I just want to personally thank Melissa who found the Man eating plant for me. She went above and beyond to try to find this for me when she didnt think you had them in stock and then called me the next day when she found one and put it aside for me. Typical big box home improvement store, has a wide array of items. This store has everything you need for any home improvement project that you have in mind. Staff is friendly and store is neat and organized.

There was a pricing issue on one of the items I purchased. It ringed up $34.97 but on the shelf it showed $9.97. When I brought it up to the cashier she called another head cashier who asked me to take her to the item. We walked clear across to the other side of the store so i can show her where i got it. She acknowledged the $ 9.97 price but then proceeded to pull the label off the shelf. She then moved the 15 bottles to the correct location and asked if i wanted it at the correct price. She gave me the bottle back and then disappeared.

I had the best experience at Oxford hone depot!!!Ima homeschooler that came in to ask if homedepot still had the workshop kits for children, I was helped by the workshop captain Kati, what a wonderful and helpful person !!thank you so much for all your help, our homeschool group is so grateful for the kits you provided . Horrible customer service. My boyfriend and I went to purchase a fridge and it turned into a disaster. The fridge we wanted was only available for the “sale price” online, which I thought was strange but I brushed it aside. We had Chris in the appliance section as the employee helping us out. First off he seemed miserable to be there, he was learning on the service table with his head on his arms facing the ground so he wasn’t talking to the ground not even us. He also told his in a discreet way that the fridge we wanted to purchase was not good. But then when we asked him why and/or what fridges are better he couldn’t tell us anything. Seemed like he didn’t know anything about the fridges/appliances he was trying to sell. We ended up just going with the fridge we originally planned on getting..So then he agreed to help us place the online order at the store. It seemed like every question we asked him irritated him, his answers were short and he just sounded miserable. He continually sighed, and had a really bad attitude when he did talk to us. Then he proceeded to NOT verify our address with us before placing the order. We were about to leave when I noticed on the computer screen that he put in the WRONG ADDRESS. If I did not catch this before leaving our fridge would be delivered to the wrong place. We just spent close to $3,000 and it would of gone to the wrong address because he was lazy and didn’t ask us to verify the address. Then he told us that the only way we could change our address was to cancel the order and re-do it. Well all credit cards have limits and we could not run another couple of thousand on the card..so we had to cancel the order completely and walk out of the store without a fridge. We will just do it ourselves online but now our delivery date will be pushed out and we will have to wait even longer for our appliance. Chris seemed to not care at all about his job or the customers he is helping. Because of his carelessness we have to wait even longer for our appliance and wait for our credit card charge to be removed. If he actually paid attention and didn’t act so miserable we wouldn’t have to go through this. Very annoying.

They should have the DM tour this store without notice. Associates do nothing to help. Never greeted. Slim aisles...I can keep going on but wont. There is better stores out there

Pricey, but they have most of what you need in stock and can order it if not. Some of the staff is very knowledgeable, some are young kids who know nothing. Same as any big box hardware store.

Had special order for customer for pickup, did not expect to be there on Sunday, so I said what the heck Ill see if I can pick up that material,, the woman Donna at the service desk made it happen. And the young men helping me load the material. it was a very good experience.

I had some questions about projects I was going to do. The finish lumber clerk was very helpful and knowledgeable, the plumbing clerk was less than stellar, putting it mildly.

Great store clean and in and out good service went there for gerbil supplies and they had all my gerbil needs covered

This Home Depot in Oxford isnt as big as some others but its not as crowded either. I almost always find what Im looking for and the staff are friendly and most are knowledgeable. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the Home Depot card is 29% even if your credit score is over 800 (mine is, so I know). Overall a good place to shop for home improvement.

First off, love this Home Depot.1. I just like home improvement stores. 2. Because its organized well. 3. *Most important if you ask me *The bathroom, I hate hate Hate HATE public bathrooms (any supermarket is terrible, Walmarts are almost never clean and other stores cant compete apparently)... I all of a sudden had to do my business and I was at a point of do it here or on ride home in the car, so I went for it even though I absolutely hate public bathrooms (did I say that already)..Needless to say, this Home Depot cares. High quality toilets, extremely clean facility, tp of the plenty and not an overly cramped space. I could have been on phone for 10-20 minutes as I do at home in comfort. Was a time of desperation but felt at home. Not only do I love this Depot for its organization and stock but also for its cleaning crew and the doers in life that were sure to make a man/woman comfortable in a public space.I thank you Oxford home Depot, you had the product I was looking for as many other didnt, you had a very clean / comfortable bathroom in my time of need and your employees were more than welcome to help.Thank you all who run this Home Depot as it was a very pleasant experience even with my bathroom episode!

It went very well . Made a new purchase to add to the collection of tools needed to get the job done. Bought a rigid 1/2 inch impact. They had the 3.0 batterys on sale as a 2 pack but none on the shelf. Asked if they had any more left . They sent someone right over to look up the sku and locate them in the tote in the warehouse stock. Thanks for going through the trouble in locating one not out on the shelf.

Its a normal home Depot but there staff is great.

I walked in to purchase a grill, I was looking for a half charcoal half gas grill. I couldn’t find any in the store. I happen to find a associate name Connor Riley. I asked him if they had that grill. He legit walked with me everywhere trying to find it. I was so disappointed that I couldn’t find it. So, he tells me to step to the service desk to see if we can locate one near by. He searched for it and found 3 in stock. He then told me to give him a few minutes to see if he can locate them because it wasn’t his department. Few minutes later he comes back and tells me he located the grill I was looking for. Hope depot should be thankful for Connor, because I guarantee you if it was someone else they wouldn’t go out there way to help me like he did. Connor would be an amazing manager, and this company is lucky to have him!!

Went in for blinds. After I finally found someone in the kitchen department desired I asked for assistance and got a response of “ugh” “I don’t know where anyone is” give me a minute. I said ok and then she looks back at me and tells me “ go wait in the isle” instead of just waiting there. She was very rude and acted as if I was wrong for asking for help. I put the blinds back and left. I’ll go to Lowe’s.

My husband and I are in the middle of fixing our front porch. Thank God there are 2 of them in a short distance. It seems everybodys doing house projects. I love going there. The people who work there are so nice. I wish I could say the same thing about the contractors. Its very easy to find items there. 2 thumbs up!

Store is clean. Some workers ignore you but most ask if you need help, which is HD policy. I could complain about prices but they are in pandemic pricing mode. Not their fault. Overall one of my weekly stops.

I always like the Home Depot just off the center of Oxford, Massachusetts, it is clean well organized and the staff is very friendly. On this particular day we were looking at sidewalk pavers and recessed lighting. And in the lighting section, we had direct assistance shortly after looking around for what we needed and although we didnt purchase anything this particular trip we had a friendly interaction with the staff on the way out too... Keep up the great work!

Cart atendents have more customer service then people who work in customer service. They actually help you look for your item.

The Bellingham, Massachusetts is well stocked with product. Workers at this Home Depot are always helpful and courteous. Weekends are busy with a full parking lot. During the week, no problem parking.

Check out lady in garden was rude.

They usually have what Im looking for, and the staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that there is almost always extra stuff in the aisles, and the hand tool area is really narrow - you cant really stand back at all to see all the choices in some of the areas there. Not a biggie, but in the coranaverse, maybe there is a way to open that up a bit?

It was pretty obvious to everyone in the plumbing department that I was building a potato cannon. But they didnt question it. They were just very helpful getting me the parts I needed to launch SPUDnik into space.

Bad customer service. Both at the customer service station as well as people assisting in aisle. I go often as it is near by, but I do my research and item lookup on their site prior to going in as I expect no ones help in store.Product knowledge is really limited too with most of the staff Ive interacted with.

Home depot associates were courteous and helpful as always. All were wearing masks. A pleasure to shop there.

Terrible service here, think they need a new store manager. They sent me around back to pick up my items ended up sitting back there with a truck driver who had just pulled up. Waited over an hour to get my stuff. Receiving dept needs to be fixed here.

Staff was very helpful. Virus protection requirements were followed with a few exceptions. Only problem was the large sign outside at the doors stating a no return policy while inside returns were being accepted.

My Great Dane Drake and I visit here basically weekly to get our needed supplies for projects. I really enjoy that HD generously allows him in the store, its one of his favorite places to visit.

Doers get more done, thinkers have less to do.
