We came in to see about getting 1 phone and a tablet upgraded. We didnt authorize the representative to erase the sim card on our phone. He was to busy figuring out custody problems with his kids then the customer. He told us he didnt erase anything when we got ready to leave cause we didnt have the money at that time. When we left and found out he erased it we came back and he became rude to my husband and then he tried to talk to me and called me a b. We finally left with my husbands phone working kinda. I will never set a foot in that store again.

If I could give a rating of zero and post, I would. The experience weve had has just been horrible at this store. Weve had multiple issues after getting an upgrade on ONE phone. We were charged for many things that we did not authorize. The employee who worked with us appeared to not know what he was doing, was not very friendly, and had the audacity to still charge us for things we never spoke about OR agreed to. We were not given any hard copy receipts either. Its highly unethical to do things like this just because you earn commission as a store/employee. We are very unhappy with our experience and will not return. Please re-train your employees to prevent anything like this happening again.

Had bad experience with store employees changing my phone plan to an unlimited plan when I did not authorize it. Happened twice on separate days. Also, they did not provide a hard copy receipt of changes we worked on, even when I asked for one. Showed me their computer screen and said they could not print from it. Dont trust the store and will do business with another AT&T location going forward

Very friendly and helpful, associate went out of way to help us even tho he didnt need to. He was very kind to my mother even tho she gets confused easily and doesnt always do good talking to people. Great job

Just got the new iPhone from them. AJ was very wise & helpful! Ryan was not working with me but I overheard him being helpful to his customer also. Great store, awesome team, in and out in under an hour.

Was having problems with my new phone went in Alex helped me and got my phone running in 15 minutes. He was great just as AJ was when I signed up and got my new phone which I love. Switched from T-Mobile no regrets at all.

AJ was an awesome dude to talk to while setting up my new phone! He read the room well and was entertaining and made the time fly by! He did an amazing job of multitasking, ensuring that I was taken care of as well as other customers waiting while the other worker was busy!

Relatively painless visit. I suggest only visiting if there are two staff working or theres no wait, otherwise youll wait a long time.

Unbelievable incompetent!Associates dont care about customer. Trying for 2 weeks, countless hours online and in the store and still not able to get my family plan with 4 lines running.Unbelievable.Go to different provider!

I had a sim card problem with my phone and they refused to help me.... my company has probably bought 200 phones from them... Tmobile doesnt pull this bs with people... be warned

Went into AT & T yesterday at the Oshkosh 1462 location was greeted right away by a gentleman and than another gentleman came from the backroom said we would be right with you . Only had to wait a few minutes the manager Ty Johnston was very helpful my I phone 6plus had the white death screen told me that I probably needed a new one. He got the phone that I wanted and his service was phenomenal. I was out in a short 30 minutes. He set up my phone put the protector and new case on. He was very knowledgeable about the product. I am gladly to send anyone there as well. Will be going back there as well

Worked with AJ best experience I have had in a cell phone store in my entire life. Went over all my options ended up bringing over 2 lines that I wasnt going to when I went in there. Extremely excited will be going here for all my future cell and internet needs.

My fiance purchased phone on 3-7-20. Very prompt, quick and friendly service. We took phone back on Tuesday, they turned a button on as he could not recieve any calls and texts would come in hours later. On the 6th day he took it back for a full refund as you have 14 days to do so. I called the store and Manager Alex answered my call at 5:26 p.m. He said hed call me back but NEVER did. They close at 7 and I called back to back and he finally answered the phone, I stayed on hold until 7:11 p.m. again they close at 7 . He never got back to me . Closed store and went home. Poorest customer service Ive dealt with in a long time . Alex being the manager sets NO example to those under him. Tomorrow I will personally go into the store .

Just love the AT&T Oshkosh store soooooooo much! They are so sweet and helpful. They got me set up so quickly and gave me a great deal. Shout out to Zaine and Trent: they are the best!

I read lots of negative reviews before going here to get a new phone. My experience was great. The manager was very helpful and I had my new phone within minutes. It seems as though they’ve gotten rid of whoever was causing the negative press... would recommend going here for all your cell phone needs

Not the worse service but definitely not the best. I ended up just walking out and doing it myself online. Which ended up being a better deal. The store clerks are not as informative as the other stores in the fox valley area.

My wife and I just upgraded from Samsung Galaxy J3 cell phones to I Phone XRs. We did a lot of shopping around (Verizon, Sprint, etc). AJ at the Oshkosh store was excellent to work with and very helpful, as was his boss. We were with AT&T with the Android phones, but purchased the Samsung phones two years ago from Target. At that time we switched from Verizon to AT&T. We are pleased with the coverage provided by AT&T and now really happy that we made the switch to the Apple I Phones. Thanks AJ.

Nov, 16. I went to the store to get AT&T service for my phone and port my number. Wish I could remember the Reps name. It was painless and quick. I have no complaints about the service. You do have a major problem, though. You need at least 3 Reps in the store. One person doesnt cut it. When I went to AT&T one Rep was on duty. But I was the first person in the store. The other reviewers are correct about wait, wait and wait some more. You REALLY need to fix this.

Zaine helped me set up my Direct TV, and Im super happy! The whole staff was really nice.

If I could give negative stars I would!!!! Sales rep Sean Barret turned what should have been a simple trade in upgrade into a nightmare of epic proportion. His assistance in fixing the problem only made it worse! Buyer beware, we were also told that sales reps arent obligated to tell you that they automatically add insurance on every purchase, and the customer must be smart enough to catch it and cancel online. We will NEVER come to this store again

We tried to have our new series 4 watch activated so we could call on it. Randy prior to Oshkosh store was on the phone with AT&T for 2 hours and no-one could get it right. So we went to the store in Oshkosh and they didnt have a clue. You would think AT&T would be updated on new products but they arnt. We will give it another try at a different store in another city since we paid more for a watch to have its own line LTE. If not WE WILL CHANGE PROVIDERS!

AT&T has the most horrible customer service Ive ever seen and lying comes nonstop. If anyone sees this, DO NOT GET AT&T SERVICES. Charter or anywhere else is better! They will change dates and alter information and make it look like you, the account holder, made it! THEY WILL SEND YOU A MESSAGE ON FACEBOOK SAYING THEY CAN HELP BUT IT DOES NOT GET ANYWHERE. POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

I’ve had a horrible ATT experience; however, the manager, Ty, did all he could to make it right and take care of me. If you have any issues I would recommend going there to have them help you.

Went to pay my cable bill on May 26 2020, left my wallet there, tried to call to see if was got the answering machine,left a message twice never called me.

Came into At&t store today to upgrade my phone. Ive had the phone for 5 years I knew I was eligible for an upgrade because the phone was paid off and my bill was current. unfortunately the sales man, Michael gave me little information on all the Samsung phones avaliable. Im not very tech savy so I really needed to know the phones abilities. The information he did share and there was little of that was about the most expensive phone. I came to the store thinking it would be better to get the information I needed in person. I hate to say I was wrong, but I was. Michael was rude, impatient, and looking at dollar signs rather then helping me purchase the phone that would best soot my needs. SPRINT HERE I COME!!!

Zaine is the best worker there

My 60 year old father and I were literally kicked out of this store by the store manager Jake because he could not figure out how to help us unlock a phone. He got more and more frustrated as he couldnt figure it out and finally told us to leave or he would call the cops. He was extremely rude and aggressive.
