Bought 2 cars from here over 6 years, never again because the service department is terrible. Always issues. Any phone number will get you into a never ending loop of transfers. Also even though the website still shows they have an Express Lane for oil changes, they do not and it has been closed for a year allegedly. Dont trust the sign that is still out front either.

I feel for people in the service industry so it pains me when I have to say anything negative. It seems this location is over taxed and under staffed. The customer service staff is excellent and helpful and polite. The poor mechanics just have way too much work. The wait times are quite lengthy. For simple services ( oil change tire rotation) that has been scheduled the wait is well over 2 hours. I scheduled routine maintenance that list the services when you schedule on line. One of the services listed was missed (cabin air filter replacement) They do ask you what you are coming in for when they check you in I simply stated 48k maintenance. I dont have what that is memorized so I trust that everything will be done. If it wasnt for the fact that everyone is pleasant and the other nearest FIAT dealership is in Gaithersburg I would probably take my car elsewhere.

Do not bring your vehicle here for service or repairs. My car has been sitting at this shop for two weeks and has not been seen to be diagnosed for the problem with no real answer as to why its taken so long, nor was I told it would be this long. Communication from the shop has been almost nonexistent. Several messages over the two weeks were left unanswered. When I was finally able to speak to someone they tried to blame me for them not returning messages or for waiting so long to diagnose a problem. Find any other option except for this location for service to be done.

It is hard to give two stars, as the two people I dealt with were exceptionally cordial, 5 star material.I scheduled 80k service as detailed in the service manual and as carefully detailed on the dealer website. I told the service agent why I was there on arrival. He was focused on the dealer created multi point check, apparently something promoted at this dealer. I said no, I specifically want the 80k fiat service from fiat and showed him the list on the website, and the $165 estimate, and i offered to pull up the page in the manual to use as reference. He declined and said oh they do all of that. The service order includes the dealer invented multipoint checklist, not the fiat manufacturer 80k service. At the conclusion, items from the 80k service are not completed, and I still need to find a proper fiat service center to get that done, after investing half a day and 70 miles of driving in this dealer.I was not ambiguous or unclear about my service request. It seems that making an appointment late in the day before a holiday weekend is a mistake. Their plan was clearly to do their own routine multipoint service, same one they do for every car, and ignore my fiat 124 abarth specific service schedule, and get me out the door. I essentially got an oil change and a price quote for other services. On a positive note, the service agent was extremely nice and welcoming, as was the gentleman in the waiting area. But nice people arent enough to get me back in the door of a dealer that has their own multipoint agenda and not the specific repeated requests of the customer or the manufacturer recommendations. More like Jiffy Lube than a proper Fiat Service Center.

Since I was a kid Ive always wanted a jeep, and when it was Tims to sell my Kia Rio for my childhood car I ended up going thru Heritage Ford in Owens Mill. I can honestly say the gentleman who too care of me was Kevin Howard and he was laid back, really understanding of what I was looking for and helped me through the process. Theres nothing like meeting a sales guy who his best interest is for his customers needs over his agenda to sell sell sell. This man was so patient, he took his time to answer my questions and stayed with me from 3pm till 10pm to see me drive off with my new Jeep Renegade. So special shout out to Kevin Howard and the team who took their time to figure out my financial needs . Aside from Kevin being polite and understanding, I can honestly say everyone was super understanding. Thank you guys for an amazing deal and making my dream of owning a jeep come true!! I cant say enough good things about this group. I was impressed from the first conversation through the vehicle purchase. My salesman, Kevin Howard, and Sales Manager Jason Scarlett showed me professional, friendly and most importantly honesty and integrity. I have been looking for the Mustang for me and I thought I found it a time before, but literally walked out of the dealership because of the typical used car salesman tactics(you know what I mean ).This was the extreme exact opposite! I have purchased a few used cards over the last 20 years, and these guys (and the rest of the staff we interacted with at the dealership) were a cut above. I felt comfortable and felt I could trust them. Another prime example, during the test drive, something was not right I am not a certified mechanic, but I knew something was not right with it. I shared this with the sales team - fully expecting to get blown off, oh well it is nothing the checked it out and its all fine....yada yada......But to my amazement - they did not challenge or counter.....They said they would have their mechanic take a look at it and verify it is nothing to be concerned about or fix it if they find something. Long story, they found an issue and they toke care of getting it fixed and kept me informed the entire process through this. And I may not have mentioned this, but I live 1.5-2 hours from this dealership. I am very glad I toke a chance to inquire.I can not recommend you see these guys. They are by far the most professional, honest and friendly team I have ever interacted with. You will not be disappointed.

I would like to hear back from Service Director John Erbe, or a manager higher along the chain who may have more power to rectify these misgivings. Please feel free to respond to my email to John Erbe, or find my contact information in your computer as it has been barely been a month since I brought my vehicle to Heritage Fiat.Thank you.one star is being extremely generous. I found the exact car I wanted online and drove home in it the very same day. Once I initiated contact, Kevin emailed me, then called right away. I was able to begin the financing process and trade-in valuation before even arriving to the dealership. From the moment my husband and I walked into the door, we were treated very well, definitely by Kevin but also by Tony Pozderac the sales manager and Tony in financing. Tony the sales manager, immediately introduced himself and was already working on our behalf. Kevin was professional and put us at ease immediately, despite knowing what we wanted theres often that sense of pressure in a sales situation. Not the case with Kevin, his priority was making sure we found the car we really wanted and he worked to get us into it, and he did. The car was brought to us after a beautiful job was done in detailing (though the car was clean when we went for the test drive). Overall, the best car buying experience we ever had. A great dealership with a friendly and professional staff.

We were told that we were approved for the vehicle and could pick it up the next day. Not minutes later we received an email stating that the vehicle will be sold to another customer if we dont show up on time, first come first serve. So we show up at 9am and are told that weve not only NOT been approved, but there is a major coolant leak as well. Dropping stars Heritage... such a great first experience, but now I absolutely cringe when I have to service my vehicle at this location :(Im certainly never buying another car or suv from here - the sale is awesome, but they completely lack support. So heres my latest update...DO NOT BUY A FIAT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I really do like my Fiat, but unfortunately this service center is absolutely appalling, and all other FIAT service centers are hours away from where I live (Owings Mills).Out the gates, they were aweful... THEY SOLD ME THE CAR WITH ALMOST NO OIL IN THE ENGINE!!! OOPS!!! I found that out the hard way - I was on vacation when all of a sudden my engine just cut off and a bunch of lights on my dash lit.My Fiat 500X is only 2 years old now, has a broken sun visor (its falling off), the key fob fault message on the dash is constantly flashing and beeping in your face, the horn does not work. The service center will not rectify any of these issues, despite us having a service contract with them.On one occasion, it took the service center over a week to perform a simple oil change and wheel rotation. They dont return your phone calls, and blame all their shortcomings on the fact that theyre understaffed.I tried to speak to a sales person about the problems I was encountering, and was met with an icy-cold, stark stare.Really chilling.I just wish that someone had written a review like this one prior to me making my purchase, so I could have gone elsewhere.PS I have a year left on my manufacturers warranty... guess that is a complete waste BECAUSE THEY DONT HONOR IT.I cant wait till the warranty is up, so I can take my vehicle to a service center that has the experience, and caring employees.Heritage has certainly worked overtime to earn the title of Fix It Again Tony!To the owner... please dont attach your generic response. From your track record, your goals are certainly NOT to meet (let alone exceed) the expectations of your customers.

I dealt with Chris Roberson. He was friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicle that I was looking at. He was able to answer all my questions and allowed me to play around with the vehicles infotainment system to ensure that I was satisfied with the way it all functioned. The difficulty arose when it came time to discuss vehicle pricing. The vehicles MSRP was $51,000, and they had dropped the price to an impressive $42,000. The only thing causing me to hesitate was that I was holding out for a red-on-red Giulia (whereas this one was red-on-black). Honestly, if the car had been perfect to my specifications, I would have likely yielded and paid the $42,000, but it wasnt quite what I was looking for. I was also nervous about Alfa Romeos warranty being shorter than my finance period, and was looking for an extended warranty. As tempted as I was by the price at the time, if Im going to pay this much money for a vehicle, it has to be one that Im going to be perfectly happy with, and the car just wasnt. I will say, though, as soon as the dealership realized that I was playing hardball, they lost interest in me very quickly. They never got rude or anything, but they did seem to get cold and distant pretty fast.Would still recommend (kind of), but only if you know that the price you see on a car is what youre willing to pay. The dealership didnt impress me, really, but they didnt flat-out insult me either. I got where they were coming from, and I made it clear to them where I was coming from -- clean break, no ones feelings got hurt.Maybe youll have better luck than me.

He was also very patient and remained calm even with my lack of skill when driving a manual transmission. I would definitely recommend him if anyone is looking to purchase a Fiat. The only complaint I have was the finance guy was very frustrating since he was unable to clearly define what options I could add on without going off on a tangent. As far as the sales side goes I have no complaints. However the service side of things! They are all about trying to get over on people that dont have any idea about cars. They are over charging for parts and labor. I payed 118 dollars for a diagnostic to tell me the problem with my car was told the problem got it fixed cheaper at another real dealership!!! And the problem was still there! So that was a waste of money. Just recently had a transmission replacement to fix the real problem i was told one price then the price jumped by more then 100 dollars. It took me 3 phone calls of saying no i was told this price where is this extra money coming from to get them to drop the price back to what I was told originally then didnt take the money off for the misdiagnosis. The price was STILL only 2 dollars cheaper then what i was quoted. When I got my car back and checked under the hood my whole intake system was not even hooked back up correctly AT ALL! They did a half ass job on my car. For the price I paid I should not have had to bring my car back the next day because I was missing bolts that are supposed to hold things in place. A person should get their car back the way it came in or better! After giving them my concerns and pointing out the problem I got a sorry for that but this is what we can do.....then tried to charge me for a light bulb! I will not be bringing my car for service here again.

Now I am carless and have to get to work Monday. Thanks guys.**UPDATE**We have now had to take my car in FIVE TIMES for the same issue. The customer service was horrendous. It is impossible to get through to any of the service advisors and when you do, they don’t actually have an update. It took over a week to replace a hose and tighten clamps. No rental car was offered. When we went to pick up his car (they called Friday to let us know it was ready for pickup, we went on Saturday at noon to pick it up) we waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes for the service advisor to get the paperwork ready so we could leave. On top of that, the service advisor made us feel extremely uncomfortable and said we HAD to leave a google review before we could have the keys. He only gave in when I started to get upset and shared more about our previous poor experience. The service advisor shared that the woman before us GOT A DISCOUNT ON HER SERVICE BECAUSE SHE WROTE THEM A GOOGLE REVIEW. Are you kidding me? They are now BUYING reviews from people. Absolutely outrageous! Now you can’t even believe reviews from this place because they likely aren’t accurate. On top of that, now I have to contact Fiat directly because they were too lazy to put in an accurate milage on the sales order so he can’t input anything into his service records until it’s fixed. EXTREMELY long wait times for simple things. For example I waited over 3 hours for a radio to be replaced in my car after being told It would take an hour. Don’t even get me started on waiting for your car to get serviced. However, I do appreciate them calling to see if there was anything to do to help.

Buying a vehicle is always stressful but Heritage made it simple. We researched what other dealers were asking for the minivan we wanted. Heritage not only matched the price, they took care of everything else: tags, registration, car wash and most importantly gas!! I drove in with my old van and drove away with my new one - a very satisfied customer. Thank you Tom Dombrovsky, my car buying experience wasnt stressful at all.

I had a great experience buying my Fiat 500 Abarth through Heritage. My salesperson Tony Hart did a great job of tracking the car through production to when it finally arrived at the dealership, and I left feeling positive about the trade-in value of my old car and the financing they gave me. Would highly recommend to get your Fiat through these guys!

Terrible Service. I made an appointment for 11am. I arrived at 10:45. I wandered around for a bit but was never even greeted until I went to someones desk. At 11:15 someone finally took my car. I had to explain twice why I was there. (A simple 40000 sevice check and to have the air filters replaced. 20 minute job, tops) I was told it would be 2 and half hours and that the rental car place was out of cars. I waited an hour an a half before I noticed my car hadnt even been taken back to a tech. I asked the cashier if they knew how long it would be. She (a very patient and helpful employee) found out that there were still 2 people in front of me. I left. Why even have the ability to schedule appointments if there is no intention to honor them? The policy is that the appointment is with a consultant. 1. That is nonsense since all they do is enter the same information I put in online. 2. Why would anyone schedule an appointment if its not indicative of the time their car will actually be handled. If I had just walked in I could understand the wait but I think most people make appointments because they expect to be seen in a timely manner.

I am always skeptical of car dealerships as I dont want to be pressured to purchase anything. Ive been wanting a Fiat for awhile and finally decided to check them out. Never once did Chris Roberson (the sales associate I worked with) make me feel forced to make a decision. He was so polite and extremely friendly and let me decide what next steps I wanted to make. I got a great trade-in value for my car and they gave a great discount off the MSRP.I would without hesitation recommend Heritage Fiat. Every single person was beyond courteous and genuinely grateful that I made a purchase there. By far the best experience Ive had buying a car.

I had a wonderful experience with Heritage FIAT. Treacy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my question and explaining features. He found the perfect FIAT for me. Treacy and Tony P., pulled out all the stops to get me the best deal and loan. Tony in finance explained everything concisely and patiently.Everyone was always honest and upfront, I never once felt pressured. I left with a great car and a great car buying experience. I will come back for my next car purchase and will recommend them with no hesitation.

This is the second time that Ive brought my FIAT in for an oil change. Both times I made an appointment. The first time I had to wait an hour and 45 minutes. The second time, I was a little late for my appointment, and Im also getting my tires rotated. Its been an hour and 15 minutes since I started waiting. I just asked for an update and they said 15 more minutes (not sure how true that is). Its starting to seem like a regular thing. It shouldnt take that long. The customer service is good. But the wait time for service is horrible.

I received one of the phone calls advertising a great offer on my used vehicle. I brought it down for them to look at and waited almost an hour for what them to present an offer. When they presented the offer on my vehicle, they came in nearly $2,500 dollars under fair trade in value through NADA and Kelly Blue Book. The initial offer was even under what the black book wholesale value was and the high side of the offer would have been $300 over wholesale. The vehicle was ready for sale besides needing to be detailed. I did not disclose that the vehicle was already inspected because I was curious about what the Great Offer would be. The bottom line is that I would not recommend this dealer to anyone as they did not come across as honest and tried to take advantage of a situation and a potential customer.I have been in the automotive industry for 13 years and have helped numerous customers through the car buying process. Heritage Fiat should be ashamed.Update: I traded the vehicle in to Koons of Westminster and without any negotiation was presented an offer of $2500 more than what Heritage Fiat offered.

One star is even too much. I wish there was an option for negative stars. Took vehicle, which is only a few months old, in because oil pressure light flickered on. Roman said there was next to no oil. So: 1.) why did the oil light not come on and stay - Answer, cause when you go around a corner it sloshes and hits the sensor. 2.) If there is next to no oil, how can it slosh? 3.) Then why doesnt it stay on when sitting still - I dont know. And why is the oil that low to begin with. Romans response - because you are 300 miles over the change mileage per the sticker. 4.) and 300 miles over would burn up 99% of all the oil? Roman and Scotts response yes. End result: Drove out with no one offering to add more oil. . . no one providing any customer service . . . no one caring in the least. Subsequently called Criswold (which Heritage could have done but couldnt be bothered) and found out I was NOT over the mileage for an oil change. Oil change is within a range. Because most people go a little over, Criswold always put the soonest amount - not the absolute max mileage - on their sticker. WARNING TO ALL: DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERITAGE. DO NOT TAKE A VEHICLE TO HERITAGE FOR SERVICE!

My first experience at Fiat was great. I originally just came to look at cars and test drive. But when I was greeted by Mitchell, whom I had previously talked to about coming, he had the cars lined up and ready. I was torn between two cars. One of which was in a diffrent lot. After being there and test driving the vehicles I decided to go with the one on the different lot. Mitchell was patient and great. During my entire process I talked to several sales team members and all were very friendly. I would recommend this dealer to everyone.

I inquired about a specific Fiat 500 on Saturday and on Monday I received an email with more details from a saleswoman Danielle Gmernicki. While at work I responded to the email on my break and immediately I received a phone call from Danielle about the vehicle and possible times to meet for a test drive. Being at work, I was unable to answer the phone call but we continued to communicate through email and scheduled an appointment for the following day. Today (Tuesday) I called Danielle and actually set up an appointment for the afternoon and met with her at 12:30. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful but mainly she was funny which made my car buying experience the best. I have never bought a brand new car before and I now own a Fiat 500 Pop and I love it. The whole process went by fast and everyone at Heritage Fiat was more than willing to help. Over all it was a good experience and I and glad I bought a Fiat today. If you are curious about buying a Fiat, just ask for Danielle and she will take care of you.

My old car died unexpectedly, so I called roadside assistance through my insurance company. They towed it to the nearest dealership, which happened to be Heritage. I had never been there before and was apprehensive about everything. First of all, Scott in service is phenomenal. He was only concerned about my happiness and convenience - he offered me loaner vehicles when they had to keep my old car for several days to deal with the problems. When the total amount that it would cost to fix it became too high for me, I declined repairs. On a whim, I decided to test drive the new FIAT, never expecting to actually buy one. I mentioned this to Scott, and he introduced me to Treacy.Treacy was very patient and enthusiastic about the cars. He explained to me the different models, and actually listened when I told him what I wanted, what I needed, and what I didnt care about. I test drove one of the cars and absolutely fell in love. Never one to settle for the first thing I tried, I ended up going to two other dealerships to test drive their cars. While I was at the other dealerships, Dave put together the numbers for me. He appraised my old car for trade-in, got some numbers, and gave me an actual number on approximately how much I would have to get financed. The next morning, I was pretty sure I had decided on the FIAT (it was between the FIAT and the Honda Fit - my conversations with friends and family during that day and the next got a little bit confusing, particularly via text), but I wanted to test drive the FIAT again. Again, love.Mac was the finance person I met with. She was friendly and cheerful and understanding and was able to relate to me quite well. (Actually, all of them were like that - this is seriously the happiest and most friendly dealership Ive ever seen.) She explained to me everything about the financing options. There were no surprises. The car was brilliantly priced, and they were able to get me a better rate than I thought Id get for financing. They kept within my budget and didnt pressure me to go out of it.My entire experience with this dealership was fantastic. I spent a good deal of time there, and really felt like everyone actually cared about my well-being and happiness. I left with a car that fully exceeded my expectations in every way, shape, and form. I look forward to spending lots of years with my new car (her name is River), and maintaining my relationship with this fantastic dealership (and their service department).

This dealer rocks! No other way to say it. Painless, no hassle. I just purchased a pre-owned vehicle from them and was out the door within 90 minutes of saying Ill take it. I spent about a month looking online for what I wanted and when I found it on the Heritage website, the correspondence began. First, Dave G, the Internet Sales Manager was prompt on getting back to me and had no hesitation with answering my 800 emails from details about the vehicle, to payment options, to directions to the facility. Great service! After arriving and driving the vehicle, Mitch, the salesman that I dealt with, was beyond accomodating and offered whatever options were available to not only protect my investment but make the buying pleasure actually low-key and no hassle which you dont see very often. I would recommend these guys to anyone and I will. This was my first experience with this dealer but it certainly will not be my last.John Tucker

Terrible service, rude employees, and unprofessional behavior. I love my Fiat and it was exactly the car I wanted. However, I have had nothing but issues with this location since day one. First, my radio and all of the features associated stopped working. After 4 visits and a rental car, I was told that the radio in my 2017 Fiat 500 is only compatible with Motorola and Nokia phones therefore all of the features that were presented( bluetooth, navigation, text assistance) were worthless to me now. To schedule those four visits, I had to call and immediately request to speak to a manager because I was met with rude, dismissive attitudes when I spoke to a service representative. They also gave me 3 phone numbers of guys I could call if I ever needed help. I left each of them 3 voicemails each when my navigation stopped working in the middle of me driving somewhere I had never gone before. Think before you buy a Fiat here. Its hard to find centers that service Fiats in Maryland and you will regret it if youre stuck going here.

We werent planning on buying a FIAT; we didnt even have them on our list of cars to consider purchasing. However, we stopped by Heritage to look at pre-owned vehicles and noticed the cute FIATs out front. We met with Amy who let us get inside one in the showroom and we instantly wanted to take a test drive. We fell in love with the little car while driving it around. We could really tell that Amy adores these vehicles. She wasnt just trying to sell something because it was her job; she truly was excited about showing us all of the features. She answered every single question we could possibly think up quickly and effectively. The paperwork process was quicker than I have experienced in the past, and rather painless. We are thrilled with our new FIAT Sport and will most likely buy another when we are ready for a second car.

I had a wonderful experience buying a car at this location. First, there was no pressure, just giving me the opportunity to test drive. Secondly, the deal was simply amazing, the price MORE than fair, and in fact (I feel I can say this freely now that the paperwork is all signed haha) I feel like I ripped THEM off.I got a fully loaded Chrysler 200C with only 15k miles on it (with adaptive cruise control, leather seats, climate control, sunroof and a V6) for only $17k! A very good deal (for me) I couldnt come close to finding a price like that in literally months of looking.Kevin Howard was also very helpful, he not only knew the answer to every question I had about the car and the financing, (which some salespeople, especially those that sell used cars, dont know the cars they are selling, Kevin does), but in addition to staying late (because I wanted a better deal for my trade in and got it, as well as took a while to work out my insurance for some reason), so in addition to all that, he provided snacks for me and my wife as we waited well past our dinnertime to finish the deal. AND the next day he overnighted the owners manual (which couldnt be located at the time) and a second fob key for the car I just bought, for free.If Kevin Howard is an example of the service there at Heritage FIAT Owings Mills, their team is top notch. A great salesman with integrity and a great work ethic. I love Heritage! Ill never go anywhere else as long as Kevin is working there haha

Every time Ive had to have ANY work done on the 500C, its some issue. Why go anywhere else? is their slogan but I can answer: 8 phone calls, and a give a list of reasons. Too bad there isnt anywhere else to go. Ive tried since August to get an appt since Sept 3 and cannot get one service manager to call me back - except at 6:55 pm to leave a message saying theyre leaving and I can call back the next day, even when I just asked to confirm an appointment date and time. Im pretty sure they dont treat their Alfa clients this way. Ive bought 3 cars from Heritage. The Parkville location has serviced them for 15 years exceptionally. We bought the used car and also traded our old one in for a new Fiat 500 Sport at Heritage Fiat (they were right next door). Then drove home with TWO cars. The sales and finance staff at both car stores were outstanding and flexible even in the face of my pickiness. The Fiat store even did some driver training to shore up our rusty stickshift skills. We were treated with respect and no high pressure tactics were ever used. The Fiat store filled the tank and wished us happy motoring. A great experience. You should try them out!
