First time here and everyone was very nice. Very clean and on time. I take forever to find new glasses since I’m so indecisive but Patricia was patient with me and help me review every pair on my face! I was even able to get my glasses same day (I’ve never had that happen anywhere!). Nice selection of frames, I’ll be returning in the future

Jasmine & Rita saved the day after my daughter lost a lens & made sure that she could get replacements immediately.This location has been the best when my daughter had trouble putting in lenses at other optometry offices but they made her feel so comfortable with their patience after many attempts & she was able to wear them.

All the staff and doctors are incredibly helpful and warm. Pearle Vision offers a wide array of glasses, and the store is always sparkling clean. I particularly appreciate the safety protocols of offering clean masks and screening people who enter the store.

I had a pleasant experience with everyone I had an interaction with. I have not been happy the last few years with mine and my sons eye drs and appts and have been trying different places. I am really happy I called and came here. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Dr. Khurana and her team were all SO kind. I have severe social anxiety and hate going to any doctor. However, they all made me feel really comfortable and went out of their way to be extremely helpful.

From the moment I entered everyone was pleasant and professional. Everyone was very patient with the process and even upon my return to pick up my eye wear the experience felt more like a connection. From the first Hello to everything in between ending with a genuine goodbye when leaving the store made this a positive connection with people who made me feel valued.

I went to Pearle Vision in Orland Park this afternoon to see if I could get a pair of contacts, because ones I had ordered online through another retailer never showed up after 2 weeks, so I was in a difficult situation. I have been going to this location for probably 30 years now, and they provided excellent customers service once again. Dr.Shiple was able to provide me with a trial pair while the the ones I ordered today come in. Lisa at the front desk was very helpful and courteous and so was Jasmine who ordered the new contacts for me through my insurance. Sometimes shopping around for the lowest price from a competitor, isnt the best choice when their service is terrible. Thank you!

She also explained, with great perspicuity, how to use my benefits to pay for my frame and how to use my Flexible spending to pay for my lens.Additionally, Lupe encouraged many to wear a mask and maintain social distancing. The Orland Park Pearl Vision is one of the, if not best experience, I have ever had with going to a vision center for the very first time. I found this location via Yahoo search due to being very dissatisfied with another vision center prior to going this morning. I called from the disappointed and unsanitary vision center parking lot and spoke with Jasmine. Jasmine was EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL which helped me decide to try this Pearl Vision location after calling 4 others. Jasmine is the true definition of giving a first impression for any company to receive new clientele. This impression was given via a phone call. She was very patient and listened to my situation which was very welcoming. She made me decide to come to PV. Also, my next wonderful impression that reassured me I made the right choice were Rita (who was also wonderful), I believe her name was Desiree (who I can tell was training) and the overall staff and Doctor McCartan (excellent). With placing myself with a doctor that met my needs and anxiety to the necessary steps of sanitation because I have ocd and a hypochondriac this particular Pearl Vision have gained a patient to come. Please keep up the great work and kudos to whoever hired/picked these great individuals. Great choice. Although, COVID guidelines have been lifted some, PV continues to make sure the health and safety of ALL patients are top priority by taking excellent safety measures and that’s what I loved about my visit along with the wonderful staff today. Already referred this PV to five people today along. This was my first time making an appointment with Pearle Vision and I have to say I was very impressed. I was coming in for an eye exam, contact fitting, and looking for a new pair of glasses. I saw Dr. McCartan and she was fantastic. My optician who helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses was Josephine and she was great as well. She also made sure all our questions were answered. I wanted to check an insurance benefit but did not have the group number with me. Everyone at Pearle Vision in Orland Park is so friendly, from the first exam room to the doctor (I had Dr. McCartan).They are very clean and thorough. Cathy was so great and helpful! She helped me order contacts and find the perfect pair of glasses. They are patient and really take their time to make everything perfect.

They were really efficent as always.They have now started a payment plan which is so helpful since glasses are so expensive.They went a little over the top for me with trying to keep everyone stay from Covid. Now someone with concerns would feel they were well protected. They try hard for a sterile environment!

I called this location for a last minute appointment. First I was told no appointments were available but she would call me if someone canceled. To my surprise someone actually called me a few hours later to tell me that they had an available appointment the next day. They are extremely professional. During this pandemic Pearle Vision in Orland Park takes great measures to make you feel safe. I literally drive past at least 4 Pearle Vision Centers and I’m willing to drive to Orland for the great customer service.

Edit for owner: Well to be frank. I felt like this years visit was very rushed and no amount of my input mattered to the second Dr who did my follow up. I mentioned the contacts were not comfortable at all. I understand eyes can develop issues and changes throughout the years, but they said I needed astigmatism contacts. I tried them and said theyre not fitting correctly. I mentioned I tried my old pair of non-astigmatism contacts and they fit perfectly. No adjustment time, no blurred vision, comfortable. She waved off everything I said, at and one point even said I doubt that. So now Im stuck with 6 months of contacts that are uncomfortable and I can guarantee I will be a bit more aggressive with my demands next year if I choose to return.

My experience was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was very pleasant, office was clean, and Cathy was great!!!

Very helpful friendly staff. The office is clean, neat and runs efficiently. My only quirk is the price of the frames, they are incredibly high but the quality of the service causes me to come back year after year.

I felt the service was very pushy and rushed once the eye exam was finished. I get covid protocol, but it did not feel like I was given much chance to look at glasses once I was finished with my exam.

Staff is too polite!I came to get my glasses fixed because a screw connecting the frame to the lens popped out. They fixed it in minutes and didn’t even charge me even though I wasn’t a customer!!Will definitely use next time I need a new pair of glasses.

When I first entered (necessary paperwork done on line prior) Lisa greeted me and instructed me to switch my mask with one she provided. Great idea. COVID safety guidelines are excellent. Dr. Shiple was excellent and explained alot. Before that Lisa did the pre tests. Safety and hygiene of utmost importance.Then I was helped by Andrea the Optician. She was so helpful with ordering my glasses. I also met Shawna(misspelled?) The Manager on duty. Very nice and easily accessible when an employee needs her help. Pricing was reasonable. Because I was paying cash, Shawna gave me a 40% discount for the lenses. I highly, with pleasure recommend the Pearle Vision in Orland Park. EXCELLENT SERVICE. COVID CONSCIOUS (no people. We are not in the clear yet)

I took my son there last year for the first time for exam and glasses and the reason why, because they sent me a coupon 40% off and since I always took my son to Costco for his exam and glasses, I thought this place looks fancy, let’s try it😕there was NOTHING special about this place, same exams they do at Costco as well and a lot cheaper😞Even after 40% off coupon, I ended paying almost $500 for something I can get at Costco for less😞But, I guess people go to these expensive places, just to look cool🧐But there was NOTHING cool about it.😏

I can’t express my appreciation and gratitude for the staff at Pearle Vision Orland Park enough! Lionette in particular is an outstanding employee who goes above and beyond in assisting her clients. Though, the entire staff is truly top notch, especially while navigating the intensive demands that come with operating both a storefront and doctor’s office in a pandemic. The ends they go to to keep their patients healthy and safe are noticed and commended!

I went for an eye exam and was charged additional from contact lenses exam. The trial lenses recommended took 3 times of going out there to retry the contacts. Horrible experience, no offer to mail to me but repeatedly return, until the proper contact lenses work. Great service!

Love my new frames. They followed the proper protocol for Covid. They were friendly and attentive however Lionette was excellent. She had me step out my comfort zone which I’m loving it. I really enjoyed my visit to get new glasses. I texted them when I arrived and the precautions they used to keep themselves and myself safe were amazing. I was so impressed with every little thing they did, and it made a big difference. Having us put on a clean mask that they provide was such a great idea cuz people go into places with dirty and disgusting masks that probably have a lot of germs on them. Washing our hands and keeping the other patrons at a distance made me feel comfortable being there. And every time I turned around someone was cleaning and wiping something. The young lady, LIONETTE,, helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses I think I ever had, and after each pair of glasses tried on, they were put in a separate tray as to not spread germs. So clean in there. I’d say one of the most enjoyable experiences buying glasses, Lionette was so helpful and made sure I understood everything she was saying. She was very meticulous in the order process, she didn’t miss a beat. Very patient and and kind. I’m very impressed with this location and the staff. More businesses should follow their lead in customer service and following the rules.

I had a wonderful experience at this store location. The staff overall was attentive to my needs, but Marcia Williams assisted me while there. She is such a sweet person. I appreciate the time she took with me when choosing my frames. She was very patient and I believe she helped me to pick out the best frames for my face type and style, I love them. Ive gotten so many compliments on the glasses I choose. I will absolutely be back to visit this location in the future for mine and my families eye care needs.

What the hack was that? I was entering the store, so I can spend money for 3 prescriptions and then, a lady approached me and asked to outside, remove my face-mask and wear theirs!!! My experience at Pearle Vision was amazing! I had trouble getting my contacts out no matter what I tried, so I figured trying to go to Pearle Vision before trying Immediate Care. When we explained our situation to the desk, the lady said that she could see if the doctor could see me before any other patients, which was extremely kind. The doctor took me in and got both of my contacts out in a matter of a minute - if even that. Overall a very professional and kind staff. Highly recommend!

I have been looking for a new vision provider and I have found the perfect place. Pearle Vision in Orland was incredible. The customer service is incredible, to say the least. Dr. McCartan is so easy going and thorough I felt so at ease with her. While getting my exam she walked me through my pictures and all of the tests being done. She was incredible to work with. When it came time to find new glasses, Josephine was amazing! Not only did she help pull glasses based on my preferences, but made sure that glasses that didn’t fit quite right were taken off the table. Make sure to ask for both of these women, you will not be disappointed. I am so glad that I found Pearle Vision and look forward to continuing my vision care with them!

The staff at this Pearle Vision in Orland Park was exceptional, especially Raymond! They define a great customer service experience. Raymond navigated the insurance carriers requirements and was able to get me the exact specification of prescription lenses that my doctor outlined. These special order lens for both my daily wear and sunglasses were perfect when they arrived. Communication was very timely and the team went out of their way to keep me informed every step of the way. The custom order process was expected to go approximately 5 weeks and they beat that delivery by two weeks. I would definitely recommend the Orland Park Pearle and Raymond for your eyecare needs!

This is my second time using Pearle for my yearly vision exam. The doc was great, the session didnt feel too rushed. I received excellent service from Marciea.I have an extremely heavy prescription and took a chance on some wire frames (I always get plastic to hide the thickness of my lenses). The lenses were cut in house and the results are FABULOUS. Im glad Marciea advised me to take a chance.This location is a bit out of the way for me but its been worth it both times.

Great place to get eyes examined. Quick but thorough. A lot of frames to choose. Quick getting glasses and contacts. Glasses were done same day and contacts took about a week.
