I highly recommend the AT&T Oregon store. Abdul (assistant manager) was knowledgeable, helpful and very professional. He helped my brother set up his AT&T wireless service as well as choosing the phone. He did a great job!

I want to commend drake. I was in the store for my own issues but I want to commend him for now he handled a very difficult customer. No matter what the customer said or did drake did not lose his composure. He was calm and stayed calm no matter what the customer said or did. He did an awesome sob! He is one of the reasons I go to this store when I am in town and have issues.he is the best at what he does.

I highly recommend!! They got me in & out. A lady named Alicia worked with me she was nice, polite & patient. The other staff was helpful too . I didn’t have not one problem at all ! They worked with me through the problems I had with my other services and got me a brand new phone and other things I wanted !!

I had a really pleasant experience at this AT&T store. I got the service I wanted, without feeling pressured into buying anything else I didnt need. The manager in particular, Chris, was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with.I highly recommend this outlet for all your AT&T needs.

The staff were very patient and accommodating. The process for canceling my original order took a long time due to technical difficult and being on hold. The two team members even stayed 40 mins past closing to help me rather than suggest that I return the next day. Abdul took the time to offer me an accessory deal with a BOGO offer, and unpackaged the items installing my new case and screen protector. A third team member told me about how he was a very satisfied customer with his ATT cell service. They are good salespersons.

My fiance and I went to att on Navarre in Oregon, OH looking for new phone service as soon we walked in Nate helped us out and was real professional. If you are in need of a new phone I highly recommend Nate. I have to give you, Chris and Dan a very big shout out yall took real good care of us. Store employees Very knowledgeable and manager is very informative and helpful with the bill. Only one employee seems to be learning as he had to have someone jump in multiple times during my upgrade. Entire staff customer service is sensational and would highly recommend to any customer

Jahmal and Rickie gave my husband and I the best experience today. They were quick, informative and took the time to help choose the best phones based off personal preference. After we chose our new phones they helped adjust our plan accordingly and set our new phones up. Highly recommend!

Dan was very helpful, I was desperate, my phone was locked and I couldnt use it or access it. But thankfully for Dan and his patience,knowledge and extreme empathy,And he used every option possible he was able to get me back into my phone. Even when the I.T customer service couldnt figure it out and the store manager was busy.Dan used his personal devices to find a solution.

Very friendly store everyone is very knowledgeable from everything phones to TV to wireless. The manger and asst. manger are the most helpful people that Ive encountered with my service. I only go to this att because of the staff there highly recommend.

I went into the Oregon store and need to change my phone number. Adriana Gonzales was very helpful, informative on AT&T policies and devices. She changed my phone number, assisted with changing my passwords and helped me with finding a great phone case! Very please with the customer service and will be a returning to that store.

Not helpful at all. Customer service at this location is not good. I was the only one there and explained what I was looking for and if it was possible to bundle, was told no and the manager had a different price for internet than the associate did. Very poor, not going back
