Very satisfied with the service. It would have been nice had they pointed out the available rebate to me instead of me finding it on my own.

Ive been to them twice – once each with two different cars – and I was met with nothing but kindness and courtesy. They dont talk over your head; they dont belittle you or try to pressure you into buying things you dont ask for. Theyll give you a payment breakdown if you ask, and if you give them a budget, theyll work with you to meet it. Plus they always engage in friendly conversation, and present a generally warm atmosphere by virtue of their attitude towards their work alone! Its a great place to go for tire service. I only wish they did full car service.

There is a noise in my tire that I was told was due to my wheels but its definitely something wrong.

Got a flat tire. Was able to get in and get it replaced in about an hour. Service was quick and easy. And Kam up front was incredibly helpful and kind! 10/10

I had been calling around for about 2 weeks getting prices on tires along with a front end alignment. With no success on affordable prices. Im a single Mom and I work 2 jobs to support myself as well as my family. Ready to give up I decided to make one more phone call. I called the Mr.Tire in Owings Mills. I spoke with Lauren Kemper told her that I was looking for affordable tires with a front end alignment. This young lady went above and beyond to help find me 4 brand named tires with 85,000 miles & alignment that I could afford. Lauren is a very sweet, caring, smart young lady that does her job very well. I will highly recommend her to anyone looking for tires. We need more Laurens in the work world. The service here was beyond what I expected! It first started out with Brandon at the desk. He was very attentive, friendly, and professional. Alex my service tech was beyond helpful and very knowledgeable in explaining to me the benefits of getting my alignment done at the time of replacing the old tires with new ones. He gained my trust in his approach in diagnosing any issues now which saves me time and further money in the future. As I waited for service, I also couldnt help but to observe the other gentleman at the desk, Mikes interaction with other customers making this establishment feel very family oriented. This by far has been the best best experience by far at this MR TIRE location. I had excellent service, Brandon was so helpful helping me understanding what was going on with my car. Mike was awesome as well. He worked on my car, and I got some recommendations for the next visit. Very pleasant people. Not rude, easy to speak too. I had a flat tire so I took it to The Owings Mills Maryland location . They are always so overloaded and backed up . They were able to replace the new tire within the hour but it was expensive even though I just bought the initial tire and 4 new tires total only a month ago . This is the second new tired from them they had a flat . They still made me pay for the tire amd didn’t even offfer me the option to get an alignment . I had to make an appointment. For a week later because they were backed up just to get my alignment . When I arrived at the scheduled appointment time, I still had to wait 21/2 hours for the alignment. They didn’t even give me an idea of how long it was going to take to get to the car . It’s still not driving as smooth as it was before the flat even after the alignment was completed which I paid for .

Wayne took care of my oil change super fast. He fit me right in even though I walked in without an appointment and he had a full day. Very happy with the cost and ease of service!

Ok so I have to talk about my experience here because I don’t think I’ve ever had such an amazing time while waiting for my car!! This review is all about Kam. He’s an amazing employee and a true asset to your team. I originally booked an 8:30 am appt with the Main Street location. When I arrived at main street I was told it would take several hours. I was then directed to the Owings mills location on Reisterstown road. When I arrived Kam greeted me upon arrival. In the midst of that Kam was on TWO different phone lines assisting female customers . I listened as he patiently handled the two women’s calls. He didn’t rush them, he listened and assured them he would take care of their requests. Once Kam was finally finished he apologized for the wait, thanked me for my patience and assisted me . He got me in an out within an hour . Over the course of thats hour I waited in the waiting area for my car. While waiting I watched Kam effectively handle customers on the phone as well as those in the store . I was so impressed with his amazing customer service! I had to write a review to let it be known that this gentleman really made my day . Mr. Tire you have a gem on your hands with Kam!!! His customer service was truly amazing.

I went in about 20 minutes before they closed. I didn’t want to but needed a new tire badly. Alex was super helpful and told me they could change it for me that same day. He called another Mr.tire to make sure my warranty was in place and gave me a great discount on my new tire. He answered questions for me about future appointments I may make for maintenance and I am more likely to use Mr.tire Owings Mills because Alex was so efficient and helpful.

I bent one of my rims on my new Kia Seltos. The OEM rims were super expensive for this new model. I got prices from several other auto service stores and finally talked to Alex at Mr Tire in Owings Mills who beat everyone else’s price and had 4 new rims installed in about 3 days. It’s been almost a month now and I am still so pleased. Thanks Alex!

We received excellent service at this Mr. Tire location when we had a car emergency. Jack was especially helpful and courteous, putting our worried minds at ease, as we were taking one of the first outings with our newborn. Super helpful! Had a nail in my tire and needed to get it sorted quickly. They were helpful and got me in and out quickly. Solved another issue I had while I was there as well. Great prices as well. This is not the first time they came the the rescue and really appreciate it!

I called and spoke to Mike at 6:55pm who doesn’t even work at this location any longer! He was the only store to pick up their phone out of 8 stores prior. My wife caught a flat and upon arriving Mike came out and checked the tire and realized there was a screw on the inside of her sidewall.From there his wife Lauren who DOES work at this location took over and found my wife a tire that was at the store as promised by 10:30am the next day. Absolutely amazing all the way through the entire process. I will be using Mr. Tire for all of my car maintenance needs! You all should do the same !!!!

The guys at this Mr. Tire location were awesome. They were extremely busy and still managed to fit me in and did an awesome job. I was in and out in in less than an hour. Also, the staff and the manager, Alex, were awesome!

I called and spoke with Mike for a quote for new tires. The customer service was outstanding and I was able to get my vehicle serviced the same day. The price I was quoted was unbeatable. After my service was completed, I was given a vehicle inspection sheet recommending future services. I was in need of a Tire after catching a flat. I was very frustrated, but Alex answered the phone and he was very patient and helpful. My service was also very quick, I was very pleased!

Took my car here for a tire that kept losing air. The gentleman at the counter I think it was Alen or Alex I can’t remember but was very nice explained how a patched worked vs a plug was very knowledgeable and they were able to fix my tire and had me in and out in no time. Will be sending all my girlfriends here for the great service. Mr tire has a few keepers at that store how deserve some praise. Keep up the good work!!!!

Stopped by for a quick oil change before a long road trip. Easy process and nice staff. Brandon was super helpful with getting me in and out.

Shop claimed that they were not charging markup on serpentine belt which was charged at $99.99 for a mass produced car which has MSRP of $58 from the manufacturer (note - MSRP is maximum, as you can get the part around $40). Non OEM route, RETAIL price does not exceed $40 either, and if you the store is paying above retail price, you should not have corporate account with them.I understand that markup is common practice in auto industry, but shops already cover overhead costs through labor costs and shop supplies fee. There should not excessive markup on the parts (100%+) as it is really deceptive business practice which fooled customers for decades, but it will get harder in modern era. There is really good rational for additional charge on the parts, labor costs which are typically billed around $100/hrs covers payroll, overhead (in conjunction with supplies fee), as well as shop profit. I just dont see why auto industry cannot operate like most professional services industry (typical 1/3 cost, overhead, profit).

I think this owingsmills mills location needs some looking in to the management. The guy Alex, that “runs” the place, is nothing but a shyster and drug addict. I came in the other day needing some new tires on my Toyota rav 4 and he started off helpful but quickly I could tell he was trying to rip me off. The prices he was telling me were almost double than what I already found online! I sensed that maybe he was working for commission or some sort of bonus so was probably only looking for the extra cash down the road, so I asked what he would charge if I paid him off books and also if I threw in some oxy’s in with it and he didn’t miss a beat to accept. Obviously I didn’t agree, but I was floored to see a big chain manager willing to accept an offer like that. Corporate, take a look into this center, especially the manager there. I believe his name is Alex

Thanks to Alex and Jack my experience was FANTASTIC! Alex was nice enough to take my call and send someone out to the Shell gas station across the street from Mr. tire where my battery died. Jack came out tested my battery jump the car twice and was able to take me to Mr Tire and get my battery replaced. They were quick and attentive as well as kind. I was looking for a place to get my tire patched and I haven’t done that in Owings Mills, so I went on google and this location had good ratings!!So I went on their website and I LOVE how you can schedule your appointment online and see their time slots because that is so important to me and my busy schedule!! I arrived at my appointment (greeted right away by Michael Estep) and told them what happened and they took the car in about 20 minutes in (I worked in an auto service before so I KNOW they are busy and appointments get stacked up depending on each vehicles issue!!). The technician (Wayne) was great with following COVID safety guidelines and patched the tire in no time. He told me what was the cause, and allowed me to watch him put the spare back on because I have no clue how and wanted to learn!!Thanks Michael Estep and Wayne for your amazing help!!

I spend a lot of time writing on PaidLetter so when I need to take my car to the shop it interrupts my entire day. Today I took my car in and was told that the front break pads I thought were needed were not! In other words Alex, who I have worked with before, was HONEST with me about my car. He even let me see how much padding was still left. As he said; Mike you still have plenty of meat on those pad Will also be taking my car there for oil changes in the future. Branden was extremely knowledgeable when I stopped in to inquire about tires for my vehicle. Even knowing I wasn’t planning to do them that day he still took the time to explain the options and his attention to detail definitely earned my business when the time comes to get them done.

Please check your car once finished as quality control checks are not completed before your car is returned. Air filter was open and brake fluid cap is missing.

Let me tell you about this place! Nick greeted me warmly by phone and told me to come right now! Mike took care of giving me bad news via phone, but due to the extent of repairs, worked with his manager to work out a great deal to get me done quickly and at an affordable price. The manager, Josh was pleasant and equally charming. These guys were infectious! They joked around and made everyone laugh a bit while waiting in line. I did not have an appointment and expected to wait. After explaining my problem, a very courteous young man said he could he could help but there were a few customers a head of me. Since I had no place to be at that time, I decided to wait. The two gentleman at the front counter kept me posted on the progress of my car while I waited in their “waiting” area. Finally they told me what the issue was and what they could do to help. They were informative, thorough and the cost was quite reasonable. When all was said & done, I was very happy with These knowledgeable and very courteous young men. Thank you.

It is It is truly a pleasure and I must say a shock to deal with a car repair outfit that is not out to fleece you at every turn like so many in the business. I took my car in for some tire and steering issues I was concerned with. They were able to check everything out within the hour and tell me that the only thing that they found were some scalloped tire that did not need replacement and to ride on them until the time I needed to replace them. There was no pressure to buy anything nor was there a charge for this service. Honesty in the car repair business is appreciated.

Yesterday i hit 2 trash cans on the beltway and noticed something leaking under my truck. I took my truck into Mr.Tire today first thing when they open and they were able to take a look at my truck and get me out in time for work in a reasonable time without having an appointment. The guys were super nice and i appreciate them making my morning better then what i was going through. I definitely would recommend.

One of the best experiences I have had in car service. It is no fun to have to repair or replace a tire. The staff at Mr. Tire was so professional and kind. Stripped my bolts and changed them to the point I cant change my tire or use my own equipment and had to uber around for a tire iron that is not useful because Mr tire stripped my lug nuts.Update: no tire iron works and now I need a mobile service. Seriously dont use mr tire. I had to get a rental and uber around.

This location is amazing!! I had an emergency with my Caravan and took it there, they got the part it needed and completed the job. They were all super nice and just completed the job without trying to stick me with horribly high prices. They knew I was totally stressed between the car and having 3 children with me. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs work done, they really are amazing!!

This is the only place I take my car. Scheduling an appointment is always easy. They staff is extremely friendly & knowledgeable. They always aim to get me in & out - which is helpful after a long day at work. Combine that with affordable prices & you have a customer for life.
