Everyone was friendly and congratulated me and my fiancé on our engagement at Disney world big surprise even tho my fiancé gave all the hints away I just wanted to get on this one ride it was an hour wait but it was worth the wait 8 years together happy and strong can’t wait to come back and buy our wedding bands 🥰

I went here to get my wedding ring set cleaned. They let me know one of my diamonds was loose and recommended that I send that ring (and my engagement ring) off together to be fixed and refurbished so that one wont be dull. The rings came back when they said they would and looking brand new. Next time I have the service done, Ill post before and after shots. The service is excellent - every time I enter Im greatly quickly and with such warmth. I recommend this Helzberg location.

Called to inquire about a pearl necklace, bracelet, earring set...left on hold for 30 minutes...When I attempted to call back several times no answer...Im glad I called first, this Helzberg Diamond Card goes to the shredder!

My husband brought our wedding rings 12/5/15 and every 6 months my rings have to be sent out for missing diamonds. There was one time we picked up the ring and before we could get to the car a diamond was missing so we had to go back and give them the ring again. No Im not happy at all. First they say they will give me a new ring and band That didnt happen. Now it comes to the point to exchange the ring and I find one but its a little cheaper than my ring and a band would be separate but I cant have it cause its cheaper than my original ring so now we have to spend more money to get the price to be equal value, so we do that, now we was told the new ring was a 1/2 caret more than mine so yes I was happy with that. Now shes doing the transaction but while we are waiting i go on line and i see the same ring on the website and it say its not 1/2 caret more but actually the same has mine and now its oh thats my mistake is what she say. We are not very happy customers with the way they do business. We will never buy anymore jewelry from them.

My husband let me pick my ring and the sales associate was very pushy with us making a purchase but helpful. She let us know our ring options based on what we were approved for and found rings that were the style I was looking for. I have not had any problems with the diamonds falling out and it’s been 6 months

This was a jewelry store in the mall and I just went in there and you know just looking around and they offered to clean my rings for me which was very nice

I have been a devoted Helzberg customer for 10yrs+ but, after my experience the other day I honestly dont think I can ever step foot inside that store ever again.While I was browsing a woman was helping me. I tried a few things on all which looked ridiculously big on me. I told the sales woman I could no longer wear my wedding ring for it is too big and can not be made any smaller. I then proceeded to tell her that I have such a hard time finding anything that fits me. Her response to me was, well then maybe you should gain a little weight!I was in absolute shock! I smiled and said,yeahhh. Then left the store in tears. I am a two year cancer survivor. The medication I have to take EVERYDAY for the REST OF MY LIFE causes my metabolism to work at a high speed resulting in weight loss, shaking, heart palpitations, etc....How dare someone speak like that to someone. I can assure you that no one in their right mind would tell a heavy individual that they should loss weight. I have to deal with body image issues the rest of my life because I was sick. Jewellery is one thing I have that is suppose to make me feel beautiful when I put it on and that has now been ruined for me.Im crushed.

Went there yesterday to spend no more than $150 and Tab immediately showed me ear rings that were $5,000. When I declined and said I dont want to spend anything more than the $150 she showed me more items that ranged between $2,000 to $800. I get they are sales people but she was hard selling me on merch I didnt want. I finally found some earrings for $100 and she was ringing me up and ridiculing me calling me a big spender to her co-worker. Just ridiculous. Im buying product from your store and since I didnt spend $5000 I have to be ridiculed. Im done with this place. Ill go to another location where Im treated politely./
