Focus hearing is the top of the line hearing aid facility not only in Kansas and Missouri but the whole nation I actually drive 45 minutes for my appointments just because of how awesome they are! Cynthia and Annie are always so friendly and cheerful, and Michael and Shannon are just the cherry on top!

My sister and I were referred to this place around 4 years ago and we loved how genuine and helpful the people here are! My sister regularly comes for check ups with them. I personally moved away a couple years ago and have yet to find an audiologist I liked and felt comfortable with. This month, due to several reasons, I didn’t have time to find a new audiologist in my area and I called Focus Hearing, hoping they would have availability in the days I was back in town since my hearing aids were having issues. Thankfully they were able to squeeze me in even though it was around the holidays. I can’t thank them enough on how accommodating and fast they were especially when I had such a limited time!

We are so thankful to Michael at Focused Hearing for helping Bryan to find the most helpful hearing aids after losing his hearing due to his chemotherapy from his throat cancer. For the first time in 2 years Bryan is able to hear without reading lips and the constant ringing in his ears has been altered by the hearing aids. Michael spent so much time with us to figure out exactly what Bryans biggest struggles were and how he could help him moving forward. Bryan is able to hear his kids voices again which is an immeasurable joy to us!

I had previously purchased a set of hearing aids from Southwest Hearing for almost twice the price and was unhappy with the product and service. The staff at Focus Hearing had help my father-in-law in the past and so I asked if they could do anything for me. They provided a a more comfortable product for less than half of the competitors. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing hearing devices!

I always feel welcome when I go to Focus Hearing. The front desk make sure I have something to drink when I come in. They have got me in when I need to be seen sometimes in urgent times. My current jobs depend on having a good hearing to perform well; therefore, Mike is constantly looking on how to give me the best for my hearing loss and to make my daily life as normal as possible.

It took them a week to replace the plastic tube from hearing aid to ear. They charged me $89 for this. My previous audiologists did it at no cost. So I won’t be going back to Focus.

I was referred here as an alternative to my usual provider. The experience here was unbelievably good. Michael took the time to get to know my situation, answer every question, and warmly discussed and showed me features of my new hearing aids in a way my usual audiologist never did. We live out of town but will gladly make the drive to do our business with Michael.

Michael helped my grandfather so much! Now that he wears his hearing aids more often we can spend better quality time together. This is a great place with great people to work with, definitely would recommend.

Clipped through a wire. luckily it was in warranty. they replaced it in the office and couldn’t hear. that ear has a problem anyway & thought that was the problem. volume was set high as a default. went days with hearing in one ear, getting grouchy. wife reminded me to adjust volume with toggle switch on top. had an appt to have them look at it, but cancelled. wife was right. that fixed it. happy camper again.

I have tinnitus (ringing in my ears). Several physicians told me it was just something I was going to have to live with and there was not much I could do. I was referred to Michael at Focus Hearing. Man, Im glad I went to see him. He was able to fit me with some hearing aids specially designed to ease the ringing. I have been wearing them for several years and its a world of difference with the hearing aids....the ringing is so much better now !

I tried several places to get my hearing aids repaired. I had an older model and wasnt able to get them serviced. I ended up mailing them in to Michael. He fixed them and had them back to me within 4 days. Amazing turnaround time.
