Our rep. Cory was friendly and professional . He was a pleasure to work with as are the other reps from that store location. We have always had the best service from that store. All of the reps have been amazing to work with and have always been helpful to us and to each other. They have always shown their willingness to work as a team for every visit we have had.
I have been meaning to post this review for months, so I hope these two employees are still at the Paducah Hinkleville Rd.store. Sales employee Laura and her manager, Mr. Thomas, are fantastic representatives for AT&T. They helped me upgrade my older iPhone and spent the time looking at my account with all our devices to make sure I got the best priced plan for my needs. It was obvious they werent out just to push any sale on me that was being offered, because my current plan turned out to be the best priced one for me. Those are the types of sales people you want to deal with. They were great! Thank you Laura and Mr. Thomas!

Our experience at At&T was very good. The young man met us at the door and handled our issue in a timely manner. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with his attitude and kindness towards us!
I really hate to give it 1 star because William is great with phones and personality with customers. The issue I have is that you sign up at the door and wait, like 40 to 45 minutes. Then as they are disinfecting the table and you stand up a person walks in and they take them before you... why? The excuse is that the other person made an appointment time. Im sorry that my free time was only made available due to rain. I didnt schedule the rain that made time for us to go and purchase a new phone. After thisll experience and waiting another 10 minutes we left. We went to the not really an att store on the south side. We were able to walk in and purchase the phone in less time than we wasted at this location. Between me and my father that was witg me, we have 7 phones through att... you can do better!
There were only 4 customers in the store. We were told there was one ahead of us, we were sitting for 20 minutes and watched 4 employees come in and 3 were standing I the middle of the store just chatting! I finally got up and asked how much longer, the lady said that they were ALL still busy! We walked out... Seriously get better customer service!!!

She was kind, knowledgeable, and set us up with all we needed. I am very appreciate of her for making this visit easy with our phone and watch situations! We will be seeing her again when time to upgrade!
We had the pleasure of having the best customer service today! Elizabeth Gray was able to remove a “ghost” from our account. We got our upgrade to the 12 pro along with 2 Apple Watch! She was has the connection if you ever need help ask for her!

Stopped into the Hinckleville Road AT & T store in Paducah with an issue. Derric greeted us and had the issue resolved in 2 minutes and then we checked on adding my moms line…. We ended up buying a new phone and adding the line. Derric went above and beyond in helping expedite the process. Even transferring all my moms contacts by hand! He was the most helpful and kind representative I’ve ever encountered! He should run the place and train all sales reps! I went to Paducah because you don’t get that kind of service in Southern Illinois stores!☹️

Horrible customer service!! We went to upgrade our phones and the customer rep there couldnt tell me anything about the I phone we were interested in. He literally told me They dont teach us about the product, only how to sell it. He went in the back to get the info for us and took so long we had to make another appointment for the next day. We arrived the following day on time for our appointment and we were told we had to wait; our customer rep was busy and nobody else could take us. Ok, so we wait... and wait... and wait. Half an hour later (and after several other customers leave) we go back in to find that our rep went to lunch and wed have to wait for another rep to become available. Now I understand people have to have their breaks, but when I questioned why someone else couldnt help us instead I was informed that there were several other people waiting and wed just have to be patient. I asked him what was the point of making an appointment if we would still have to wait for long periods of time and he just shrugged his shoulders at me. I said if I treated my customers the way this company did, Id be out of business, to which he replied, Its not my business, I just work here. Well call you when someones available. So, out the door we went, across the sidewalk and into Verizon where we were helped immediately AND we got a better deal with better phones!! When we finally DID get the call to come back into AT&T, we were already getting our phones from Verizon switched over - I mean thats a ridiculous amount of time!! Ive been an AT&T customer since 1994 and I have loyally stuck by them - no more. Hope this helps someone else avoid this awful place! You want really great customer service, go to Verizon right next door!!

The apps on my phone stopped working? I would attempt to open an app (any of them) and it would (the phone) this app has stopped working and closed. Initially I thought about doing a factory reset. Instead, I made an appointment at my local AT&T store. Thinking it might be something else. There was nothing they could, it needs a factory reset which will remove all my settings, contacts and photos. I knew this. It was a wasted effort.
These people were no help at all. Had to wait 30 minutes just to ask a question with 2 customers in the store. Then found out that they couldnt help me with the phone they sent me. Poor customer service.
I went into the Paducah KY store and the manager Shiela greeted me with excitement. I was nervous to ask for help, but she took me under her wing and made me feel like family. We were going to leave AT&T everything has been confusing switching to a new phone. She is a blessing. I would do 20 starts if I could!

I just updated my phone and att charged my account $300 saying they didn’t receive my trade in. I had the return receipt and the receipt where the old phone was paid for. I tried for 8 weeks for help at the Paducah store with Four visits and 3 calls. Fortunately my last visit they have a new manager named Saul Grimsley and he took care of the issue that day. It’s great to know Att has a manager at Ky Oaks Mall that cares about his customers. Thanks again Saul
Staff was friendly and helpful. A bit frustrated with the wifi system we bought. Was told for my business its completely unlimited and no buffering but found out it does have a cap before buffering. Staff says they were not aware of that. Having to still use our Verizon along with ATT to get work done. Nothing they can do were told so have to deal with it till contract is up.
I had a good experience with Zachary yesterday, he was very friendly and helpful . The system was acting up and it was busy but I feel like they got my needs met and I accomplished what I set out to do!
Derek D was fantastic and saved my photos and contacts. I only had about 12% battery left and he worked a miracle! Thanks to him I have my pictures and he was so patient with me. Ask for Derek and he will treat you exceptionally well! Great job and I am thoroughly happy!
Nice customer service. Waited over 4 hours just to buy phones we already picked out. By the end of the night I was very tired and irritated.
Worst customer service. One of the workers was very rude to me as soon as I walked in the door and told me I had to wait outside because I didnt have a mask on even though I explained my medical reasons for not wearing a mask to another employee that was helping me. When they sell you a phone they tell you that you have a warranty for 1 year but when you try to use it then they tell you that you have a $200 deductible that was never mentioned at the beginning. My $600 phone worked for 6 months. I would never go back to AT&T in paducah on Hinkleville road again.

Waited 45 minutes outside! No one came to let us know they were ready for us instead they let three people go ahead of us and then pulled the wrong account for us and said I couldn’t get in.
We just switched to att and so far everything has been amazing. The att employees at the Paducah store on HINKLEVILLE was very pleasant and helped us switch with an ease. Def check them out there

When visiting this store, you must sign in to schedule your turn in line to talk to them, which can be upwards of 3 hours or more. Once getting past that, you can briefly talk to someone.

The store in mayfield ky decided they just were not going to open yesterday so I had to go all the way to paducah to pay bill,ps I will find a better carrier

Cody helped us add 2 new lines and with our upgrade and made suite everything was good to go, along with answering a lot of random questions. By far the best service we have had in a long time.

If you have any problem or want any change for AT&T go to the real AT&T store. They know how to do things correctly. DO NOT CALL THE SERVICE CENTER OR DO ONLINE CHAT!!! The call center representatives are not well trained and if you have a southern accent they can not understand you. The store is the only way to go.

I didnt really enjoy my visit. They were very knowledgeable, and clear, but.....boy oh boy could you really tell they are on commission. If I wasnt in sales, I probably would have been signed up for something and not even realized it! Im not trying to be critical. These people are well trained and professional. But we used to call that technique the starving salesman. Close the sale! Maybe Im getting old enough now that it turns me off. I signed up for what I was looking for, but not there. Simply because I dont want to sold, I want to be offered.

Worst experience ever. always busy but today waited an hour, 2 in line then all of a sudden 5th. A cute girl attracted the attention of one worker who spent tons of time with her then she had to come back and he stopped what he was doing to help her. Also an employee waved at some one and said his name and Ill be with you in a minute. I believe I heard the guy at counter when asked about it. Oh these people were here already. I was there an hour and saw them come in. I walked out. They should pay me for my time I wasted on them. If your att there are other options go there. If i wasnt in contract would go somewhere else tired of them not appreciating customers
Well, we despise AT&T, but our service with William was nice and helpful. He was very knowledgable, and we wish we would have came to him first instead of calling the customer service on the phone. We still dont like AT&T.

Everytime I have gone into this store I get service right away, or someone politely tells me there are people ahead of me and they are very informal on the information of the phones also on current deals, maybe I just have been lucky, but I havent ever gotten someone who was money hungry and just wanting me to spend money they want me to be happy with my phone plan instead of just taking my money which is a plus in my book

Everytime we come in this store, it’s a horrible. If you want to have a horrible time come here. We try to avoid coming here unless there is no other option. We spend a good 3 hours here and usually it’s just waiting to get attended. When we came here there were only 4 employees and 2 of them where with the same lady just talking and laughing. There were a good 7 people on the list.

Poor customer service! Waited over an hour and a half to get a new SIM card! Checked in with 2 clerks. Customers who came in 45 min AFTER me were getting helped first. Had to demand service or I would have been there 3 hours! Ridiculous!
Havent decided on a data plan for my tablet but AT&T Prepaid is my first choice.
I do not think people should trust this store. We went in for home internet issues and the young man that waited us on suggested we get a hot spot router for 200.00, telling us to take it home and try it out.We pd cash for the router. After getting a message on our cell phone that our data limit had exceeded 6 days into the billing cycle, we turned the router off. We had no idea that we left that store with another line added to our account and that extra would be charged on our CELL PHONE account. We went into the store with home internet issues. Even though the sales rep told us to take it home and try it out if we did not like it that we could return it. Took it back to the store and the a different sales rep told us that we exceeded the 10 day grace period. We then asked to speak to the manager who was visiting with her father in the back. She came out and more or less told us a rule is a rule and she had to get back to work. Lost 200.00, now ATT corporate refuses to give us the unlock code so we cant sell it to recoupe any of our money. I have spent a total of 15 hours on the phone with ATT. 10 of those hours were spent repeating myself and what was going on to an rep from overseas. One of the times I explained what was going on and the overseas rep told me they understood and would be crediting my Direct TV bill for 3 months 20 dollars a month. I was shocked, they could not even comprehend what I had said. My issue had nothing to do with Direct. Next I tried CHAT LIVE and talked to Frank S who said he would get it taken care of and gave me an email address to email him directly so I would not have to start from the beginning everytime. even typed I got your back LOL 6 phones calls later and eve though I am asking for the Loyalty dept they are transferring me back overseas where they mute there phones everytime I go to speak... all because my local att store sold me a product that I did not ask for. Sending messages to FCC and FTC.
