I went in to help my parents upgrade their phones. I had a little bit of a wait because there were two customers in front of me which was fine. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and had a smile (could tell because he was was joking and laughing with us). I didnt feel out of place or ignored. He managed to help myself and another customer with two separate issues at the same time while we managed to still stay socially distanced at the counter. My only problem was that it was really hot in the store while being like 100° outside. Other than that, great customer service.

The people who manage this shop are great! So not only is Cricket a great company; this particular shop has a terrific personality. The personnel, Jeff and Levy here are wonderful! They know all the technical stuff and explain it well. Also they are very friendly and also very patient. They are patient with people who may not understand particular things. And I’ve even seen them being patient with very difficult people. It’s all around a great little shop here in OWINGS Mills Baltimore . Thanks You Guys! And thanks Cricket!Rob G.

I went to this location Monday 4-15-19 around 11:00 am to have my phone looked at because of technical issues I could not solve myself. The gentleman who assisted me was very informative and patient with me. He knew exactly what to do. After he finished, my Samsung prime phone is working like a brand new device. Its been a long time since I had such a wonderful customer service experience with any retail establishment. Im sorry I didnt get the gentleman name but he was of Hispanic origin. You should be happy to know that you have such a quality employee working for Cricket. I am forever a cricket customer.👍👍
