Service King in Orland Park recently replaced the rear bumper on my 2017 Chevrolet Malibu. They were friendly, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. The insurance company estimated 20 days to fix it, Service King guaranteed the car to be fixed in 7 days, and the part came in sooner than expected so it was completed in only two days. The work was outstanding. Additionally, the car was cleaned inside and out. Service King in Orland Park has gone beyond every time I have had service from them. About a month ago I had extensive work done by them. They were timely they kept me informed throughout the whole process. When I went to retrieve my vehicle they treated me as a valued customer reviewed my repairs with me, assisted me to transfer items from my rental car to my repaired vehicle and arranged for enterprise to pick up my rental car from them. Their building was maintained beautifully and the service gentlemen were in uniform and were very professional. Now fast forward about a month and I discovered that my fender was popped out by someone who tapped my bumper. I sent them pictures and ask them if it was something that could be handled simply. It turned out it took about five minutes for them to pop the piece back in place. I asked them for their charges and they said that they valued me as a customer and there was no charge involved. I have never been serviced in my 64 years by a company that has taken such pride and care in the work they do. I cannot recommend them enough.

I originally had a confirmed appointment at the Alsip location. When I arrived, they told me that my appointment was for the previous week, that I didnt show up, and that they could not get me in. I was confused because if my appointment was for the previous week and I didnt show up, I should have received a call or text. I was upset because I planned a vacation around this and had the rental car company coming to meet me. After talking with the manager for a while, he said that he could get me in at the Orland location. I said that would work. I left with the rental car agent to pick up my rental car.While I was waiting, I received a text notification stating that I did not show up for my appointment at Alsip. That prompted me to look at previous texts from Sevice King. When I did, I found the one that confirmed my appointment at the Alsip location for that morning. I then went back to the Alsip location and showed the lady at the front desk (who originally told me I didnt show up for my appointment the week prior). I just wanted to prove I wasnt crazy and that I actually did have an appointment for that morning. She wasnt sure why I wasnt in the system. I then left that location. As time went by, I received updates from the Orland location. They were awesome! They kept me up-to-date with everything that was going on with my car. When it was time, I picked up my car. It looked beautiful. They cleaned it inside and out, fixed all the necessary parts, and overall went above and beyond. Dave took care of me amazingly! Thank you to him and everyone at this location! I will continue to go to and recommend Service King to my friends and family, especially the Orland Park location. Thanks again for taking care of my car and me! :)

Called to have a minor repair done on my vehicle. The salesman on the phone was great and was able to squeeze me in before the Christmas Holiday. The staff are very polite and the work was great. I had an exceptionally good experience dealing with Service King = Orland Park. This organization is top notch. I have been already telling people, that this is the place to go when you need work done on your car.As you know the deer hit was quite an experience on the 4th of July. I was not hurt but there was extensive damage to the front of my 2020 Rouge.Service King has a pleasant and knowledgeable team, they were there for me from day one. I was regularly informed of the progress being done on my 2020 Rogue. I was updated by phone or by text on a weekly basis and sometimes more. I think that is outstanding customer service.I found Service King is a highly organized and incredibly detailed business in all aspects of what I experienced. I went here on a referral and I am glad I did.I do need to mention a couple of outstanding people that helped me get my Rogue repaired.First contact I had on the phone was Fabian, very pleasant, he explained the details of the work order/contract that I needed to sign off to give permission on getting my car repaired at the Orland Park location.I had put my keys over the weekend in the drop box that is conveniently located in the front of the building, so that work would start on my Rouge. When I had called Service King, Matt had assured me that repairs will be underway. And Tracy kept me up to date on what was going on with repairs, weekly and sometimes more. I think, for me it was a less stressful experience, because Tracy called to inform me on what is going on. This is a good system to have in place because it radiates great customer service. I mostly dealt with Tracy and Matt and I found them to be upbeat, positive and truly knowledgeable in their profession. They were outstanding and answered any question I had.I felt confident that I was in good hands at Service King!I cannot say enough how seamless everything went. I brought my Jeep in for repair on a Monday morning and they had it back to me Tuesday evening. They did an exceptional job and communication with Fabian was outstanding. They also detailed my vehicle inside and out. I’m very happy with the work they did and will definitely refer friends and family to them.

I sort of already had a bad vibe walking into this facility, it already seemed like the big corporate vibe that strives to screw their customers over, which is what I’ve been dealing with and why I’m here at a body shop. I bought a certified pre owned vehicle from a dealership that did a botched paint/repair job on my car that was in an accident by the previous owner. Not only did this service king give me a higher estimate than others, but they REFUSED to give me a warranty for the time I own the vehicle on my paint job because it was already painted by someone else. I had to reiterate and ask “so you’re not going to warranty your own work?” He argued because it was already painted by someone else, but he went on to say they will have to sand all the paint down. That doesn’t make any sense and if I went with them I would be getting screwed over yet again. I got a quote elsewhere that was cheaper, was confident in what the underlying problem is, and still guaranteed me the warranty for the time I own the vehicle. The gentleman I spoke with “wasn’t sure” where the underlying problem is and couldn’t give me a warranty. I came to service king not just for a second quote, but second opinion using their expertise in what the issue is. Obviously they were lacking in several areas. Please, if you’re in a predicament like me and already dealing with stress of damage on your vehicle, do yourself a favor, save on stress and anger, and go elsewhere.EDIT: Since service king replied to my review that they well deserved. I decided to send an email to the email address they left in their reply. I wanted to hear an explanation of why they told me what they did to have a better understanding of their backwards logic policy (that they decide to guarantee warranty for the time you own the vehicle, except for me and my car) They never reached back out to me. Clearly shows how much they care!!! It’s bad business if they can’t back up their work. Avoid at ALL cost!

EDIT: After filling out the survey they sent me, shortly after, their manager called me, apologized for the failed communications. I brought my car back to them and they corrected everything I mentioned (including a bad trunk latch and some misaligned parts). Communication improved 100% after it was brought to their attention.The work seems to be fine at this time. There are a couple scuffs on the new finish that I assume are from the buffing process, but well find out after the first wash.Communication was incredibly sub-par. Early on I was told that the parts had arrived within two days of bringing it in and that the repair shouldnt take as long as the initial due date.It went past the due date. My insurance coverage for the rental car lapsed and they picked up the bill for the remaining days.The text update system was only ever updated AFTER I had to call for an update.Every time I called to ask for an update, I was told the people who could tell me were in meetings and I was told someone would give me a callback on several occasions, I never received them.I was always told that someone else (other than who I was speaking to from the shop) was supposed to have called me.I was also told I would get before and after pictures emailed to me - I never received them either.This particular location needs to improve their communications exponentially before I consider going back to it of my own volition or recommending it to anyone.

This is the worst place ever. If you get in a car accident don’t get your car towed here. This place is awful. They kept my car for a month only to tell me it was totaled. The lady we talked to at the desk was nasty. They told us the link that the insurance gave them was broken and that they did nothing about it. Meanwhile I had a rental car and I had to keep it past the number of days that the insurance covered. So because service king kept my car I had to pay 172 dollars out of pocket in addition to everything else. Never again will I go to them. It does not take a month for someone to decide if a car is beyond repair.

This place does great work. When I had an accident with my BMW they put it back together perfect and took care of everything with the insurance.

I just picked my car up from them last night after getting in a minor fender bender. Everything went smooth. Very easy to work with. Car was ready after two days in the shop. They went the extra mile and cleaned my car inside and out, tire shine and everything I was really impressed.

Had a great experience went in for a estimate on my rear bumper that the bottom piece came off from backing over a parking stop and not only did they put it back on but didnt charge me.

I took my car to Riverdale Body Shop in Orland Park. Everyone I spoke to at the shop was so friendly and helpful. I was so pleased with the service and the work they did on my Honda Crosstour. They kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle by calling me once or twice a week. When I went to pick up my car it was cleaned inside and out and looked like new. Thanks for such a professional job.

One of the worst companies Ive ever dealt with. My service advisor either took 2 or 3 days to return my phone calls or didnt call back at all. He also lied to me about the status of the repairs saying parts were ordered when in fact they were not. The shop missed multiple estimated delivery dates. Some of the delay was due to the manufacturer sending the wrong parts, but it could have been avoided if the shop actually checked the parts delivered. When I finally got the car back after 2.5 months, there were scratches in the clear coat of the newly painted tailgate, the trunk was filthy inside and there were stains all over the headliner.

I wish i could give a -5 star rating!!... because, when they called me to pick up my car when it was fixed i saw that they failed to fix my air intake box that was broken off and my temperature in my car is way off today it read 105 degrees!! REALLY??? then i had my car inspected and the results came back that my car has frame damage!!! SUPER UPSET!!!! what happen to some good honest work!!! Service King you lost all of my trust!!

Cant even get a proper quote in a timely manner to have my vehicle repaired there. Second terrible experience with an estimate, there will NOT be a third try. Doesnt help I have been around the body shop industry and know more than the average person but proper customer service and prompt service should be a top priority as soon as a customer walks in.First time I went to the Mokena location a few years back for a quote on paint work and minor repair. I was told they would not attempt to replace and re-paint my broken fender but instead would buff it out. A car with an insurance repair and custom paint job should have top quality service and repair, more of a response I would expect from a shop such as Macco. After a quote for half the repairs (as the shop that did the work) but just as expensive, Im very happy I went elsewhere.Second terrible experienced happened today, Sept. 12th, 2018 when I went in to request a very simple interior glove box replacement quote. After filing out the form I was told everyone is busy moving a frame and it will take a while to get a quote. This after 10 minutes, when I asked for a better time to come back I was then told Im not sure maybe 30 minutes to an hour. Can you call me or schedule a time for me to come back today? Not really. Can you do anything?? What is the purpose of a front desk person that cannot give a straight answer or provide SERVICE. So I instead when a few miles away received two written and detailed quotes from competitors and all in a timely manner, less than a half hour, and was helped within seconds of walking in their doors. Id highly suggest taking your car to a local Homer Glen shop before using Service Kings, esp. Orland Park or Mokena location.
