The staff was not friendly nor helpful. I will not return to this store again. Even though it is closer to where I live. I will drive further away to avoid this location. That is if the online customer service is not able to resolve my issue. Avoid this store.

Came in Sunday with an unlocked phone purchased from Amazon...always buy my phones this way. Needed a new sim chip which they give you. Gentleman tried to activate phone but could not. Contacted Amazon (meanwhile I purchased in June but never activated) they were super helpful and willing to accept a return but swore the phone should work. Went back to the store a second time. When I was getting in line a female that worked there told me dont bother, sometime the phones just wont work. Long line so I left. Spent hours on the phone with Verizon (also super helpful) we could see the Networks picking up but the phone wouöd not make or receive calls. Finally Verizon overnights me a new chip. Guess what? It works perfectly. VERIZON FOUNDRY ROW TRY A LITTLE HARDER NEXT TIME Maybe use a new sim chip instead of pulling one out of a drawer!

Once we finally got inside (took a solid 10 minutes because security had to find someone to help us (even though it was 7 pm and no one else was there), we were helped easily. Turns out I have to replace my phone because theres a battery issue, which was quickly figured out by the person helping us. Very simple process to order the replacement once we were deemed eligible

After being ignored for about 10 minutes I had to ask for a rep to call someone from the back to help me. I was greeted by a woman named Toni. She was nasty, rude, and disrespectful from start to finish. She left me without saying thank you and ran straight to a new customer looking to get a phone. The customer service here is HORRIFIC at best. This is the reason why everything is being done online. Toni does NOT need to be the face of Verizon on the front line

Another store, another poor experience. I avoid going to the physical Verizon stores at all costs. Its like theyre all trained to have the same attitude no matter where you are. After 45mins on the phone with Verizon (who, it turns out, was more helpful than the store), they said I needed a new SIM card and to go to a store b/c they have them there and it would take 2 days otherwise. After waiting in the half-empty store for 5 minutes someone finally came over to at least write our name down. Another 10-15mins later after saying I just needed a new SIM card they tell me Im not authorized on the account. I call the account owner (my father) and he tries for 30mins w/ the rep there and cant get some code through so we wound up leaving w/ a still not working phone. Now on hold for 25 minutes with no one answering. Not sure Verizon wants my business.

I had the displeasure of visiting your store on the morning of Saturday, February 27, 2021. Lauren, the greeter at the door, should be removed from her post immediately if you want to make a positive first impression on your customers. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 17 years and never have I encountered such a nasty Verizon employee. Not only did she argue with me about the posted store hours (she nastily corrected me until I showed her that google maps had the hours posted incorrectly and even then she was unapologetic), her overall demeanor and attitude was piss poor. I ended up just walking out of the store. When I am potentially spending over $1,000.00 on a product and additional money on other services (cellular package, cable, internet etc.), I expect MUCH better customer service. She was very RUDE and acted like she was doing ME a favor by even being bothered to answer my questions. Why would you have someone like that at the door greeting your customers or working with your customers at all??

Needs effective manager who impresses importance of excellent customer service skills with associates. Jeff could have cared less that I was upgrading my phone. Did nothing to encourage a sale. Free parking. Has a parking lot structure. There is a bill payment kiosk. Must have exact amount; kiosk doesnt give change. You dont find that out until money has been put in. A typed or handwritten sign could alleviate that surprise. The billing system and the Kiosk appear not to be synced. The kiosk doesnt always update immediately. That appears to be an easy to me. Nevertheless, it serves the purpose of bill payment without added fees. I gave 3 stars because I didnt plan for a $13 credit on my next months bill. I was expecting my change to be returned.

I only gave one star because it wouldnt post without a star rating. I am disgusted with the way I was treated by Jon, who is the assistant manager of the store. He was rude and disrespectful when I was in there to purchase a phone for my son. I have never been treated so poorly in Verizon before. The salespeople are usually so kind and willing to help. NOT Jon. He tried to bully my son into purchasing a bundle. He is 14!!! I finally said, We dont need that. His response was, Well, then you will have to put your own screen protector on. I could go on and on like when I inquired about the $30 upgrade fee, he rolled his eyes at me and gave me an answer which was intelligible. When he was finished ringing up my purchase of over $600, he never even handed me the box. He literally walked away from me to the next customer. No bag, no receipt, no thank you. Nothing. I am so angry.

Went to this store with my boyfriend today. Toni greeted us. “Can I help you” is all she said. I don’t think in the entire exchange she even asked for our names. My boyfriend wanted to change his service from one phone to a new one and she took it and said to A COWORKER “I can almost guarantee this won’t work” before handing it to him. We had a sheet of info about the phone so the transition would be easier but she refused to look at it saying it wouldn’t work despite another store telling us it would. We asked if we were to go anywhere else if they were going to tell us different “well if you want to waste the gas to get the same answer be my guest”. Never going back to this location. Thanks for nothing Toni!This is not the first time we have had a problem with this location. This was our first time having the pleasure of working with Toni. If you want someone really great, go to the Timonium location and ask for Joey. He knows his stuff.

I only had one good experience here. The gentlemen with long hair, beard and goatee explained and took his time to better understand everything. He also described the benefits to getting a phone there or getting a unlocked phone from somewhere else. Most of the time I get bad service. Most of the employees have been nice, but there are not enough of them. Most of the time the wait is too long. Also, I recently bought a smart phone and was told that I could attend a personal training session to learn how to use the phone, When I called to schedule the training, I was told that there are only two times a week to do this. Neither of those times were convenient for me and they would not schedule another time. Also, I as told that the photos on the phone that I was going to stop using could be transferred to my new, smart phone. After I bought the smart phone, the store clerk tried to transfer my photos to the new phone and told me that he did not have the proper equipment to do this!BTW, I have been on the phone for over 10 minutes waiting for them to answer. This is typical. Going to hang up. This store is too difficult to do business with.

I was lead to believe I was not eligible for a free upgrade. I was eligible for a free phone, just not one they had in the store. And I didnt find this out until after I had already left the store with a $900 iPhone 6 Plus. At one point, I even asked my sales guy, What exactly does free upgrade mean?. Looking back, he completely danced around answering the question. The only reason I am giving this store 2 stars is because they waved the $35 restocking fee for the iPhone 6 Plus which I returned the next day.

DO NOT GO HERE! I came August 3 2018 at about 7p.m. I was only here for 10 mins and was bullied by an employee that works here! Seriously. The employee made me go out in a heavy downpour to get my charger that had nothing to do with my phone issue. After 20 minutes i called a 3rd party store to help me out, they said that she was incorrect and they could help me out. Im now on my way to Best Buy Mobile. After waiting for nearly 45 minutes to upgrade some phones I left. This is also after waiting a few minutes for the two check-in employees to finish their chat before even signing me in to the system. The store was fairly empty, with a lot of employees just working at the computers at the round desk with seemingly fewer customers than employees.I dont know if the place is just understaffed, or staffed with unqualified employees. Either way, Im not going back. Besides, the people there just arent friendly at all as most of their reviews say.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. I know it is convenient for some people, but this is the worst Verizon Wireless Store in the state of Maryland. This used to be a great store, but since management changed a few years back I have had nothing but horrible experiences. Ive never waited less than an hour, have had people who came in after me be taken care of first, nobody says hello or is polite, they all just want to get everything over with. I work in Customer Service and in my business, if you treat the customer like that, they wont come back. I also never get anything accomplished at this store, even though other stores and even calling *611 can get me what I need. Do yourself a favor, and go to Timonium or Westminster. Both stores have given me great service and were very polite.

About a week before wthe incident below happened we went to this store and were getting a new phone for my girlfriend. The guy who came out to help us just stood there the whole time on his phone, he disapeared at one point for 20 minutes and then when we chose which phone to get he threw it in a bag with folded tissue paper and walked away.Yesterday my girlfriend and I decided to end our service with your company due to how expensive it was becoming. I have been a customer for 11 years. I went and signed up with Xfinity and transferred my number to them.After everything was completed there, we headed over to Verizon at 10000 Reisterstown Rd, Owings Mills, MD 21117. We entered the store and were greeted by an African American woman who said hello, how can I help you. We told her that we had transferred our numbers to Xfinity and wished to return my girlfriend’s phone, which she had just purchased and to also return my phone, which was half paid off and close the account.The lady became immediately disrespectful, she said “why would you transfer your number without coming to us first, now I can’t open your account because your number is no longer with us, you should have come here first.” I told her that I was not aware of that. She then threw her tablet at me and demanded that I type my social security number into the table to return my girlfriend’s phone. She continued to complain and said “I don’t even know if I can return the phone since you transferred your numbers.” She was making it seem like she was going to decline to return it, so I showed her the receipt. She seemed to be able to process it then, so while she was doing this, I told her that I wished to also turn in my IPhone 7 Plus, because I was told by a previous associate that as long as I didn’t have any cracks in the screen Verizon would take the phone back. The lady became disrespectful once again by saying “you need to be patient, I am already doing one thing, I can’t do two things at once.” I apologized and waited. After she completed the return for my girlfriend’s phone, she threw her tablet at me and had me once again type in my social security number. She then told me that they cannot take my phone back. I told her what the other associate said and she told me that it didn’t matter what he said, because they weren’t taking it back. At this point we just left.I understand that the company may get upset over losing a customer, but to treat my girlfriend and I like that was completely unacceptable. This was completely unfair. I have done business with this company for over ten years, and this is how they treat me. The associates didn’t even bother to ask why we decided to leave.

Customer Service experience here was awful. After some guy with 10 earrings checked me in on a tablet, he passed me along to an older lady working at the desk who acted like it was the last thing she wanted to do. Not a single hello or goodbye was heard, and frowns seemed to be permanently etched upon their faces. To top it all off, near the end of my visit I was purposely hanging out at the front of the store waiting to ask the grunt if there were any options for my fathers particular situation looking for a new phone, and all this unprofessional fool could say was oh, guess so... while he continued chatting with his associate. After that, I walked out of the store and happened to see the owners of the shop next door (FleetFeet) which I had visited before heading into the Verizon Store. The reps here are great. Matt, Antoinette, Kenny and Julian are always efficient with providing a solution to my familys need. Some of these negative reviews Ive read are talking about the franchise store in Reisterstown. No one at this store has excessive face piercings and the verizon reps are more up to date than a franchise store.In addition, all the negative reviewers are bitter because of being uneducated about how the cell phone industry works and they expect to be treated like new born babies when they visit the store.I once witnessed a customer become irrate because the company does not offer reset service through itunes for his iphone that crashed. The rep explained that their computers do not have itunes installed plus its against their policy to install progams or connect external devices to them. The customers arguement was he never asked for anything from Verizon so why couldnt he have that one thing done for him?My point, again, is that these reviwers are bitter from being uneducated about how the cell phone industry works and that lack of education comes from their horrible sense of entitlement.Please understand that customer service is important to any company but if youre interacting with someone that works in SALES then their job is to SELL you something. So when you approach them about a scenario where youre not looking to buy, and you need someone else designated for customer service to help you, then dont try to force that sales rep to resolve your issue when they guide you to where you need to be.

I spoke to Verizon wireless over the phone to find out if I could add another cell phone to my account and they told me to go into my nearest Verizon wireless store if I wanted to get the cell phone on the same day. When I walked into the store I was not greeted by anyone, after about standing there for 5 minutes I was finally approached however the associate who approached me was very rude to me, acting as if I was bothering them by being there. When I was finally signed in to wait for help from a sales associate I had to wait 45 minutes at which point I was told I was eligible for up to 6 additional lines which was exactly what I was told over the phone by Verizon Wireless. Next I picked out 2 iPhone 4s phones and being cheaper,older phones I thought I wasnt going overboard but then the assistant manager comes over to me and accuses me of committing fraud and that I was a thief for wanting extra lines on top of the 2 lines I already had. I felt very insulted and was shocked asking why would you say that Im a thief and he said because no one should want more than 2 lines unless they are planning on selling the phones for money on the street. I really wanted to surprise my mother by giving her a cell phone for Mothers Day but because of the poor customer service I received I was unable to achieve that. The only people that work there are very rude and stuck up and unless youre just like them then I suggest you go somewhere else.
