I would have expected better service by now. Took the Mercedes to this shop last week due to antifreeze leaking. The advisor stated ti my face, there are no head gasket or engine block issues found. I was told the water pump, coolant lines, etc..was causing the leak with total cost $3700. As I was paying for the car. The advisor stated, its not the head gasket, or engine block . He stated there was no white smoke we checked it out.I picked up the car on Nov 1st. I drove car 4 miles to home. When I got home and parked car. Car started leaking antifreeze again. I took car back to Mercedez immediately.Today, Nov 5th the advisor who said to me and my son on Nov 1st that it was not the head gasket or engine block issues in front of my family member is now saying today that its the Head Gasket which will cost me thousands of dollars.Today, is Nov 5th and no one called us since we immediately returned car Nov 1st. We had to call them. Why is that?Any of you who are reading this... would be hurt the same that I am. Imagine, you spent $3700 for work to be done on your car, and initially being told its not the Head Gasket, then only after you call Mercedez yourself after 4 more days with your car in shop a 2nd time, to then be told we were wrong about our initial assessment but you still needed all that $3700 worth of work plus now we changed our minds and did more testing and now our new assessment we have determined THAT IT IS YOUR HEAD GASKET.Did Mercedes do a thorough and appropriate assessment initially or does it work out for them to charge me for what they think is wrong instead of going on industry based structured Diagnostics, ohh but they said they did. Did they? I will never know.All, I know is they said something wasnt wrong, then they changed their minds and said it was wrong.Imagine your doctor going in removing 4 wisdom teeth to fix your persistent headaches and telling you we looked and saw no brain cancer. Yet, your headaches remain only to be told 4 days later after your headaches dont go away, that Oops you really have brain cancer...we just missed it 4 days ago.This is my personal experience and personal journey with this Mercedez dealership. I hope this never happens to any of you reading this!

Took my car in for service, 9hours later, I had not received any updates. Went in to the service desk and was informed that if I can have a seat, they will give me an update in a few minutes(this turned out to be 45minutes later). If you can’t keep appointments and complete services at the set time you give customers, then don’t have appointment times or at least update the individual. Never setting foot here again.

I just purchased a GLC from Mercedes Ben of Owing Mills. I really really really LOVE the car. Before deciding to get the car from this dealership, I came to couple places. The reason made me decide to get this brand new car in this dealership is ANDY JI. I was going to get a car from another dealership. Ive rated this establishment with 4 stars primarily because of Yosef in the service department. I made an appointment on a Thursday for the next week Tuesday at 8am. Due to traffic I arrived around 815am, to find that my appointment had not been scheduled. I was asked to return another day. I refused because I drove 60 miles to the dealership. Yosef took my car and discovered that the problem was a chip that had inadvertently come out of the port. Within minutes I was on my way. I was appreciative for his due diligence.SS

The Mercedes Luxury experience was a miss!It was hard to get what I asked for during the process (communication was not efficient, color not available, interest rate struggle, package items, and experience with different managers on duty).If you are looking for the Denim Blue that’s offered- don’t move forward with your effort.My biggest issue has to do with the costumer service given by different managers on the same deal.I definitely worked harder than the finance managers for a better interest. I located Navy federal rate currently at (1.79%). After advising Mercedes, the financial manager went from 2.99% to 2.49% to 1.99%. After different financial managers for each rate change. Disappointed they didnt match the interest rate.Lastly, when I made a decision to move forward with my second best option, I was asked to put a deposit down to hold the car for one day (my financing was approved without it).My Mercedes experience was more trying than the non luxury cars I’ve purchased before with better interest rates.

Ultimately, I never found the right car from Owings Mills Mercedes but that was due to my timeframe of purchasing a vehicle and how soon i needed to purchase. The reason why I gave it as high a rating as I did is because of my sales person Oliver. He was the ultimate salesman understanding my likes and dislikes and not trying to put me in an undesirable vehicle, which includes those that are brown. (Inside joke) Even after my family and I departed, Oliver would periodically check in to let me know about prospective vehicles the dealer had just received and to also see how my search was going. I reached out to him recently and let him know that my search was over and he congratulated me and asked for photos. If you have are interested in making a trip to this dealer, I recommend you request Oliver if you want a no pressure, un-dealership like experience.

I have bought two cars there now. Kyle was great In the purchase experience — integrity, worked with me, etc — but Kyle has remained available for service and other issues. He has essentially been our concierge since purchase even though it has not been his job. Wow.
