Great customer service and employees were definitely kid friendly to make the experience extra special. The kids will love getting to pick their bears and walk over to the filling station. The employees had them squeeze their bears to make sure they were fluffy enough or too firm. They then get to brush the bears to make sure they’re groomed before going home but, dont forget to go make their birth certificates and pick out outfits. Lots of fun varieties to choose from.

Got my grandson his first build a bear . He chose toothless ..so adorable we also got olaf. They were awesome, and he loves them ...

They were out of a lot of stuffed animal options, but the staff was super nice even though we ended up not making a purchase.

It was always great for my kids to get another BAB though they seemed to have more out of,stock unstuffed animals compared to the one back home for us. Despite That they had friendly staff and still plenty of choices.

Took my siblings out... They have a promotion going on. Buy one get one for 10 dollars. Kids love it, because they get to see everything, name it and even get a birth certificate.

Myself and grandpa, took our granddaughters as well as ourselves here at age 3 for the first time. The ladies there was very good abt walking the girls through it and talking to them along the way. It was a great experience!

The associates were wonderful and very patient. Some parents left a lot to be desired and let their kids run around, screaming like pterodactyls. The associates should get a bonus for remaining upbeat and positive.

Staff wasn’t very friendly. They had the entry blocked off and before we entered an employee met us at the door and asked if we were going to buy something (kind of rude)... We said we were getting three bears, so they let us in. It was disappointing because they were really low on inventory..only had maybe 8 or so animals/characters to pick from and they were all themed ones ( licensed characters) ..no plain animals. We would have left, but our girl’s grandparents had planned taking the kids to build-a-bear, and they’d been looking forward to it for awhile. They seemed kind of understaffed but not at all busy and after the guy stuffed the bears the employees all sort of ignored us. They didn’t offer the kids the birth certificates or anything. Just disappointing when you’re overpaying for stuffed animals because it’s supposed to be “an experience”.

Very helpful staff that are friendly and engaging with young children. They are closely monitoring the number of people in the store at a time to meet local covid restrictions. Ive visited a number of times and have always had a great time. They have a wide variety of stuffed animals to make and accessories for them.

We have been to Build-a-bear many times, this is the first and last time at this location.

It is an amazing store!! Just to dang much on there prices. Yrs ago on our family vacation. We purchased 3 bears and 3 outfits and it was almost close to two hundred dollars.

I love to see the children get excited when they are building the bears or whatever toy they choose.

A wonderful experience. Took my boyfriend there for his first Build-A-Bear experience and we were treated amazingly well. Thank you for a perfect day.

Slow process with the current Covid restrictions, but they’re still managing. Brought my daughter in for her birthday, but somehow staff did not disclose Build a Bear policy on free birthday bear. However, staff honored this deal the following day when it was brought to our attention. Other than that, staff helpful and polite.@_slikricktherula

Love coming here for my sons birthday!!*Edit*This is year seven that weve been coming here, and even with the social distancing precautions, it still was a fun trip. We did wait or turn to enter the store, but we didnt feel rushed to make our selections and move to the next station. The employees were fun and helpful.

Took my granddaughters today. The girls enjoyed the bears. A nice break for them, and me in these crazy times. The staff did their best to practice social distancing and sadly the mall was not crowded

The service is always great, and we went during my child’s birthday month so we got to pay her age which was a great deal! I do feel like they could add to the “experience” though (build-a-bear in general, not this specific location). They have a “bathtub” that doesn’t do anything, and I feel like the kids should get to help stuff the bears themselves (I cant remember if they do this under normal circumstances but they didn’t during COVID which is understandable).

We come here every year close to our on my kiddos birthday. We always have a wonderful experience.

I remember walking pass this place wow doing my normal routine as a justifiable person walking through a mall. The only time I ever really have stepped foot into a Build-A-Bear was to buy a bear for some sweetheart I had back in the day but I have never visit this shop in my entire life but I believe it its a great business

First time going to a build a bear and they were super friendly and I quite enjoyed the heart ceremony it was a bit pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. So I would definitely recommend getting at least one stuffed pal from here

If you have all day to spend then go. These people are slow slow slow! 2 bears to be made took the person in front of me 30 mins. To check out took 20! Awful!

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their products, but not pushy. Every experience is fun for children and adults. The location is clean and well lit with a good inventory of bears and other creatures to stuff plus several outfits and accessories for them.

They really are handling social distancing plus still having the kids help and participate really well

The selection was really bad and they dont let the kids stuff their own bears. I know Covid-19 but they used to stuff w/pedals so their hands arent even touching it???

Even though it is one of my favorite stores that I havent been in since I was a little girl I do wish that I could go back in there and take my beer home with me but unfortunately I couldnt get it this time but Ill be back next time

I have been going to build-a-bear for my whole life!!! I love it so much. Its so much fun to do with friends, family, and even significant others!

I had never purchased a build a bear and we decided to let our kids pick one each for our daughters 3rd birthday.This was a really fun and engaging experience. The employees are great with children and really fun to be around.The price was pretty fair foe the item that you get. My kids both got the thumping hearts and a smell good thingy. It has been no the and the bears still smell like cupcakes!The bears are spot clean and easy to care for.The only issue is the skirts are a bit difficult to keep on, but that is the nature of the beast when It comes to skirts.

Long wait due to covid regulations

Awesome staff helped my son get the battery changed in his bear that his mom recorded while she was out of the country. They were awesome made my son laugh and wish I could remove the ladies name that helped me. They made the experience 6 stars and went above and beyond. Thank you again

The gals here are exceptional! They were extremely helpful and never fussed a bit, even though I brought in about 6 animals to be stuffed! They even stayed a bit late making sure I could use my coupons and gift cards!! Always well staffed with helpful and cheerful folks!

Kimberly was our party leader for my daughters fourth birthday. She was very patient and kind to all of the children and didnt lose focus when one of the child acted out. I appreciated how calm she was to where I didnt feel like I had to rush the children to pick their items.

Went in for my daughters 4th birthday, and ended up paying $60+ for a bear. From my understanding I thought we were only to pay their age for the bear but that wasnt the case.

Took my daughter here for the first time this year as an early Christmas present. She absolutely loved it, and I will definitely be going back again.

My daughter loves it here, but the last few times weve visited the prices for toys online has been different than in store, and they apparently dont price match in store. I now buy them unstuffed from the website and take them in to be filled. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, just stinks that they cant match their own online prices--Id rather buy in store than online, but if Im saving $10+, then Im buying it online.

Obviously, one must expect that this place is always going to be full of kids and noise, so anyone who would hold that against the experience should stick to ordering online. Usually when Im getting something for my daughter - with or without her - we swing in at opening on a Saturday. Lines arent really going yet, store is clean and stocked, and staff is always chipper and relaxed!

Staff is helpful, but for some reason the stuffing line was not moving at all - my 3 year old had several meltdowns waiting in line for 45 minutes and we had to leave without buying anything.I also wish the stuffed animals were organized by price so you could easily choose something in your price point and tell your child you can pick one of *these*. This location didnt seem to have a big selection compared to the last time we were here a year ago, especially in the lower prices (probably in the aftermath of the pay your age promotion - I know many people were given vouchers)

I took my boyfriend here and he loved it. Ive always loved this store. The stsff are super friendly. You can take your time deciding on how you want to make your bear. Its always a special time here - no matter how old you are!

Build a Bears support is horrible! I have emailed several times about an order going to a sick friend, that their sending to the wrong address and no response.The same day the order was confirmed, I knew they had the address incorrect, and I emailed after about it but no one has responded and now they just shipped it to the wrong address, TERRIBLE AND I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!

Ive gone to this location numerous times over the past few years and havent had any bad experiences. The staff have always been friendly and helpful.

Everyone knows its overpriced and a massive attempt to sell overpriced bear clothes to kids, but the employees really seem to care about what they do and try to make the experience special for each kid. Our bear stuffer this last time actually remembered us from almost a year prior and knew the exact bear my toddler had gotten.

Store Lady was very sweet and very busy but did wonderful...Add another staff would be nice

I turned 20 and came to the mall with my (equally as teenage) friends, deciding to pop in here and make a bear. the employee still let me do all the fun stuff to make the heart work (the jumping and kissing and blowing a wish) that youd see the kids go nuts over. it was really nice, i didnt feel judged at all. i was embarrassed at first but she even gave me a sticker :) if u dont have a kid and want an excuse to come in anyway - YOU DONT NEED ONE! it really is fun for all ages :)

Taken my daughter twice to build a Bear and each time has been a great experience. Excellent staff that patiently work with the children so they have a good time and walk out with just the right stuffed animal for them.

Ive gone to different Buildabears and have had nothing but positive experiences, but this location seems to have some sort of malfunction. I know a lot of people were frustrated with the whole pay your age day debacle, but Im not surprised that it was much worse at this location than elsewhere because they are understaffed all the time. My family was sent home, (like many others that were screwed over), with $15 off coupons after waiting in line for forever, only to come back today to wait an hour and a half, (so far), to get a replacement bear for the one they couldnt give us in the first place. I hope someone from management or customer relations reads this message and starts to make changes to this location with not only their staffing but also their planning. As of right now, Im going to make a concerted effort to do everything in my power to avoid this location as well as anyone else I tell. If I were to summarize this stores business policy, it would go something like this: Were kind, but we dont value your time because irregardless of what we do we know youll stay and pay for our overpriced bears anyway. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
