Went to them because I had a stripped screw in my laptop. This made it impossible for me to remove the back panel and change the hard drive. Met with Alex who told me beforehand that he can remove it with minimal damage to the panel. He got to it immediately and it took him less than 10 mins to be done. I recently experienced a blue screen of death followed by a complete shut down of my desktop computer. I searched around and found B Practical was right in the neighborhood. I took my computer in around noon on a Monday, met Mark, and explained that my business was dead in the water with out it.Sure enough, the next morning I received a call that the repair was complete, my data was saved and it was ready to be picked up.The repair was perfect and the price was very reasonable.
