Very busy because of the holiday season, but the staff was on it. They were able to help my son and I pick out a nice gift and engrave it the same day.

I have always enjoyed shopping here. The associate Mya was very helpful and kind. The store provides a variety of merchandise to choose from. The personalizing can get a little pricey. Overall, its a great place to shop for a personalized treasure!!

The lady in their had her hands full but still made my time fill full of service. I forgot her name but not her face 11/21/19 @ 11:10 am she started my order and got me out of their by 12 noon on the dot. While answering the phone, helping other people she was AWESOME

The employees there were so kind and incredibly helpful. Also, when I returned to pick up my order, two grown women were about to get in a physical fight and one of the employees managed to de-escalate the situation while completely maintaining her cool, which was a miracle! The people at this location are amazing!

We were headed out of town for Thanksgiving and wanted to bring a special gift for those hosting so we went to Annie in Orland Park who has always steered us in the right direction with ideas in the past.
