I walked into this location requiring assistance on find ink cartridges for my printer. I first had to wait 10 minutes while they looked their cell phones and chatted. After my disgust was evident they looked up and pointed me in the direction offering no assistance. Clearly customer satisfaction is not a priority at this location I’ll take my money elsewhere. And for the store manager if you want to know timeframe it was Saturday, September 25 at 11:20 AM. Do better.

The selection is great. Prices are awesome. Starting to get things for the coming school year.

I got there at 11:50, I walked to the self-serve machines and both were not working.There were some people in the store waiting for printing, so I let an associate know I was there for printing.I waited about five minutes for the other customers to finish up, once they did, it still took Ronald nearly 30 minutes to print and ring me up for 2 simple B&W prints.Ronald then added a $2.50 fee because they apparently have a printing minimum now. He had to manually add this in, the system does not automatically add it.I worked at the office depot in downtown Chicago on Grand Avenue until it closed on November 14th, 2020, we did not have a minimum printing fee. They charged me this fee even though their self-serve machines were down. They seriously couldnt waive it?

I have been to this location many times and most of employee was very helpful but one bad apple spoiled my entire experience. Mr. Ronald the supervisor for print service is very condescending and taking advantages of a protected class. I accidentally left 5/6 pages of prints that I did yesterday and I thought I would get it before I begin my work @ 9 am. When I arrived at the store I noticed they dont open till 9:00 am but google map said it opened @ 8:00 am. So I waited and because I was expecting this to be very quick. Mr. Ronald did not help me to locate the prints on top of that when I offered to just print again to save both of our time he was very condescending and I told me I have to pay again as if I could not pay that $0.15 cents. I was just printing two guitar tab that I created myself and he again condescending way explained me what is copy right means like (c)..etc.

Big shout out to Jasmin at Office Depot in Orland Park. I stopped in yesterday and she could not have been more pleasant, she went above and beyond . Great job.

I pass multiple office supply stores that carry a larger variety of products in stock, to come to this store. Though the variety of products in the store is a little thin, theyre happy to order anything that every other chain has, from furniture to ink. I truly come here for the customer service. From the first time I shopped here, Barb has gone above and beyond to meet every crazy need our business has come up with. She seems a pro at custom printing, a wealth of knowledge about her product lines, and somehow never seems frustrated or put out when I occupy her time. The rest of the staff has always been stellar as well. Id venture to say that they are in the customer service business, with a specialty in office supply. Thanks guys.

I found what I needed. An Ethernet cable.

For the first time since I have been coming here, I left the store very disappointed. I usually do my faxing here. So today, when I arrived the male individual behind the counter did not even acknowledge that I was there. I have been faxing here for a long time so I know the routine. I filled out the cover sheet for the papers I was faxing. The individual behind the counter to my surprise was the manager and his name was Maurice. When I was walking over to him to tell him I needed to fax some papers, he literally looked at me and walked away. I saw how he took out his cell phone and made a call. I stood there for about 5 minutes and observed what was going on around me. There was a young man helping another customer outside. Once he was done, he helped another customer out on the floor and then he walked over to the register. He helped me with my fax. As I waited for my fax to go through, there was about 3-4 customers in the line waiting to be checked out. This young man, Chris, was very kind and helping the rest of us. By then, Maurice was back behind the counter and he was doing something with papers and didnt even bother to help check customers out. I usually leave having a good experience but not today!!!

The store is very small and need more selection to be in it.

Very nice store, had what we were looking for. The associate that helped us was indeed very helpful from the selection, recommendations, checkout, and to assistance with our heavy purchase to the car. Thank you Officer Depot.

Arrived 10mins before closing, “Hi how can I help you?”, “I need shrink wrap, or stretch wrap either one will do”, “sir this is a micro site, meaning we don’t carry EVERYTHING that a regular Office Depot does”, “Okay sorry for bothering close to closing, but can I take a look around your shipping section, maybe I can find something similar to what I’m lookin...”, “Sir, we don’t have any shrink wrap, try our other locations, you might find what you’re looking for there.”I start making my way out of the store, feeling my presence is an annoyance since they would like to close rather than help me find what I’m looking for. Right next to the register, clear as day with the words, Stretch Wrap, 2 rolls left. “Yes I guess these just magically appeared, I’ll take these 2 do you have anymore”, “No sir, we don’t have anymore.”I’ll take these 2, and seriously guys/gals if you don’t like a certain job you need to understand, we don’t force you work somewhere you don’t want to so stop with the attitudes or the feelings of not wanting to be there, if you don’t want to work somewhere or feel annoyed being somewhere you don’t want to be, then find another job! It’s that simple.

Always accommodating what ever I come in for, nice store to shop at.

Tried to print covers for my video game cases, something that the every other Office Depot has done for me over the past 3 years, and they refused claiming that the work was copyright issue. So I guess Ill be using another Office Depot that understands fair use.

Stayed for more than an hour just to make color copies. Staff knew this but still decided to tend to inventory rather than accommodating me due to the wait.

The worst over priced store ever.good luck on your liquidation.

Have ordered with my company for 3 years...WILL NEVER ORDER again.Delivery of 6 cases of paper were left with another office in building and I have to go retrieve them myself.. Driver said oh well and 3 phone calls to customer service with NO return callback. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! SHOULD BE A ZERO STAR

In all fairness this is a smaller Office Depot store, but the normal selection I have come to expect was not there. The service was OK but they certainly dont bend over backwards to help.

Not much in there and the prices seemed high. The staff is helpful though.
