The employees here are too busy selling pop figures to their friends over the phone to actually help customers who are in the store.Oh well, Amazon is easier anyway.People think digital releases are killing GameStop, when in actuality its employees like the one working the evening of 8/4 at around 5:20 pm.

Its my local game store they know me by name and usually I get greeted once I step inside unless very busy. All there workers are lovely and I have nothing but good stuff to say about them.

Ive always thought that this was one of the nicer Gamestops, especially considering its location in a lower populated area. The store is of decent size, so I dont feel cramped. The staff is always nice and helpful. And, most importantly, they seem to have a nice selection of rotating stock. They also often get in lesser known new games, particularly for the Switch, which I really appreciate. Overall, a very nice store.

Employees answer any question we have an explain everything down to your membership I happen to always forget that we have one Im just want to get in grab what it is we went for an get out LoL 🤣 we never have had a bad experience an always treated right thanks so again any discount is A+

I really didnt like how Bethany, the store leader communicated with her guests. she was very snarky and rude to the guest in front of me. she was slightly more pleasant with me.

Ive been here a few times and found most of the staff very knowledgeable and helpful.The star though is a young man named Jimmy. Met him today and he took the time to answer all of my questions and thus ensured that I will wait for them to get a Switch in stock rather than try to buy one online.He was what every store needs to model their customer service after, and as long as he is there I will shop nowhere else for what this GameStop sells.Thank you!

As a parent it is my job to dictate what my child can and cannot play if I didn’t ask your opinion on a game I am purchasing please do not feel inclined to share it... the lady that manages this store seemed more concerned with figuring out her scheduling issues than actually making money maybe learn that aspect of management on your own time versus a customers... also educate your heavier set guy with glasses that judging a parent for letting their child play a game they see fit is poor customer service period. Your job isn’t to judge customers or freely give your unwanted opinion I will not purchase another thing from this store strictly based on their terrible customer service

I Love GameStop I have to be fast when I go in or Ill go broke buying everything. And the cashiers are so so so helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to the games and everything. They know exactly the type of people who need to work there. GameStop doesnt need to change a thing except maybe lower some prices. But Ill forever be a GameStop nerd

I love this Gamestop location. The employees are knowledgeable and much like myself a total video game nerd. I can go in to make a purchase and spend 30 minutes just discussing lore of both popular and unpopular games. The store is also very well organized and set up for functionality and a one on one experience.

Brought in a PS4 to exchange. First thing manager said... Oh we cant take this, there are ROACHES inside. My home is SPOTLESS... The NERVE. There wasnt one any kind of bug!!! I brough my PS4 to Johns Electronics store just up the street. NO PROBLEM!

Terrible customer service. The fat lazy employees ingroned phone call while i was staring at them through door. When finnally got ahold of waste of space he gave me run around. Basically doimg anything to not make a a sale or have to get out of his chair!!!!!!! Worst experience ever.

I called the store yesterday to try and hunt down a games I ran across last year, but I forgot the name. Fortunately, Dylan was the person to answer my call, and as soon as I described the game, he knew the name of it instantly!!! I was like Wow!!! I love when people are actually knowledgeable of their jobs!!! Lol....So, just wanted to leave a review based on my experience.

Top notch gaming store. Everyone is so friendly inside and will do just about anything to help out. They have the latest games, consuls and accessories. They even open at midnight on game release days so you can have them the minute they are released. Prices are in the average of other stores and you can even sign up for there discount club. They have a free version and a paid version.

Staff is patient, helpful and happy. They take the time to compare value with you, and ensure that I have everything I need.

Great store especially being one of the only stores with games in town. The staff are outgoing and friendly always trying to help and ensure you get a good deal and what you want. The store is clean and nice, and me and my family enjoy coming to this Gamestop.

Lee is an amazing worker at GameStop. I unfortunately got stranded one night in Palakta and camed across GameStop and stopped in to ask directions to my far away home that is almost 100 miles away. Lee was the only current worker working at the time and seemed to be concerned and worried by the expression of my face being in distraught and asked if everything was alright. He is a very caring good manager of the store. I feel more then welcomed then I did in the first two hours of being stranded. He has excellent customer skills.

They sold me a used system full of roaches, I brought an extended warranty as well. I spent Over 600 in their store on gaming systems and warranties. Less than two months Im returning the system and fighting the roaches. They give him another system under the old two year warranty but want him to purchase another two year warranty on this system. I refused, my son beat on the system in front of them and roaches come out of the new replacement system they are trying to give him. So they go in the back and bring out another system. Long story short game stop supervisors refused to put previous warranty on this system when the last system had roaches and stopped working within two months. First time in this GS. My husbands id had expired and I needed to go in and use mine for a trade in. While the shop is small, even on truck day, it was clean and orderly. There were several customers in and out and each one was greated.
