Went in to either take my name and phone off of a plan that I have been on for over ten years. Needless to say they weren’t in a hurry to help. Didn’t try to sell anything or even helpful for that matter. Was told I could use a website. I wonder if they know that AT&T has a website to do their job means they don’t need to do theirs? I don’t know what they were thinking. Because I would have gotten a whole other phone and plan if they didn’t want to take me off the plan I was in. From what I saw they enjoy the wireless phones they have. As in they were too busy on their phone to care about my needs or me being a customer. I’m thinking I’ll just use the online site to order it all because customer service is not important anymore it seems there at that store.

AT&T used to be about service. Now, it seems as though one might as well stay home and buy online. Even when you order a phone, it comes to your house and you have to set it up. Why,then, should one go to the store? Perhaps thats the goal? Do away with labor in the store?1

Went in to open up an account and to purchase the new iPhone 12’s, and our sales rep Payton was the absolute best. Answered all of my questions, helped us get everything we needed together to switch our numbers, as well as stayed after close to help us finish setting them up and made sure our apps downloaded, when we could have easily done it at home. He gave us quality help, and told us the best deals & best advice when it came to what phones to get.

Service was good but was forced to wear a mask. Tried to pay the balance on my phone but service center, online service NOR the call center were able to do that for me because I have combined accounts. That makes no sense. I would appreciate it if someone who knows how to do this will call me. Thank you.

Today I came here to ask a question about Florida 55+. I witnessed a male employee down talking an elderly customer. She did not understand about Apple ID and he refused to take the time to explain it. He told her “ I don’t have time to help you, I am already doing more than they ask me to to”, etc. I have never witnessed such horrible customer service and he needs to be reprimanded! No one should talk to the elderly ( or any customer) that way! Isn’t it your JOB to help people!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬

Purchased a $40 glass phone protector. Was put on horribly. My husband didnt realize they were getting ready to close. He got back in the car after having the protector put on and I noticed all of the bubbles on it. They just locked the doors but would not make it right. I wasnt expecting for them to let my husband back in. I do believe they could have taken his phone and fixed it correctly.

Went in at 1515 at the time three people working. I was third on the board. It took until 1545 to be seen. At the time we noticed about eight employees in the back room. They came out about three at a time to help customers. Took five minutes to take care of our problem. They need a manager who can manage the flow of customers. The place is set up very nice but the service needs help.

I have tried calling this store for almost 2 weeks and they will not answer their phone. I have tried for up to an hour of continuously going through the menu prompts to contact a store employee and I have done this on several days over the last 10 days to no avail. It rings and rings then asks if I want to try again. I indicate yes and it rings and rings and repeat. No one answers...ever. I called the AT&T Loyalty Department regarding the issue I need to talk to the store about and they tried the store for over 30 minutes and could not get through. Then I went into our store in Gainesville to see if they could get through to the Palatka store, but again, no one answered the phone. The reason I’m trying to talk to someone at the store is due to Chat mailing a phone I ordered for my Dad to the Palatka store (which they never should have done) and I need the phone returned, but I can’t get through and I live 90 minutes away so I’m not inclined to drive there when I should be able to talk to them on the phone. I have 14 days from the date it was mailed to the store to return it, but no one will answer the phone. It’s just entirely bizarre to me...what kind of Customer Service is that? I would give zero stars if I could.

I have bought 3 defective iPhones this year and they wont take them back when they were messed up within the first day, the manager hung up on me, they try to say Apple wont let them take them back that they have to be sent through warranty with Apple but yet Apple called them and told them to give us another phone and they still refused! I had to pay a 45 dollar restocking fee for a 800 dollar phone that worked for 4 hours! This store sucks!! If I had the option they would get ZERO stars but I had to hit one 🌟 !!

Sometime during April and during Covid I lost access to my email and had to wait until there were people in the store to try and fix it I visited the store and was told the folks there did not have the expertise and they referred me to AT&T Pro-Tech two calls to AT&T pro-tech and spending approximately 30 minutes each call my problem is not resolved and they dont even know what is wrong Im disgusted

Went with a friend the other day to check out the new Samsung Galaxy phones. We talked to one of the sales persons and he was very helpful. The only drawback is when you try to call and talk to a sales person, you can not get anyone to answer the phone. Have tried multiple days.

Shantina is a wonderful saleswoman to deal wirh. She is very personable and actually listens to the customer. I think people are to fast to judge this store. I went in there in a rush. I had AT&T U-Verse internet service at a rental property in Welaka. I was notified that the internet was down on November 2nd. I called and the tech support people were very friendly and said that they would either have it fixed electronically or have someone out there that day. Never happened. I called back on Monday and they said the Friday ticket was never fully filed, but they would ensure someone made it out there by 8pm that day. This went on the same way day after day for two weeks. I have Xfinity for cable, so I added the internet for what will end up saving me $15/month over what I was paying. I gave them until I received a bill to see if they could get it fixed. Nope. I called to cancel today at 7:15pm and customer care had already left for the day. All of the people I spoke with on the phone were always very polite and empathetic, but there is never any follow-up and the service crews in Putnam County either do not care or are not connected to their system. Dont waste your money with AT&T in Putnam County.
