I have filled an official in depth report with Corporate. However, I would be remiss if I didn’t let the public know about my experience on April 3, 2021 with store associate Monte and alleged manager Daniella.Long/short I came in to exchange a defective bracelet and wanted a receipt to memorialize the transaction. Monte stated I would have to pay $3.73 for a receipt (no purchase was made). I asked him why and if he would pay for a receipt. I told him I wasn’t paying for a receipt and he turned from me and mumbled something and walked away. I said “pardon me?” And no response. I walked to Sephora and after I finished my purchase I see 5 police officers and a dog with Monte and another black woman (didn’t catch her name) from Pandora.He pointed at me and said “there she is”. The police proceeded to question me about the incident. I explained and we went back to Pandora and I received a store gift card in the amount of $391.I don’t appreciate this type you of treatment, it was defamation of character and an extremely traumatic experience, especially during the current climate with police. Thankfully Officer Whalen was very understanding and professional.And yes, you did read that right. Monte called the police on a young black woman because I didn’t pay for a receipt that I didn’t take. He would have had to collect the $3.73 from me to even print the receipt. I’m overly appalled and disgusted and will NEVER shop at that location again.

Long wait but well worth it. My daughter purchased a charm for her Mom.

Dont go during the weekend if you can help it, the lines and wait times are ridiculous, otherwise great service

Extremely Unprofessional, wait time is over a hour, every time I come here it’s the same thing! Long lines and the Manager (Mary Alice) instead of assisting to get the line down she was taking inventory!!

Staff is the worst. They are sooo disorganized and expect the customers to suffer because of it. They have me sign up for a text and told me to come back in 1-1 1/2 hours. Then after almost 2hrs, I go back to tell them I never got a text. The woman in the line was really rude and said she told me I would have to stand in line when I got the txt and wait another hour?? I never saw her before and talked to someone else. Then she only says, they should have told you and ignores me. IF they told me I had to wait over 3 hrs instead of lying I wouldnt leave a bad review

Store allows 3 people in at once. You have to sign in for a 2hr wait time, then after 2hrs, you get to stand in an actual line outside for another 30-45 minutes. Do you think Pandora jewelry is worth a 3hr wait? I don’t. Do NOT bother coming here until there’s a cure for COVID.

Super helpful staff!! I went in there to buy a charm and fix my old bracelet and May was so nice and very knowledgeable in products available. Would recommend!

Worst store around. They lie to you tell you its a 2 hour wait and come back when they text you. So I did exactly that. Then it was another 1 hour wait to get into the store. Dont waste your time. Horrible.

Noor seemed as if she’d rather be doing something else than help me figure out my ring sizes. I felt uncomfortable so I just rushed and made my purchase. I ended up purchasing a ring sizer online so I can just make purchases online.

They have a system in place. Their doing a great job.

Went there on Valentines Day and brought another bracelet and wanted to get my earrings and my other bracelet with all the charms cleaned and they didnt clean them because of the holiday.. was very upset because while Im spending money I feel as if I shouldve been able to get everything clean especially for the holiday.. with that being said.. I gotta go back when their not busy selling the products. Its still a job but since its free, it on their own terms!!

Despite the wait in line for 30 minutes. There is almost always a line to get into the store. Therese was wonderfully helpful and patient, with an enjoyable Irish(?)accent! She took the time to show me the difference between the bracelet I received as a gift & the bigger one I thought I wanted. Im very happy with what I received as a gift & my additional purchase!

I enjoy going to pandora I feel they should have more deals and or specials. This company has made So much money from the consumers yet give little back. Just an example that greed take presence over the important factor. The customer. Because without any person frequenting they would have to close down

Made a purchase for Mother’s Day was told to text a number when outside to pick up my order. I was outside 45 minutes before someone brought my order out. When you call the number you can’t reach a person you have to leave a message and your call won’t be returned. ALSO DO NOT ONLINE SHOP!!! never received my order and hold times to speak to a person is well over a hour I’ve been a very satisfied pandora jewelry shopper for years but due to my most recent experiences I will no longer shop with them.

Really didnt buy anything and Pandoras I just went in there browsing around but they have a lot of really nice jewelry I went in there looking for my goddaughter a sweet 16 bracelet but they didnt have any did I think she would like but I still five stars cause the people were really nice in there

Brightly lite, helpful employees. Yes go there and get yourself or someone you love a lovely gift. Very busy at Christmas time. This store has more selection than any store I have been in. Some times you just have to wait to get what you want.

Love that the store usually has what Im looking for. Hate that every time they have a special theyre not prepared to handle the crowds. Line always long and some people spend more than an hour deciding what they want. I always have my choices selected, even backup choices. So there should be a separate line for ppl that know EXACTLY what they want. 3 hours is way too long to wait!

My wife and daughters love Pandora I get to buy the items and enjoy the look on there faces priceless.

Went there and bought couple of rings and bracelet. Shopped around a little wearing what I just bought and realized one of the ring was little too big. Went back about an hour later and everyone was busy. I asked one of the girl that was free if I could exchange it for smaller size and she told me I had to wait for the sales girl who helped me before. I thought it was bit weird, thinking what if I went back another day when she was off, but waited over 40 minutes since she was with another customer. Finally, asked that same girl again if she could do something since Ive been waiting and it didnt look like she was going to be free any time soon, that same girl who told me I had to wait for the same sales girl said sure, and exchange my ring. So she basically had me wait for something that she couldve helped with 40 minutes ago. Ill probably wont go to this location anymore. This experience put such a bad taste in my mouth.
