The staff was helpful, fun and set up the phones quickly. They even had good music playing in the background. The phone my son wanted was not available but the associate referred another phone that my son was pleased with. Very nice experience. I would visit again to make purchases again.

I was at the St Thomas/Owings Mills location a few weeks ago with my mother, who needed a new phone. We worked with Kris. Kris went above and beyond to ensure my mom was happy with her new phone. He was very professional and personable. Kris gave us undivided attention, and still addressed every customer that walked through the door. Set up an appointment, walked in and was greeted right away by two employees. I was taken care of Hashir on his first day back. Can I just say as a server, literally got the best customer service Ive ever had in a while. Very sweet and nice, helped me with any questions, made my switch to T-Mobile very easy with my beautiful new Galaxy A20 and had some very good laughs along the way. 10/10 all the way.Thank you Hash!!!! 💜
I have purchased a phone a back in June and wanted to return it. It was rejected on the basis of the phone having liquid damage. I took the phone back to Apple and they said the phone had no liquid damage. I call the store manager “ Shiron” back, he tells me if we think the phone has water damage we can’t take it back, doesn’t ask for proof. Just plain ripping off the customer.

Purchased a phone and added a line with associate Hashir. Customer Service was outstanding and he was very knowledgeable about latest discounts and promos. I received a great deal and even better service . I activated a new line and purchased a phone all within in 15mins!! This location is awesome!
Called to speak with a manager, at first she was at lunch I was asked to call back. I called back a woman was placed on the phone, and when I told her the nature of the call SHE HUNG UP ON ME! These folks at this location are liars and will say anything to make a quick sale! They are crooks and when you have an issue it’s as if it’s all on you! They won’t help you. Beware!

I have had the most wonderful experience at store number 1055. I recently had some issues with my Galaxy Note 5 and I must say that Ashley, Brittany, Mika, and Jamie I dont know what I would do. These associates went beyond the call to make sure my concerns with my phone were addressed, and I am more than satisfied with their level of commitment in making sure my problems were resolved. I needed a new phone on Sunday at 4:50 and the store closes at 5:00. Bill and Brian were very helpful and stayed until 6:20 to make sure my phone was set up properly and working. Thank uou for the awesome customer service!

Update: Ok either the guys over here are being overworked or need a hug. They all sound pissed off at customers and are not really helpful. Its gets worse after every visit. Even sitting in there and hearing them talk to customers is terrible. They need to be retrained!!! Their rating should be in the negative. Never going back there again!Old: Helpful guys out there. They need more autonomy to effect changes on accounts.

Im writing this review on the wonderful experience I received at t mobile with the manager Ashleigh she was pleasure to work with and very patient and personable . I been with t Moble 8 years and was about to leave but the customer service experience I received at the store 1055 from Ashleigh was the best.

Mediocre service and not very knowledgeable even on their own product, service and promotion.If you must go to this store,checking T-Mobile website first to make sure what the official offer,policy and promotion is before you actually go there. In case what they offer is different from the T-Mobile site, try the other T-Mobile store and in great chance that you will get what you are looking for.
