I got my phone back and the back cover of the phone wasnt sealed on. Which makes me think they rushed the job. Furthermore they would not send me a receipt when they took my phone. They held my phone for a month without a single update. Every time I called the associate who is working on your device isnt in. I can have them call you back. I never once received a call back until I put in a request to Google specifically to reach out and find out what was going on with my phone. Literally 0/10 wouldnt recommend.

I ordered a battery for my older phone which I thought was causing slow service. I changed my carrier while waiting a few days for my new battery. When I went in today to get battery replaced I told tech person the issue I was having with my new service. I explained I have a metal roof and he said with the older phone the brand I have doesnt have the technology forthe way the internet runs. I figured I would have to pay figuring I ordered the battery but he refunded my money and I couldnt get over most places would charge you. He was very professional and honest and I recommend this place for anyone having phone issues

They can fix it but doesnt mean they will leave it fixed. They call you back saying that they need to add a part then tell you they cant fix it and put all the broken stuff back in. Better off going to computer corner.

Ive been needing to get my PS4 cleaned out so I doesnt sound like a hair dryer when running games. Took them 2 hours to give it a deep clean and they did it for a reasonable price. If youre like me and not comfortable with monkeying with your electronics, these guys will help you out. Theyre also open about how long a project will take based on how busy they are. All around great service.

The Oshkosh store misplaced my Nintendo Switch. The store manger and employee then tried to give me another Switch and told me it does not matter which one that I get back.

I fix iPhones but decided to take it here instead. The “Manager” doesn’t know how to fix a phone screen properly, contradicts himself, and doesn’t own up to his faults. For example, if you shouldn’t do a screen repair, when find my iPhone is still on, then don’t do it. And when you do it anyway, and the phone doesn’t work, you are responsible for the phone not working properly.

2 hrs and my phone is back to like new.

I walked in with only 2 minutes before they closed, I asked for a cleaner to clean my Lightning cable cause my phone hasn’t been able to charge correctly in months. An employee named Dominic was very helpful and kind and fixed it in like a minute. If I ever need any phone work done in the future, I know where to go

Well I was promised on a Monday that my phone would be fixed on a Friday. Even after I brought up its a holiday week... Still waiting on my phone and its halfway though the fallowing week. I was told the parts will show up before the holiday and it should be fixed by weeks end. No parts showed up so far... I have allot going on in my life and I made it a point that if they couldnt get it done by weeks end I would order and fix the phone myself... Im not happy, although I understand the situation and I was promised otherwise. No efforts have been made thus far to contact me about my phone, I have had to take time out of my day to contact them. Even on my receipt it was stated you will get a followup on such date... no one contacted me per the receipt. I gave them multiple ways for communication. Office #, e-mail, even could text my # being repaired between certain hours.. So there communication is not even lack luster... its non existent. I will update this post if things work out better than what it seems but as of yet Im no where near happy about this whole situation.

I was in there Saturday and a man walked in saying that when they fixed his screen they did something wrong cuz his phone wasnt working. They broke my moms phone while tempted to fix it. They did take responsibility for there actions its just annoying that they make so many mistakes and still in business. The same mistake ls shouldnt happen all the time but from my experience Im sorry but it seems like they dont know what there doing

Was debating on whether to go to Apple or here to replace the screen and battery on my phone. After reading reviews and calling for price quotes I decided to come here. Way better customer service than apple and I got both repairs done at a much lower price than I expected. Took less than an hour and everything works great. Would definitely come again.

A while back my husband had uBreakiFix install a new battery in his cell phone, and he was very satisfied with his experience there. So, when my son gave me his old iPhone, which wasn’t charging properly, I took it to uBreakiFix to see if they could fix it. Not only did Ben fix it, but he didn’t charge me anything. He said it had been full of “pocket lint”. It now works great! I would highly recommend their services!

Not an authorized apple repair, they did not tell us this.Had front, back, and battery replaced on iPhone XS. Barely months after the repair, the display now has a vivid purple line running through it, but since its past 90 days, they refuse to even look at the device.Spend the extra money and go to an authorized repair location.

Had My iPhone 8 screen replaced at another location in Milwaukee and the screen stared acting up after a few weeks. I stopped into the Oshkosh store and they were able to find me in the computer without my receipt. Noah behind the counter was really helpful they had a few other customers in line ahead of me but he explained the process and let me know the warranty would cover my repair and assured me the manager had seen this issue before and he would be fixing my phone. My phone is currently working great and they let me know my warranty is good at all their locations.

Dropped off my phone to get screen replaced and when I got it back my phone wouldn’t type and the calls would always drop. One night it was charging on my night stand and over heated and cracked. When I took it in they said they couldn’t do anything. Even though I have a 90 day Warranty, they said the warranty doesn’t cover it. Very disappointed. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. They didn’t even call me saying my phone was done. I had to go back 2 hours later to see what was going on.

My phone screen was cracked from top to bottom from my cat knocking it off my counter top. There arent too many places in my area that fix phones in house. So I gave uBreakiFix a call and they confirmed they can fix my device. Well I brought my Xbox One X to them to replace my Xbox One Xs HDMI port to see if that was the reason I was having The No Signal problem and they didnt even have any HDMI ports for the Xbox One X so they had to ordered one. They couldnt find out if it was the reason because the person doing it messed up and once again they didnt have any extra HDMI ports in the store making me wait even longer to get it back or at least know if that was the problem. FINALLY two weeks later they finally manage to get another one to replace it and I guess that wasnt the problem. I went to pick it up and when I got there I asked the guy at the desk if they took into consideration that it might be the Re-timer chip, no he didnt and then he Fricken asked me if that was Xbox One X problem! Like really, you guys are the ones who are saying you can fix Xbox One/Devices and you dont even know and had to ask me!? So now Im left a non working Xbox One X in terms of a non working HDMI out port and all Im thinking about is what if it is the Re-timer chip or not. I really want to bring it to another repair place to have them replace the Re-timer chip but my Xbox was already opened up and worked on twice. Thx Guys!

Great place. Got the liquid screen protectors and havent had any issues. I was very skeptical about it because i never had an issue but took the chance and am glad I did.

I brought 2 phones in to get fixed. One of the phones was run over by a car and was severely damaged. The other just had a cracked screen. Both were repaired for a fair price quickly.

My kindle was not working so I took it to Best Buy and they told me it was trashed. So I found out about your place and took it there. The customer service has been awful. I took my phone in July 30th as it met the tidy bowl man. They told me they need to do the chemical bath etc. and it should be ready on the 31st or if they needed parts they would call. They didn’t call so I stopped in and was told it was the screen and they needed to order a new one and it would be 3-5 days. I don’t understand why it takes 3-5 days to get a part when I could order the same part online and have free overnight shipping. I called again on Friday for a status as I heard nothing I was told it would be done Tuesday I asked how much I owe as I was just going to go pick it up and take it somewhere else but was put on hold and no one ever came back to the phone. So when I didn’t hear anything on Tuesday I call again on Wednesday and was told it would be done around 4:30. I went to pick it up today (Thursday) and it’s not done. I am now told the part they ordered doesn’t work and they need to reorder it and I ask how long before it done and I told it will take 3-5 business for a new part. So I wonder if I will ever get my phone back and if it will ever work again. I know I will need to call to follow since no one from the store has contact me since I dropped my phone off on the 30th.

Called about camera issue with an iPhone 7 Plus. Guy on phone said, bring it in, we can look at it, and assess it. Went there later in the evening. Young kid at the counter said when the camera doesnt work, its the board. The board is pretty much the phone. In other words he said it was totaled and unrepairable. I then took it to nearby competitor Batteries plus bulbs on 20th street. They looked it, and went on to repair it for $110.

They messed up the order for my replacement glass, but did their best to accommodate me. Their follow up is lacking

When ubreak called me to tell me it was all fixed, I was expecting the worse.I was floored when they told me it was no charge! All they had to do was replace a screw that was missing. Brought a PlayStation in to be worked on. After having it for a month without returning any of my phone calls they told me they couldnt fix it. They even lied to me a couple number of times. I would suggest you take your business anywhere but here.

My less than year old S8 was dead & would not power at all - data I thought was backed up wasnt. I talked to Zach & he said may be able to bypass bad battery. He did!! He was able to transfer my data to different phone. Per my call to Samsung, this UBreak is the only AUTHORIZED Samsung repair in the area, other UBreaks are not. So him working on it didnt void my warranty for replacement. The best part was he saved my data, bonus is they are billing Samsung for warranty work & didnt cost me anything. Thank you!!

Dropped my phone off Jan 5th and got it back yesterday on the 12th. That was after stopping by and calling multiple times. I was told it would be done the next day multiple times. One clerk told me my part was in Chicago and the phone would be done later that day or the next day at the latest. The manager gave me the tracking number the next day when it didnt come in and it was in Texas. The part wasnt shipped until the 9th! She said she shipped it two day air but it clearly said ground delivery.After many calls, their lies and a lot of stress, she overnights the product thats needed and I get the phone the next day. This is one week after I drop the phone off.I previously used them a week prior to this and had a great experience. I wouldnt recommend using them unless they have your part in stock or else you should prepare yourself for a mess.
