I had mytires rotated before a trip. On the way home my wheel almost fell off. 2 of the studs broke off on the highway at a 70 mph speed limit. The other wheel had 3 loose bolts. Lucky we could find a service station in q small town. I will not come back after years of going to this place. We could have been killed if the tire came off. I called over there no apology and no offer to reimburse me for my expenses.

This place is the best! We had an emergency and needed them to reload our trailer late in the afternoon. They came in Asap and they did not overcharge us. I highly recommend using this company😎👍🏽

My car broke down and I was stranded on the side of a fairly busy street. I called Auto Medics to see if they had anyone available to assist me. Dispatch was very pleasant and had someone there very quickly. The driver was very polite and informed me they had a mechanical shop. I had them bring the car back there to have a mechanic take a look at it. Turns out it was just the battery and they had me out of there in no time. What a great experience to what started out as an extremely bad day! Thanks Auto Medics!

Orland Park P.D. gives them tows. The office was cordial tool I realized somethings were missing out of my car. Tools, thc products ( I have a medicinal card).

I called in to get a new tow receipt due to an error the driver made and was told by the women who answered the phone no before I could even explain why. I processed to explain my reasoning and she just laughed at me. horrible customer service and definitely will not be using this company in the future.

Great experience with towing. We had a ball joint break at 10:30 pm Thanksgiving driving home on I 80. The tow truck driver, Joe, was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. We were home within about an hour. We will definitely use AutoMedics again!

Absolutely the best and most honest car repair shop around. Mechanic goes above and beyond and quotes are always less than other places. I took 1 of our cars here on a friend’s recommendation and now we take all our cars here! I can not understand the bad reviews?? Staff is always polite and knowledgeable. Around 830 pm on Sunday just as the snow was starting to hit I lost control in homer Glenn and went over the curb. I looked for a local company and saw AutoMedics had great ratings so I gave them a call! I wasn’t disappointed! The driver arrived in under 10 minutes and let me sit in his truck to stay warm while he worked! He had me pulled out in under 10 minutes. They also only charged me $90 which is way less then I expected! I will for sure be calling AutoMedics again next time!

My family has been using them for years and they are always fair and honest. When our cars break down it’s nice to know a repair shop who can also tow us and add the bill all together. During the past storm my dad got stuck at the edge of the driveway. When the driver arrived he knew us by name and struck up a conversation while he worked! We always recommend Auto Medics!

Don’t trust this company. Look at their reviewers. They have people that are posting 5 star reviews for themselves and giving all other towing companies in Orland 1 star. This is slander. Hurting companies they don’t do business with to boost their ratings. If they are willing to hurt competitors by lying, imagine how they will lie to you to get your dollar. Integrity is everything in business and they have none.I’m sure the Professional Towing and Recovery Operators of Illinois (PTROI) has something in their bylaws about falsely attacking competitors.UPDATE: I didn’t say it was your employees. Why would you?

Great people! Many people misunderstand where these people are coming from! they have laws to follow and require that you pay cash for safety reasons. Also you must have proof of Insurance and 2 valid drivers license. They are great people and will respect you if you respect them.

Great service! Called for a lockout on my 2011 Ford F-150, and the driver showed up promtly. He was able to unlock our truck in under 5 minuets, and even gave us a break on the price! Believe his name was Kevin or Karl! Will deffenitly call again!

One of my Kenworths were stuck on a ice patch a week before Christmas in the storage yard. I needed to get pulled out ASAP and called this company! I wasn’t disappointed! The driver showed up less then a hour after I called. He knew exactly where to hook without damaging my truck and had me out in under 15 min! Plus they didn’t charge me an arm and leg! I gave their number to all my guys!

I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my auto maintenance. The staff was incredibly friendly and never tried to sell me on doing extra work. The guys who tow do a great job and are onnscene right away to help out.

My truck broke down in Elmhurst,IL and I saw a tow truck driver towing another truck. I asked the driver how much did they charge to tow from Elmhurst to Shorewood. He told me $115. per hr. and it would take 3 hrs to hook, drive, and drop. He also stated don’t used the local tow company because they are rip off’s. So I called for the tow at 12:48pm and the dispatch said “the drive was NOT back to the yard”!He was still dropping the truck I saw him pickup. “But she will call him to come and get me”. At approximately 2:15pm a tow truck pulls up and it’s a different driver. So I called and asked again how much was this going to cost me. And dispatch Jennie said” if the driver told you 115 then that’s what it would be, I don’t know why he told you that but ok”. So the new driver Steve hooked my truck and took it to Shorewood. We arrived there at about 4:15 he he was waiting for someone to tell him where to drop. Finally he dropped my truck and gives me a bill for $591. I called dispatch at 4:44pm. And now it’s “the driver picked the ticket at 1:00 and it’s now 5pm and you have to pay 10% for fuel and pay tolls”. When I talked to the driver Steve he informed me that he left the office and went to Bolingbrook to switch trucks and it took him 20min to get to me from there! So now I feel that you are charging me for time the driver wasn’t in route to me. So after arguing back and forth the bill was $517. I called the next day with a clear head to find out all of the details and talk to the person I first talked to, and what do you know . Jennie wanted to fast talk me and yell saying “ what do you want we gave you a discount “ Horrible customer service and a lot of hidden fees. I should only pay for the 20 mins from Bolingbrook 1:55pm to 4:45 and another 30min for him to get back to the yard. Total of 3hr 20 mins /3 1/2 hrs3.5 hr = 402.75Gas10%=40.25Tolls=. 20.00Total = 462.75

Take your business elsewhere, not only are they rude and unprofessional (every word out of their mouth is inappropriate), the worst tow company in town!! The receptionist cant even calculate, and the manager shouldnt even be near a vehicle, since he has no concept of any automotive knowledge, and doesnt want to be bothered to do his job. They should close this place down, beware and go give your business elsewhere, and also they like to steal the items out of your vehicle! They should be called AutoMorons, who cant tow, cant calculate, cant speak to customers, save yourself the headache, the reviews were correct, they are horrible place to do business with!!

Someone asked me the other day if they should bring thier car to Auto Medics and it brought back horrible memories. Thats why Im here. The office and staff is unprofessional, and the mechanics guessed while replacing multiple parts. I left with an undrivable car, but I was still charged time and labor. Very unfair. I took my car to another mechanic and it was fixed the same day. Dont be surprised with the owners snarky reply to this review. Its his MO

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with, not to mention the horrible customer service you receive entering the doors of this place or on the phone. Unlike some of these posts, I wasnt arrested. The owners son Jeff backed into my car when he went to tow it and is giving me a hard time paying to have it repaired because I didnt want him to do it! Hey Jeff, I can choose who I want to fix my car-ITS THE LAW!!! You might be making it a hassle for me now, but I will have who I want to repair it. Run far away, as fast as you can from this company......Oh and never trust a company who says paying with cash is out of safety reasons -Outdoor Adrenaline should come inside perhaps. Obviously hes related to these guys lol

These guys are in business only because of they have the Orland Park P.D. connection forcing you to tow with them if you get arrested.Avoid them and with someone like E.R. or local company better pricing and service.

DO NOT GO THERE OR GET TOWING SERVICE FROM THIS PLACE!!! Very rude and unprofessional people. I was told something else over the phone and when I got there they changed their story. Owner was very rude and demanded cash only because I asked why the bill was so high. They charged me for the weekend when they are not even open on the weekends and I couldnt even pick the car up on Saturday. Save yourself trouble and get service from some other place.

Lady at the front desk is just plain rude. Went in to collect a few things out of a vehicle. Seems they go through your vehicle and have a free for all. Sun-Glasses were missing from the vehicle and everything seems to have been tossed around in the vehicle.
