Script called in at 9 am. 6 pm and still not ready. They also notify you that your script is ready and when you show up they tell you it will be 30 minutes. I am sure corporate tells them to do that so you walk around the store.

I go here to get most of my prescriptions filled and I’ve never experienced any problems. I usually drop them off and just wait on them to get filled, I always get a text (you can sign up for text notifications in the Walmart app under pharmacy) when my prescriptions are ready and I’ve never had to wait more than 20 minutes to get my prescriptions. The staff is great and super friendly, the pharmacists are awesome, they have always gone over my medicines with me to make sure I’ve taken it before and if not they will explain the possible side effects. So in my opinion this is all I could really ask for from a pharmacy and is why I would highly recommend Walmart Pharmacy to anyone.

I called to ask about a medication. The lady never shed any other staff, never offered to look either; only said I dont think we do. That was it. I thought after getting new people it would be better, guess not.

They run out of controlled substances. You will not be notified. Multiple times this happens. On other regular medications that are out of stock you need to call and remind them after putting a script in to fill it to order the medication. It took over a week after 3 calls because they kept forgetting to order. They will not notify you if its on backorder. Go to another pharmacy.

This is the third month in a row that the pharmacy is telling me that I need a pre authorization for a medication my son has taken for years. Rather than help me get an over ride for the medication I was told that I cant help you because if the insurance. So Im having to pay out of pocket for the pills. Also Blue Cross Blue Shield is horrible I work for them. One of the pharmacists last month did over ride the medication however tonight I got no help from the female pharmacists.

Its is the best Walmart in Paducah. And you get out qoick
