Super rude management. I kept getting calls from here even though they said they had the wrong number and would remove me. Called me again ( this was the 4 time or so), and I asked again for them politely to stop, as I have never even been in a rent a center. The man said OK thanks, so I asked him if he needed my info or if I needed to speak to a manager and he responded with OK FIRST OFF I AM. Then proceeded to call me rude, and tell me he had other problems to deal with. When I said I would be calling corporate, he pretty much said yeah right, ok, you do that. I didnt shop here before, and I definitely wont now. I just wanted them to stop using an incorrect number. Could have been handled by simply saying he was sorry, busy, and would take my info and call me back. Instead he chose to insult me. Very poor customer service and people skills.
