Excellent selection of eyewear and attentive doctors. Staff is helpful and always personable. Dr. Reiling is the best Optometrist Ive been to, she really cares about her patients.

I consistently have great experiences here. Staff is personable, efficient, friendly and remember my family by first name. My glasses always come in so fast and have amazing quality!!

I go to Blue Valley Eye Care frequently as it is right next to my house. I love going, even when I have to wake up before noon. I know everyone there by name, and they always have smiles on their faces. They also know my whole family and me by name, and are beyond friendly when we go there. They helped me for hours when I first tried contacts, and are very informative and helpful with whatever you need. They help me to understand everything about my eyes and they show me the pictures they take of my eyes and explain the images to me. They have an amazing selection of eye glasses there too. It is more than a joy to go visit Blue Valley Eye Care, and I strongly recommend it.

Truly amazing - Doctors are great and really seem like they care about your health, and the front office ladies are super kind and warm to speak with. Blue Valley Eyecare really seems to embody what it means to be a community health care area and always remembers me when I walk in.

Ive only been into this office a couple times, but I can say the entire staff is awesome. I love it when I can walk into a place, especially a doctors office, and almost immediately fall into a conversation with people like Ive known them for years. Ive been a patient of Dr. Erkers for about 4 years and she has always taken good care of me and my family. Her follow up is well beyond anything Ive experienced with any physician. I was glad that when she moved offices it was still in a convenient location for me. I was very happy that the staff matched her personality and I was welcomed there like Id always been part of the family.

I have gone to several eye doctors in Kansas City and I can easily state that Dr. Reiling is the finest I have worked with. I have found her exams to be very thorough and detailed even though they are routine annual exams. She is very attentive to how your contacts feel and always presents me with options with respect to different types of lenses that are available. Her staff is professional and courteous.

I have three family members who recently went to Blue Valley Eyecare. We were very pleased with the level of service. Dr. Fisher did a complete eye exam and throughly explained everything. Dr. Fisher was very knowledgeable, professional, and willing to answer our questions. I would highly recommend Blue Valley Eyecare.

I really dont know where to start. My first visit I went there to get an eye exam for contacts. I was in the office for 2 hours because the doctor kept leaving to go help other patients and wouldnt just finish my exam and that includes sitting in the office for 30 minutes before she first came in. I left with a trial pair of contacts that I was to test out for 2 weeks then go back to visit the doctor to a quick exam to make sure I was doing ok with them. This should have taken 10 minutes. I left work early to make this appt but again sat their for 25 minutes before she even came in the office. I left that visit with the office having to order a trial pair of contacts for me to try again- These took 2 weeks to come in with me having to make a couple follow up phone calls. Finally, I decided I was ready to order contacts. I called over the phone to place my order with the office. She told me the price without even checking my insurance and when I asked for her to give me the information with my insurance added on, she was going to call me back. Thats fine no big deal. However, I have waited hours for a call back. Its like I have to beg to give this office money to order contacts. If I dont get a call by the end of the day, I am going to get my prescription and take my business elsewhere.

Drs are great- BUT the front office staff is rude and very hard to work with. If you have a child with special needs- go somewhere else!!! I have had numerous issues in dealing with the staff, so much that I have asked to have my records transferred to another provider- which I had to repeat 3 times to the front office staff.

WORST PLACE IN O.P, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, RUDE FRONT DESK SERVICE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...IT IS WHAT I DID.I made an appointment thinking it will be nice to be able to have an eye Dr near to my house and specially one that spend time in Switzerland my country.Front desk lady Jazmin was the most rude an unprofessional person I have ever met, all her interest was about my insurance and was to pushy, I work for a big corporation as is shown in my insurance card, Im not a preschooler and if I assure someone I have an insurance it is the trues, still I could pay and get reimburse later, after 20 minutes wait on Jasmin to find my insurance, she came up with story that I was Insured only for one exam... she said in a very arrogant way that because I did not have full insurance she could not let me in to the dr, office.I left went right away to another place KC EYE CLINIC 75TH AND ANTIOCH, the took me in next day, not 1.000 questions about insurance, excellent Dr and front desk people...magic my insurance cover $420 in eyes exam and $750 on frame and glasses. Im so please my money went to real professional caring people not to the only money oriented one like the bad in blue valley eye care.
