I would like to say that my experience at this location was phenomenal. When coming into the store both reps were busy with other customers however they both still greeted me accordingly. I ended up having Quarri who was pleasant and professional. As a new AT&T customer I am highly satisfied and will recommend other friends and family members to join the AT&T family. Thank you again for the wonderful customer service!

The guy that helped my mother and I get our phones was patient and kind. He explained everything well and we were able to get our phones with ease. To the guy that was working with him that day helped another couple that came in and the way he diffused the situation was outstanding. And that customer left happy with a better understanding of how someone else set her phone line up.

I rarely have a good experience at this location BUT Victoria is absolutely an effective rep. Earlier i was told that only certain workers could look into accounts. Victoria was professional enough not to address my negative experience but to fix the issue timely and completely while offering additional services. Victoria great job. Brian is pretty good, as well.

Jasmine was easily the best rep I’ve ever encountered. Anywhere. Both knowledgeable and beyond helpful. She made everything easy to understand and she clearly knew her stuff. Give her a raise or promotion!

My wife had to get a new phone after hers was stolen and Darnell was super friendly and helpful. The whole thing took maybe 20 minutes and she was all set when we left the store. We really appreciated how quick he was while still being nice and efficient.

I need to return a phone this store just keeps picking up up the phone n hanging up u cant get any help once they have your money I need my return slip emailed again. Going in the hospital for 6 weeks n cant get any help had atnt 4 weeks n I hate it

Had a really awesome experience at this store. I was searching for the new iPhone 12 Pro and was sent to Owings Mills by one of the reps at the Eldersburg store. Darnell was great from start to finish. He made the transaction quick and painless and was extremely courteous and polite the whole time. Very disappointed that no one could help me with a technical issue. Instead they advised me to buy a new phone. I went to Best Buy and had the best experience. In end I just needed an up to date sim card.

This was one of the best AT&T stores I’ve been to and received great service.

I went to the AT&T store to obtain new service. Previously I was told that we had to purchase new phones to switch over. Candace greeted us with a smile and assisted us with transferring our service with out having to purchase new phones. While we did not have to get new phones 2 of our 4 lines were due to get an upgrade and since there was a special going we took advantage of the deal.Candace was very helpful and patient with us and all of our questions.She definitely gave us 5 star service. I would refer my family and friends to her.

Jah was awesome! Super patient and sweet! She spent a lot of time and helped me transfer all my data to my new phone and then transfer my daughters data to my old phone. This store is clean, bright and very friendly. Jah is wonderful!

I have always had a Great experience dealing with this particular location. Jai is an amazing manager. I left Verizon after 25 years, because of poor customer service. I have recommended AT&T to many of my friends and customers. Thank you

The Manger is rude and don’t help at all nor acknowledge the customers concern to resolve problems. Customers are always right also at least look into what there talking about and listen. At the end of the day ATT is one company no matter franchise or not follow appropriate polices and protocols. Still under one umbrella.

Got a new phone at ATT store in Owings Mills, MD today. The staff was phenomenal.

I love this ATT location! The store is clean and the atmosphere is joyful. The staff greeted each person who walked in the door with “Welcome to ATT. We’ll be with you as soon as we can.” I liked that because it makes customers feel SEEN.Every time I’ve visited, the customer service was A+++My first visit was on Christmas Eve. Though the store was extremely busy because of the holiday, the staff served every customer with smiles, attention, and kindness.On my most recent visit (1/12/21), I was fortunate to have Darnell Forbes as my customer service representative. He was AMAZING! He transferred everything from my old phone to my new 12Pro, patiently explained the new features, and walked me through a hands on tutorial. Darnell was very pleasant and customer-driven. Owings Mills is blessed to have him because he made me want to return for all my ATT phone needs. Darnell was great leadership potential!

I never write reviews but wow... I’ve never been in a location more lethargic and unwelcoming. Empty store with 4 people standing around and it was as if all any of them wanted was for us to leave. So awkward to feel like your intruding as a customer.

I think the workers are trying but AT&T has such a convoluted process they can’t help you even if they wanted to. I had them move over a line from Verizon and bought two iPhones when they were running a buy one get one free deal. On my bill the bogo deal has been removed even though I had them do everything in the store and the paperless discount that they set up has never been processed. I have been waiting two months for an update and every time I call they say it’s been escalated and they are waiting for a response. I call support they say I have to go into the store. I go into the store they say I have To call support.
