Wanted to possibly buy a new Genesis GV80 Prestige .Ask salesman about pricing he told me I would have to pay 5000.00 dollars above the sticker . They will have to sell that vehicle to another sucker. Very disappointed since they have been emailing me every week. Told him to take me off of his email list and not to ever call me again. Salesperson named Chase was great! Also Gino, the GM, was terrific! Both seemed very honest and engaged from start to finish.The finance manager could use some improvement in edicate and not rush customers through the process. Not sure whats up with him. Service manager has been there a long time and he could use a little training in customer service.Communication between departments could also improve in order to work as an effective team for the customer.Front door reception...well...was there? Not sure if they just like sitting and looking at their phones. No hello can I help you...so I just wandered around.

When I walked in I felt very comfortable with one of the associates there name Mr Andre Harrell . He helped me find a great car which I love so much a 2020 Ford Fusion . The fusion was just in my price range and I absolutely love it . Mr Harrell was very professional and met all my needs for what I was looking for . Purchased a used Nissan Armada through Len Stoler. Our salesperson was Johnny Salinas. The purchase process was very smooth and Johnny went above and beyond anything that should be expected of a dealership salesperson.Id been looking for a nice Armada for quite sometime. As soon as it hit the dealership, Johnny informed me. He was then able to drive it to me and allow me to test drive it, not knowing yet if Id be comfortable with the price. He worked his magic on the numbers and that evening, he returned to my home contract in hand for me to review.I only stepped foot into the dealership to take delivery of the vehicle. To this day, anytime we need service, he goes out of his way to make sure the dealership can fit our vehicle in within a reasonable time frame. Ive purchased several cars throughout my life, but never has a salesperson (at a dealership in particular) made car buying such a pleasant experience. I will purchase all my future vehicles through Johnny Salinas. This way I know Im getting a fair price, a reliable vehicle, future and continued support and honest talk from a salesperson. My Audi service experience was excellent! The garage door was open upon my arrival, allowing me to pull in to the enclosed service space...a very nice feature on a cold day. Walked just a few steps into the office area where a very helpful and courteous gentleman took my information and arranged for the loaner car, which was carefully inspected with me before leaving the lot. When the work on my car was finished, I received a timely courtesy call to let me know it was ready, and was being washed, awaiting my return. This made for a care-free and hassle-free encounter.

Maintenance crew is great, sales are okay and helpful. Other than that, people love to transfer you to other voicemails when you have issues. I never got a call that my plates were in, and when I stopped in to check, they sent me to 3 different desks and had no idea what they were doing.Good selection of cars on the lot, but they pulled typical dealer tactics and had to consult with a manager, during price negotiations. Basically your average dealership.

People working at the service department here are without a doubt crooks and do shady business. How far up the ladder this goes, no idea.Brought my 2008 Audi S5 in here for some issues with the clutch. The clutch pedal was completely depressed to the floor of the car and I could not get it out of neutral. Had the car towed to Len Stoler Audi off Reisterstown road since this was where I did my general services.Long story short, service department mechanic & manager tell me WITHOUT a doubt I need a full clutch & flywheel change. According to them this would require about $3500 in parts plus 22hrs of labor for $2200, but they were willing to hook me up with the labor for $2000.I called my nearest EU performance shop and got the same parts & labor quote for a total of $3800. BUT....once I go to get a tow truck to pick my car up from Len Stoler, not only do they not even call to tell me that I dont need a tow truck(I was not there with the 2nd tow truck)but they DRIVE it onto the tow truck.Well once the new shop has run their diagnostics and did the repair....what do you know. A $160 hydraulic line that was leaking costing me a GRAND TOTAL of about $260.It is now 6 months later and the car still drive perfect. Avoid these scumbags at all cost, they will take you for every penny.

Went outta there way to get my car from another dealership. Still do not know why it takes sooooo long to get paperwork done. And they offer free car washes for life, but first they didnt have anyone there that could drive a stick shift and then pulled 6 cars in front of mine while I was waiting. Very poor service. I guess they want you to drop off car all day. Was not happy. I waited 45 minutes, I also made a appointment. Just saying.

My experience at Len Stoler was first class. I worked with Baine on an A4 that was in their showroom. He was transparent through the whole process and set early expectations which made the whole process pleasant, rare when buying a car! His knowledge about the cars was more than just numbers and statistics; he explained to me how all of the features actually worked, why they were important, and how they would benefit me in real world situations. Hell even send you a gift card for a referral!

I have been window shopping around for couple months now & have been to dealerships that have outstanding hospitality.@ Len Stoler Audi:- Max (Sales Rep) did a good job finding me exactly what I want & was regularly in touch with me.- My Audi Connect (T-Mobile SIM Card) is not dealer activated yet. Its been a week and I am still figuring out stuff & realized last night that they missed it. (Really???)- My warranty started one months before I bought the car..., realized this last night as well. How could the warranty start in OCT when I bought the car in NOV??? Its only a month but its something I dint expect.=> Trying to get hold of the dealer, hopefully things will be sorted out without any issues.

Overall a positive experience with Baine and manager Dave on the Audi S4. They were professional, not much haggling and had a quick meeting of the minds on the price. Rude and dishonest service department. Unfortunately I received poor service from this location. My vehicle was returned to me with significant dirt and grease stains on fabric of the ceiling after repairs were made to the sunroof. I noticed this before I was even five minutes away. When I notified the dealer about this, they initially told me to turn around and bring the car back for cleaning. Before I made it back to the shop, the service manager contacted me and told me Dont bother coming back, the grease and dirt were already on your vehicle. Were not going to clean the car, its your problem. I contacted Audi USA but nothing was done to resolve the issue. The service manager was rude to me when I setup the repair in the first place, and was much ruder when I tried to get them to clean up their mess. I would not recommend this dealer for service. They are not concerned with the customer, nor do they care if Audi USA is involved. Audi USA was unable to offer any help either.

Dont go to Len Stoler Audi of Owings mills to get a headlight and fog light changed unless you want to pay $405.71!!!!!!!!!! Also, I was asked if I recently had an oil change elsewhere and the answer was yes....I wanted to know if there was a problem and was told no, we noticed the service due light was on and where you took it doesnt have the machine to turn that off like we do. Youd think that they would have had the decency to turn it off being that they noticed it and brought it to my attention! I suppose thats my punishment for not getting an oil change with them. I later called to speak with a manager about my experience and not only was he of no help whatsoever, he couldnt of cared any less. So incredibly disappointed!!!!!

This was my first time every buying a car and I knew nothing to of how to purchase one. I recently just just got my license and I wanted to get a car before I go back to college. So I went to Len Stoler because I work there and I knew the perfect person that would help me get the best deal on a car. I met with Johnny Salinas and we looked at all the cars that I could afford and that had the best value. Through the process I messed up on a couple things but he helped me through all the mistakes that I made, but he made it a smooth and easy process. Johnny help me purchase a 2010 Ford Focus SES, my first car that I truly love. I would personally recommend him to anyone purchasing any car that wants a person who will help you through any process to get the car you want and need. I will be going back to Johnny Salinas for my next vehicle.

Danny and Mike Katz in Service made my experience amazingly painless. I have always maintained my car myself or through private shops. When I was having some throttle body issues that could have been warranty related two other dealers didnt want to get involved. Danny welcomed me to bring my vehicle over. Mike spent time talking the issues out with me. They explained everything every step of the way. I cant explain how wonderful they are. From now on my 1999 A6 Avant will be going to them for any future issues. I love that they were more than willing to help me even though I dont drive a brand new vehicle. He ordered the second part (For the sun visor) and called within a few days. Again I went in without an appointment. I randomly went to Len Stoler Hundai in Owings Mills to find out a price for a used car. ‪Brendan Keough‬ Approached me and went into his office to start the paperwork. He was able to get a brand new car with no previous owner and a amazing warranty that has me covered for at least 10 years for 100,000 miles on the engine and transmission. But what I really liked about the experience is the talk we had about building my credit. He is awesome. You won’t be disappointed if you work with him.

Len Stoler in Owings Mills is a rip off. Every time I go there they always manage to come with something else. I live in a different state but they will never get my business again. I have a 2016 F150 and they the radio blinks in and out and it freezes. Please tell me what sensor stop working after on 2 years 49,000 miles. All I can say is never again. I went for tires and an oil change and they are ridiculous in service. The cashier is wonderful she knows who she is but the service representative Mike Forests in is the worst. Angry customer I will be calling corporate, tomorrow.

My most recent experience with body work that I needed to have repaired was quick and painless. The staff at the body shop kept me up to date with the status of my repairs. I also appreciated the kindness from the front desk staff at the body shop.I customer service at the actual Audi dealership is just sub par. Sometimes the staff is friendly and other times it appears that you annoy the staff when you call.Quiana in service is not the friendliest, but I guess this what you have to deal with at this location.

She went out of her way to help me and answer my questions, even when she wasnt in the office that day. I felt that she was genuine and dedicated to being my salesperson, which I greatly appreciated. I had a fantastic experience at the Audi dealership in general, but Catherine definitely made my experience worthwhile and ultimately was the reason I chose Audi over another leading brand. Definitely by far one of the worst businesses around. I love the Audi brand, but this place needs a major overhaul in the service department. From hours of waiting with no help to no call backs on the status of your car. They come off as if you are inconveniencing them to have your car serviced. If you want a good experience you will want to skip this dealership and go to ANYWHERE else. My last visit I tried to give them a second chance, but they never fail to disappoint. This time I caught the actions on my cell phone...Audi America wont like this one.

I would like to go on record and say that Len Stoler claims they are a better way to buy! I completely agree with them. I am from out of state, I live in PA. I came to Len Stoler Preowned Lexus for a good deal on a used Audi. From the moment I got there throughout all of process Andy and Tina at Pre Owned Lexus treated me very well. There was an issue with the car I purchased, Andy stood behind the car and they made it right. Not only did they fix the issues that the car had they also delivered the car back to me in PA. I was interested in purchasing the Q7 and went to this dealership twice to test drive the car and the sales persons were very RUDE. A female associate after taking my husbands driver license information told us that she didnt have time for us to put the childrens car seat in the vehicle!. The second time we were told that it was raining and we could not test drive the vehicle, my children were reprimanded for sitting in the vehicle and when i called to speak with the manager he told me it was because the vehicle was a $180,000 car!!

Ive bought several cars and this was by far the worst experience Ive ever had. I agreed to buy a used S4 over the phone that I found online and drove 5 hours to come get it. When I got to the dealer no one was available to help me. After finally looking at the car it had not been cleaned very well and the front bumper was covered in chips and scrapes. When I asked them to fix it they said you dont have to buy the car. So, I didnt. I wasted a whole weekend just to have them treat me horribly. Never ever go to these guys! They are exactly what you think about when you hear the awful car buying stories.

I had an unwanting first time experience with Len Stoler Audi service department. I had to take my Audi Q7 to Len Stoler and they kept my truck for a total of 7 days. They gave me a call initially upon the trucks arrival. After that initial call, I didnt hear from them for days. When I did receive a call from them, 5 days later, they had not started the work on my vehicle. On the 7th day, my vehicle was returned. I had to ask for a courtesy wash that I thought just came with good customer service. Idk, maybe its me, but after a week of keeping my car, $2200 worth of repairs, a wash should have been something I should have not needed to ask for. That should have been a given.

The morning of our purchase, when we pulled into Len Stoler, he had the car pulled right up front, running, getting warmed up for my test drive. He was very laid back. He took initiative to take care of things that he thought would be important for me in regards to the car. We had our 4 month old baby with us so we were worried it would take a long time; however, the experience was expedient but not rushed. Baine communicated well with his sales/finance managers to do a great job of making the purchase competitive in price. He has a wonderful personality, a rich knowledge of his product, and a thorough work ethic that shows. Thank you Baine. You made buying a car fun again!

I was looking to trade my recently purchased 2014 Audi allroad as I was unhappy with the vehicle and it did not meet my expectations, but I did want to stay with the Audi brand. After researching the situation with several Audi dealerships, I went to Len Stoler Audi to look at the A5 and the Q5. I met with Catherine Delisi, who was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. We test drove a Q5 that I very much liked but I wanted a different color combination and several additional features. With that we met with Joe Benson, Sales Manager, who was also very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to locate and secure the exact Q5 that I wanted. We then discussed and agreed upon a very fair price and the sales experience then went to closure. I picked up the Q5 as promised and have been extremely happy with the purchase. I would definitely recommend Len Stoler Audi, Catherine Delisi and Joe Benson as my situation with Len Stoler Audi was very positive. I am looking forward to a purchase of an A5 cabrio in the very near future.

My buying experience at Len Stoler Audi and in particular my dealing with Baine Childress, was nothing short of exceptional.I’m 53 years old and I’ve purchased a dozen cars in the last 20+ years for our family. We have purchased domestic and foreign cars, SUV’s, family sedans and luxury cars.I have experienced many different styles and tactics during the buying process over the years. I am in love with my new Audi Q7 TDI which we leased from Catherine Delisi. Catherine made the whole experience very smooth. She was good at finding exactly what we were looking for and following up with us on a regular basis. Catherine is very knowledgeable and friendly and a good sales person. This is our 7th car we have gotten thru Len Stoler over the years and will go back again.
