompitent and trouble makers are just some of the nice things i can say and the one guy named able that works here was 2 busy trying 2 flirt with my wife he made her so un comforatable she told me and i had 2 tell him 2 lay off improve ur service and find ur own wife dude!!!!
