I’ve bought many cars before, and have dealt with shady salesman, but the staff at Len Stoler Hyundai were top notch.Terry was very straightforward and did everything he could to get me a great deal. The process was smooth and timely.Due to a mix up with their inventory system, I was given a limited model for the price of an SEL which is significantly cheaper. Mike was wonderful and made sure the burden didn’t fall on me. They honored my original deal!I highly recommend going here if you’re in the market for a new car!

Wish I could do zero stars. We waited today for six hours to sign a lease and left without being able to sign. If you don’t have a financial agent then don’t mislead your customers and make them wait for hours. I mean it’s just disrespectful. We all have life and work. I mean 3-4 hours is pretty bad but waiting 6 hours and being told to come back Monday is just awful.

Mike and Travis made this experience so easy and quick. I started the application over the phone which took about 10 minutes and once I arrived at the dealer I was there for about an hour signing paperwork, going for a test drive and waiting for them to detail and fill the tank!! We came from out of state to do the deal. We spoke to Travis on the phone and got some details worked out. Hes been extremely easy to deal with and accommodating throughout the entire process. Additionally, the rest of the staff was also very pleasant to talk with. We brought two trades in and they gave us a fair amount for both. To this day I am not sure why tf that needed to be done, but it was. It also blows through gas. Again, good people but wish I did better research............

These women representatives for service at Hyundai owing mills are the worse. They all have some type of attitude problem. If you dare ask them to look something up they sigh. They tried to give me an oil change may 28 but when I go online I was able to get one for may 8 instead. If I didnt pre pay for my oil change I will never go back there. That type of customer service makes you never to want to buy a car again from them. This is not my first time having bad customer service with them. As far as the car wash they did an amazing job.

Based on how my phone call went I wouldnt dare go here. I called to make an appointment due to my AC being broken. The rep acted as if there was no since of urgency to my issue and basically said if Im not in a rush they are not in a rush and they will get to me when they can. No I am in a rush my AC is broken is my car. You would want something like that fixed in a timely manner if it were you. She just didnt seem to care and was very short. Im done with Len Stoler and havent even been serviced here before and Im am super done with Hyundai over all.

Wes was great he got me in and out. I didnt have gap on my ild car so I had to roll over my previous loan and he got it down. Little down payment apr great and all. Didnt run my credit through too many places. Overall I am Excited. Went from a 2008 chrysler Sebring to a 2021 Hyundai Sonata. Wont he do it. Alex, the sales person was very nice and accommodating. However, waiting 1.5 hours for the car to be detailed was ridicules. And I just found out that the tire pressure is 45 & 46.5 on each tire. The manufacturer recommends 35psi, so how come the dealership sends the car out with 10lbs over the recommend pressure?Also I was told that the car came with a privacy screen, but it was missing, and apparently not on the sticker. I should not have been told that it came with it.The Palisade, on the other hand is very nice, I selected it over the Highlander.

Called before noon to test drive a used van told them I would be in later today. Showed up this evening and was told the van battery was dead and they did not stock new ones but they got it going then they sent someone to fuel it up. Took a copy of my is and insurance and said to take vehicle on a test drive without salesman. After walking around vehicle it was obvious that vehicle was involved in a collision very recently as no damage was mentioned or in pictures. Glad we noticed the damage before our test drive or it would have certainly would have been blamed on us. So someone at dealer wrecked car then said nothing and hoped it would have just been blamed on a potential customer. Shady way to do business thankfully we noticed it before hand or it would have most certainly be blamed on us. Gm acted extremely hostile when confronted about it. At least 3 employees looked at / had contact with vehicle this afternoon before we arrived by their own account damage was on drivers side and hard to miss.

Where to start. It was a pretty good deal to start. I found the car I wanted listed for 6,999$ with 44k miles and an automatic transmission. However, I found an identical car with 54k miles for 5,200$ out the door only difference was a 5 speed manual manual different color. This was fine by me. If you dont know what out the door means please do not buy a car (I joke). The dealership says they can do 5,400 out the door so I bite. It was the one I wanted anyway and an extra 200 bucks for 10k less miles is acceptable. The problems didnt start until AFTER we purchased the car. My only demand was that the trunk latch lever was to be fixed because when you clicked it up to open the trunk the handle would not return and you had to manually push it back down. Doesnt sound like a big deal but its incredibly annoying if you use the trunk a lot which I do. So the manager says no problem we can do that as long as you buy the car today. Typical high pressure tactic shouldve just walked out. So I pay for the car and it was a Tuesday. I was promised by the manager and I quote Im willing to bet my paycheck that the car will be done by Friday morning. Another red flag but hey what can you do. In short, the car is NOT done by the day he says and not only that I was planning to pick it up no matter what but was told 15 min from the place that I cant because the trunk is apart. NEXT WEEK IS AS FOLLOWS. Monday, not done. Parts should arrive Tuesday. Tuesday, not done. Parts should arrive wendesay. Wednesday, not done and was told they have no idea why I was even being told it WOULD be done. Thursday, the latch is fixed but theyre waiting on a trim piece. I dont care Im coming to get it tonight. I get there at around 5 pm. There is no temporary tag ready, it was lost by an employee. They cant get me a new one printed because it is password protected and person leaves at 4. They then proceed to tell me that I can come get it the next morning 10 am sharp. Not happening. I take the car and have them print out some type of documentation that the car has a temp tag and check it out before I leave. Of course I come to find out that the trunk latch, THE WHOLE REASON I WAITED TO GET THIS CAR, IS STILL NOT FIXED. Call the GM over and tell him to open and close the trunk. He does and then gives me a hmm. Thats it, hmm. I ask does that seem fixed to you? No it doesnt. And to top it all off the IDIOT who was supposed to top off my gas tank before I leave doesnt even do it. This place is a complete joke from management to the service department. The only thing I will sale is the salesman Alex seemed relatively new and the only decent thing about that place. I believe he was actually the one who misplaced the information but seemed genuinely upset about it. As for everyone else it was just a normal day. The GM or sales manager is a straight up stoned face salesman. Hell lie to your face and not bat an eye but Im in sales so it was pretty easy to see how fake he was. Whoever trained him should be fired and they need to weed out a lot of that office. You dont get repeat business by being dishonest but dishonesty and lack of communication seems to be what this place runs on. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND TIME ELSEWHERE.

It was very refreshing to have Christina Hyatt as service advisor this time. She is much more attentive than the other advisors. Usually they hide in the back of the service area and you have to stand there for a while before they will even acknowledge you. But Christina was MUCH more helpful. It was also nice that I could squeeze in my oil change and tire rotation w/o an appointment and they had my car ready before the morning was over. Much better experience than usual.

Today I went this dealership after receiving a phone call last week that my tags were ready for pick up. Crazy thing is I didn’t buy a car, when I asked for more information no one returned my phone calls. I had to physically go into the dealership for information where I was told that they linked my information to another person’s account who has the same name as me. I directly asked them for my account as I had never purchased anything from them but they stated they didn’t have an actual account for me. Not once did anyone take ownership for the error in recording in their system or did anyone even apologize for the mistake. The customer service and lack of ownership was horrible, I would not recommend this place to others.

I bought a Hyundai Tucson here new in 2013. Have brought it back faithfully for each oil change and regular maintenance. I’ve sat in that waiting room 3-4 hours for an oil change. I was there once when mechanic cussed out the service manager. Still I returned. Sadly my hood is rusting out from inside out. I got a quote from Len Stoler for 1378 to have it replaced. Also my ac went up last summer. The car was 6. Hyundai said to ask for help paying for this all today I took it out to start this process. I was told in order for them to submit the paperwork for help I would have to have 3000 in maintenance done there at their garage. To save 1000. I said fix the ac. Then I found out my local mechanic could do this cheaper. They first was gonna charge me a restock fee. The. They said it would be 124 for diagnostic. Ok. I asked could they take it to the body shop. Literally at the back of the garage. They said no. I had to drop everything-my daughters wedding is this weekend- drive 45 minutes to literally drive my car 30 seconds to the next building. I am just done with Len Stoler.

I have had many experiences with dealerships across the country. For the most part, my experiences have been positive. Unfortunately, my experience with Len Stoler Hyundai in Owings Mills, MD, has been the worse that I have ever had. I scheduled a 4:30 appointment to look at a 2019 Genesis G70. After viewing the car, I decided to purchase it. After waiting for more than an hour while the finance guy ran the numbers, the sales representative informed me that the car was pulled the night before to go to their rental fleet. No other offers were made to accommodate me or sell me a different model.Consequently, it was a blessing in disguise because I ended up purchasing a 2020 Genesis G70 3.3T from Hyundai Safford of Springfield, VA. The treatment I received was superb, and the price was phenomenal. Len Stoler should reevaluate the way customers are treated.

Took my car in February 2020 to get a noise in the rear; ac repaired and suspension noise looked at. They only tightened the AC line nut instead of checking it for a leak, like I suggested and my ac still is not working properly today. The rear bushing was replaced and they could not duplicate the suspension noise, which I understand. In May when getting an oil change, I saw the bushing work that was done and it was unbelievable the work was horrible. I showed it to a few mechanics I know and they could not believe it. I took the car back to Len Stoler where I was basically dismissed and told by the service manager that it is the best that they could do. My 2 year old could probably do a better job. Taking the advice of a trusted friend, I took the car to a different Hyundai dealer and they could not believe the work was done at a dealer. They were kind enough to write up a statement saying that the car was not properly repaired. I tried contacting the Len Stoler general manager over a few days but so far I have not gotten a response.Look over the work done on your vehicles at this location carefully. This experience with this dealership has left a bad taste in my mouth. This is not the standard of work and customer service, I expect when dealing with a dealership.I received the reply from Len Stoler saying I am making up lies (what a great way to treat your customers with respect) and tried to reach Brendan today multiple times with no reply. It seems I can only get a response when I post online.

My recent experience with Hyundai, Len Soler and Ashley Smith in the service department was stellar, it could not have gone any better! On my 7 year old Sonata I was less than 2,500 miles away from the end of Hyundais 100,000 mile drive train warranty. When I was told that my engine could not be repaired, I thought sure I would be shopping for a car. But Ashley was my hero. She contacted Hyundai and sent them multiple pictures of the inside of my engine. Several days later when Hyundai replied that wanted to see pictures of my oil pan, Ashley got in there and took more pictures and sent them as well. These additional photos are what caused Hyundai to decide to give me a BRAND NEW ENGINE! Ashley called me multiple times along the way to keep me updated and also got me into a free of charge rental car to use while my engine was being replaced. Thank you Ashley for going the extra mile for me!! And thank you Hyundai for being the honest, reputable company that I had hoped you would be. Len Stoler, you should work very hard to keep good customer caring employees like Ashley Smith, they seem to be very rare these days. It is employees like her that will keep customers like me coming back to you to buy all my cars in the future. Thank you.

Not impressed with the service recieved, all the way up to corporate. Took 5 months to get my car back and that was only after we threatened to pursue them legally. Finally made things right after they ruined the first engine and other parts to the car (was told that the acting mechanic had to be fired for similar issues with other clients). After this frustrating experience, I will never purchase another Hyundia, which is unfortunate because the car is great- the terrible service was not. My husband had to essentially hold their hand the entire way and make sure they did the work properly.

We went up to look at the Hyundai Palisade August 2, 2020 the SUV LIMITED was fantastic, My Husband went up the next day to work on a deal . To our surprise what they offered Aaron the Salesman and Brendan the Sales Manager for my Husband’s car was unbelievable. The deal was struck my thoughts where wondered what they would do for my car. I think I got a even better deal.Aaron was so nice he even spent the time to go over my new Veloster and it’s functions. I WOULD SAY LEN STOLER IS NOT A BETTER PLACE TO BUY A CAR ITS THE BEST PLACE TO GET A CAR. Again thank you so much we look forward to years of fun.Chris and Marc Connelly

I completed my entire car purchase from beginning to end over the phone/mail from IL ( more than 800 miles away, and never having seen the car in person).....BUT, I have owned 2 other Azera’s a 2014 and 2016, and since I know the body style/interior/features/ride does not change hardly from year to year....I was ok with making this purchase. Azera’s are hard to come by, especially those in great condition with LOW miles! This one I found, is a 2017 model - the last year released by Hyundai - it has less than 18k miles!I adore this car so much that I purchased a 3rd (just newer models/lower miles each time)! It truly has saved mine and my daughter’s lives with it’s impeccable 10/10 crash test rating. Plus, I can’t imagine what I’d need to do/spend in order to have ALL the amenities and features that come standard with THIS car.....if I were to purchase a different one!Chase at Len Stoler Ford was absolutely INCREDIBLE to work with! He helped me above and beyond what anyone would imagine to be standard customer service from a β€œused car salesman”! At no time, did I ever feel pressured or hassled. He was consistently authentic and genuine, and I easily built a sense of rapport with him....including feeling a tremendous amount of trust.Without any prompting, Chase contacted me with photos of ALL the minor scrapes and scratches around the vehicle, to ensure I was aware of everything! He EVEN alerted me to these door bumpers that were after-factory placed as a protective feature, but not something I found visually appealing. He ensured they were removed and the paint under buffed to remove any evidence of those ever being present.Communications were always prompt, and we were able to negotiate a deal I was quite happy with in just a matter of a few days.Despite this being an out of state sale, Chase ensured that everything moved swiftly as he was aware that I was without a car. I had my new Azera within 1 week of our initial contact. Delivered to my driveway! I wish they were closer.....I’d love to work with them again!!! And, my last 4 cars have been from CarMax!Thank you again, Chase, Gino, and Len Stoler Ford!

The vehicle was brought in for recalls which I assumed was complete. The guy there also indicated they would do the standard check on the vehicle. I was never called when the vehicle was ready. Then when I get there its an up sell on tires and wiper blades and sealant. But they never indicated that I would need the alignment in the front worked on which is the reason why the tire was shaking or that brakes are now reccomend for replacement. The crazy thing is I knew all this was wrong with the vehicle and just wanted to see if they would do and honest inspection with accurate information.

I was treated very well at Len Stoler Hyundai. Tina was my advisor. She displayed great communication skills throughout the process. My engine locked up and caught fire in my 2013 Sonata without any warning lights coming on. This was the second time the engine needed to be replaced. They replaced my engine and starter for free. I had to pay for the battery 207.00. I was given a rental after they determined it was a faulty engine about 10 days after having it towed in. The new engine is only warranted for one year which makes me wonder a bit.
