I never write reviews but the customer service and quality of Midwest engraving have blown me away into writing a review on every platform I can find. They went above and beyond to help me surprise my husband with a special gift he could take on his deployment. My kids wrote him a love letter and made a beautiful picture that Midwest engraving was able to transfer onto a yeti cup that my husband gets to look at every morning. It is truly one of the most special gifts I have ever been able to give. Thank you thank you Midwest engraving.

In and placed a last-minute order to have them turn it around in less than 24 hours. They were very kind and very accommodating. And the pricing is very reasonable. I will be picking up my item later today and let you all know how it turned out

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! I needed metal flasks engraved for my sisters wedding. I was also hoping to get I could a leather flask embossed or branded. The half-dozen places I asked told me that because of the flasks curve, it couldnt be done. Philip proved them wrong! He was professional, kind, and so easy to work with--and he did an incredible job! (See photos as evidence). If you need anything engraved or embossed in the KC area, Midwest Engravers is THE place to go!

These guys are amazing!I had a very last minute special order that needed to be turned around in 24 hours. Not only did the respond within ten minutes of my request, they had everything I needed and promised me it would be ready for pick up at 5pm the next day. They called the next morning at 10am to let me know my order was ready!! I am beyond grateful for their quick response and quality work! Wonderful customer service! I stumbled upon this company about a year ago when I needed some engraving and laser printing done on a cigar humidor and cigars for a wedding gift for my husband. First, they do a variety of things and the quality of work they did was amazing. Second, everyone I have worked with there has been very professional and very nice. I have since had them do other projects for me and have never been disappointed. It also has a small family feel which I really love. I highly recommend using them whether its for large business engraving or just for a small gift. Check out their shop too.... LOTS of great gift ideas.
