This place is an absolute scam! Went in with a shattered screen and small dent in bottom left corner of my iPad, and when I got it back every corner was dented, scratched, and the screen was lifted because they used a non apple screen... if a non apple screen is put on an apple device apples technology will make the screen unusable! My camera roll was also wiped clean and my back camera no longer worked. Very disappointed and heart broken that I lost all of my pictures of family vacations and my dog who passed away.

This shop is great they are very knowledgeable and work quick, any cell phone repair store that Ive dealt with has a 2 week parts wait so that isnt a legit reason to give a poor rating, I always go to Amazon and get my parts in 2 days I dont have time to wait, I call this shop and they get screens repaired and other parts replaced within an hour or so of me dropping my device off.

Faster and cheaper than some others in the area with a glass protector upgrade, in and out in 30 mins. Evan did a great job and easy to work with. Highly recommend them for your phone repairs.

Charles is a great guy and does very fine work on cell phones, tablets and laptops. He and his staff have always been very courteous, respectful and professional and I am happy to have IFIX as one of my preferred vendors and have been very happy with the service at this convenient flat screen repair and replace store. Great people!

I went to get my sons screen fixed and they talked my into fixing the phones board because it was “bent” but it was working fine before. It was suppose to take a couple days and now I am on week 3. Every time I call they say it should be coming this week. Still nothing! DO NOT USE THEM!

Took my laptop into to the store since Apple charges ARM,LEG,LIMB for repairs. Charles gave me a quote right on the spot and even did the repair in front of me. Anyone in the area, Charles and Shredder are skilled knowledgeable and professional and I would recommend anyone to them for repairs as they also are not only limited to cellphones but also Mac laptops as well.

Outstanding customer service and pricing. My Samsung Galaxy 8S suffered a broken screen and LCD, still dont know how, but unusable nonetheless. Most repair places in the area had quoted $350.00 plus express shipping of parts, iFixBuyandCell, however only charged $300 out the door.More so, once the repairs themselves were done, there arose a camera issue and they took almost two and a half hours of their time, no extra charge, to fix the problem. These guys definitely know their stuff and have an amazing patience and service to those of us who are...technologically impaired.

Rewrite- after getting in contact we were able to get through the series of mishaps. Everything was smoothed over and corrected without having the situation at hand affect the work being doned on our phones by the Owner. With things being out of our hands and defective replacement screens being delivered, I can understand that this perfect storm of events is an unlikely occurrence. Thank you for the work you did and what you shared to make this a turn around experience.

Awesome service! I came in tonight just right before close to have my screen inspected. The outer glass was intact but the lcd underneath was broken and done for! The technician working agreed to replace the lcd the same day! He took 20 minutes and I was on my way! My phone looks brand new and the screen is just as high quality as Apple. So satisfied with the service I received!

Excellent service! The price ended up being a bit less than the original quote. My phone was badly damaged and now it is like a new phone, and at a great price... I will be going back in the future if/when I need other repairs.

Poor service not accountability. I left my cell there and they had it for more that 3 weeks not call or explanation just me going there and they blaming the deliver and shopping of the screen. Then after I got my cell the screen goes black constantly. I took my phone I they fixed it and gave me it 3 times it works just there and an in few minutes the same issue. I came back and they was just start telling me that is software or proximity sensor but not the screen they are not accountable. I talked with the manager Charles and he was telling me to bring the phone to keep there with line for I dont know how many days more on Monday because he was busy when I was there not Charles around and I asked for refund because this not working and not refund just excuses about that is not what they did and that they need to check more and more. This is not serious place, If you want to play by luck go here but I d not recommend this place is something does not work they are not accountable and they will blame anything and you will waste your time and money. Go o a better place

These people are SCAM ARTISTS in my opinion.They broke my device and lied about it, then refused to fix it, and then lost it and tried to lie about losing it again.They have been sued multiple times.I would advise you to STAY AWAY

DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! These people are a rip off they told us 2-3 days and finally received the phone 3 weeks later. They had to send it out to abother conpaby to fix. Went in for a mother board and got phone back three weeks later with a shattered screen. We were told 4 different stories over the three weeks about what was going on. One day it was fixed and be there the next day, then next day not sure if fixed and when it will back. One guy tells us they sent Ft Laiderdale and another says tampa. After getting phone back found screen was shattered which did not go in like that. No one at that store knows wait they are doing and manager is rude and would rather get bad reviews then help customers. Shocked they are still in business

WORST service ever they knowingly agreed to repair iPad pro screen broke the fingerprint reader agreed to replaced it then reneged. DONT ever trust them with your phone. DISHONEST! Ended up having to bay new iPad myself

They fixed my cracked iPod Touch 2 weeks later the button was floating around under the screen and the screen was coming off of the actual device and just because I posted late means nothing
