Wanted to take the time to say that this store and their workers are great. Came in without an appointment due to a flat I received after work. Not only did they fix my flat but also replaced my spare and equipment in the trunk. Both guys behind the desk, Chris & Manny, were very polite and professional. Would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for work or new tires.

Had a flat tire that I brought in on a Saturday afternoon, it was VERY busy and I thought for sure Id have to wait until Monday to get it replaced but Manny was able to get me taken care of and a couple hours later, the tire was replaced and I was on my way! Had a nail in my tire. Their walk in estimate was 1.5 to 2 hours. They were able to get me serviced in 1 hour. The technician was very polite.

Great experience! Came out of work today with a flat tire. Maintenance guy at work had a compressor, we filled tire back up enough to get it to Discount tire. The guys there got me in right away removed the nail repaired and rebalanced tire all for free. I was in and out half an hour and well definitely be coming back here for my next set of tires. Been getting tires from Discount Tires for everyone in the family for years, aways a pleasant experience, warranty issues never a problem always priced fairly and have a friendly staff.

They do a great job but im always waiting! I made an appointment and still waited 2 hours for a scheduled tire rotation

Drove in on a Saturday afternoon with no appointment. My tire was going flat. After they removed a large sheetmetal screw from the tire, they patched and balanced the tire and had me rolling in fifty minutes. They were polite and courteous. Oh, did I mention that the repair was FREE! Of course it was. Thats how Discount Tires rolls. (Excuse the pun)

I showed up today with a flat tire at 8am. They were very busy and my appt was not until 9:15. Manny had me in and out with a repaired tire in less than an hour. Great customer service!

The technicians at Discount Tire Orland Park are awesome. I have never had any issues when I go there. They are very friendly, customer conscious. I’ve purchased multiple sets of tires from this chain. They support everything they sell. My recent visit was for a flat tire and the tech even put my spare back in the hatch and secured it all down for me. I would recommend this location 100% any day of the week!!

Theyre okay as long as you dont a plug in your tire. if you do they wont install it or replug it.......at least at this location.

Great service. Had a nail in the sidewalk and they ordered and installed a new tire and all I paid was the cost of the warranty on the new tire. They even replaced the lug nuts which were corroding. Im well pleased.

Good adjustments at this location for the safety of their team and customers (social distancing/curbside service). Had my tire repaired, and air added to all my tires, and I was in and out in a half hour. I can’t recommend these guys enough! Job well done 👍

Not my best experience with Discount tires. They stacked the weights on top of each other which caused quite a bit of rubbing.. Had to bring it back & have them fix it and rebalance the tires while waiting over an hour.

Staff made everything as safe as possible with the COVID-19 virus going around. Tires were not in stock seems to be the new normal for now. Also a Appointment is required if you want service. Manager was a little rude to me the day before when I showed up without one I had a slow leak in my tire so didnt actually have time to Plan a visit. Ive been going there for years and that was the first time I had a problem after making a appointment for the following day all went well but the tires I need were not in stock. They replaced the bad tire with a spare they had so service is good when you have a appointment.

Had to get some new tires and as usual had a great experience. Theyre almost always busy but I didnt have an appointment. I usually just go and drop my car off. I only had to wait a few minutes to be taken care of as the phones were ringing and another customer was finishing up. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and isnt condescending or pushy. I like that they actively listen when youre talking and then make sure to address the issue you were having. Car was done earlier than their estimated time which was awesome. They gave me a call right away to tell me I could come pick it up. I always recommend discount tire.

I was very disappointed with my last visit to Firestone for an oil change, which me and my family always take our cars there They gave me a call telling me I needed more work done over $300 worth- air filter and that I had a nail in my tire that was NOT repairable and that I needed to purchase the tire that was $120+, I felt uneasy about this because my tire pressure light did NOT go on and there was no previous indication showing me i had low air. so i decided to take my car else where.I decided to take my car to Discount Tire and they repaired my tire at NO COST. They were prompt and hospitable and I was very pleased with their services. Firestone lost a costumer and Discount Tire gained a lifetime customer :)

The best of the best!! Employees and management are amazing!! They explain things to you very well. The warranty on your tires is worth it. I only purchase and love this Tinley Park location. They are very honest!! Today I was told a hour to rotate my tires and they were done in 35 mins.

I have come here three times so, this review is a combination of the three visits - all for the same vehicle and same problem.The employees were friendly. However, I have to temper that with the fact that on three separate visits over a two week period they gave me wrong information, let me explain.Taking the vehicle in the first time I explained that I might have a slow leak in one of the tires and wanted to have it repaired. They told me they were too busy and the young lady who helped me filled the tire, told me to make an appointment and come back the next day.When I came back the next day they had lost the appointment - made on the computer. Two hours later they told me it would be the next day before they could work on it. The next day they looked the truck over and told me they couldnt find the leak and that I should just replace the tires because the rims had some rust, which might be causing them to lose air (Huh?).The next morning, I had some work done on my truck and while it was on the rack having its muffler replaced I noticed a large screw through the tire that had been having the issue. The same tire they had looked at 3 times. I took it to NTB and had it fixed an hour later.

It was extremely busy when I went to purchase some new tires but Mike never made me feel rushed or less important than anyone else. He took the time to tell me different options that would be best for my tires and my budget and helped explain the difference between them. I ended up replacing two tires instead of just the one that had popped and I feel much safer on the snowy roads. I couldnt be happier! Amazing customer service!

I come here to get my tires refilled when my tire pressure light comes on. The employees are very nice however, you may have to wait for at least 7 to 10 minutes before anyone will approach you.

Dont go here, they damaged my wheels, sadly I did not have time to examine the wheels after the work they did as Im a truck driver and had to hit the road but today I started to clean my wheels and every single one has chunks of paint and indents in them or missing. 721 in tires and now 750 to refinish my wheels

I dont even check prices anymore. This company has won me over with their free air checks, tire rotations, and fixing flats. I have bought several sets of tires for multiple vehicles at this point, and I have always left satisfied with my experiences. Their salespeople are always willing to work with me on the prices too, which makes me feel like I am valued.

Great place to take your car for anything to do with tires. Honest people here. NTB damaged my car and even though it wasn’t Discount Tires fault they fixed it for free. Would’ve cost me $150 but they did it for free. Won’t go anywhere else from now on.

The service was excellent. The staff were very professional and friendly.The installation and delivery time were earlier than then I expected.

After bringing my vehicle here for a nail in the tire, I was informed that the tire could not be fixed and I needed a new tire. I had doubts about this and brought it to another place. They were able to fix my tire for $22 and told me that the tire did not need to be replaced! Thank you Discount Tire for trying to up sell me a new tire when it was not needed. Will not be using your services again.

I’m FREEEEEEE!!!!Let me tell you about the experience I just had at the location on 159th in Orland Park!!!I was literally just held hostage by the manager there Julio Gallegos!!!I went in because my front right tire had an air leak in it. First of all, remember I just said “ my front right tire”. Well they took off my front left tire. WOW!!! Then when they pulled it back in they pulled the right tire off and showed me where it had a nail in it. Fine, they’ll fix it. But then another guy comes back and tells me we can’t fix your flat because the sidewall has been compromised. Now mind you I just drove the car there with no problem but now this guy Julio tells me they can’t put my tire back on, actually refuses to put it back on because of the sidewall. I tell him my car doesn’t come with a spare and he tells me that the only choice I have is to buy a tire from them or just leave my car there until whenever I get a tire.😡😡😡So, what choice do I have? Continue to be held hostage or buy a tire from them.Very disturbing experience and I would definitely not recommend anyone to go there.I could’ve went to a small tire shop and paid far less to get the tire fixed than pay what I did for the tire.Don’t do it!!!

Surprisingly I had a really good experience.Went in about a tire pressure issue had all tires corrected and knew I needed tires. Was given prices but decided to shop around.Ended up calling back and they price matched for me. Scheduled an appt. Was in and out in 45 min. Will go bk for 2 more tires next month. They told me they will honor same deal for same 2 tires. Very professional.

Excellent service at the Orland Park facility today. I arrived there at 830am and they fixed my flat tire .I just bought 4 tires in February and some how I picked up a screw in the thread. They repaired the tire with a plug and patch and I was done at 845am. I will come back to this facility for future purchases

After ordering tires online and setting up an online appointment, the in-store check-in and installation was swift and efficient.The clerk checked me in quickly, the technician explained the installation, and the tires look and handle great.Almost went to Costco-- but after reading reviews, and being a previous repeat customer of discount tires-- I stuck with a winner!!

Hospitality wasnt the best! My daughter and I stopped by after 4pm for tires. It was quite busy. We requested a call when car was finished, but didnt. Arrived back to facility after 7pm to find car sitting, which looked to be finished. Walked inside shop, saw guy who started out order, he said nothing. We werent asked if we needed assistance or anything, so I asked another guy if our car was ready since the initial guy left. The guy gave our keys, and showed some hospitality upon our departure. We dont bite! Wont common courtesy like everyone else.
