Today was the LAST straw with this horrible authorized retailer. Today, we waited in line for 25 minutes before being helped...only to be told they dont have time to take my cash payment for my bill. YOU DONT HAVE TIME TO TAKE MY PAYMENT??????????? What HORRIBLE customer service. It is your JOB to TAKE MY PAYMENT buddy! But since you dont get a commission on it, you just showed me what kind of person you are!The next complaint I have is that they cost me an additional $70 on my bill. I was told...and I confirmed this a few times with the gal when I changed my plan and updated to the iPhone 6...that data overage was $15 per 1GB.....well I had a busy month, went over on my data and didnt notice until it was too late that they changed me $15 per 500MB.....when I know I go over once in a while, why would I change to a plan that charges me 3X what I would pay if I upgrade to a plan with more data?!?!?!?I was unable to get resolution from the person behind the counter and left a message for the store manager to call me...which NEVER happened.NEVER again will I frequent this store. I am also filing a formal complaint with Verizon corporate.

This is not a real Verizon store. Avoid at all costs. I was sold a 3rd party insurance plan and paid upfront. I was told this was the only payment that would be needed if I were to replace my phone. I was also told that if I needed a replacement phone I could get it at their store.My phone got damaged and I brought it into the store, only to receive a post it note with the 3rd party insurance phone number ( lie #1 ). I called the 3rd party insurance provider myself, only to find out they want an additional $150 that I was not told about by the Z Wireless sales person ( lie #2 ).A real Verizon store may try to sell you this same insurance, but they would probably be up front on the cost and steps you need to take. Go to a real Verizon store.

Recently upgraded to the new Iphone from a samsung and the staff was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions regarding the phone as well as the different options for cases and other accessories I was interested in.

Every time I go to the Jackson Street location I always have an issue with someone not wanting to do work. The staff there seems extremely uneducated in procedures and unwilling to help. I will not ever go back to this location I will drive the extra 10 mins to go across town where they know what they are talking about and doing. 100% unsatisfied with the customer service at this store!!!
