I went there with a friend, and the service was fast and crisp and the manager could not have been nicer. He worked with my friend to get his problem resolved, which was dropping him down substantially to a lower level, which is still more than the guy needed. But he cut his monthly bill in half and has way more data bw than hell ever use.I have never used their mobile service and cannot comment on it.

Took my friend to the store to upgrade her phone due to needing a better phone. Waited for a long time for the girl to figure it out . Thought she was qualified to perform the task required. Nope, by the time she got done I took my friend home, she assumed all was well until she needed to use her phone. Now here we are waiting for the store to open to get it fixed She had to miss half a days work.

Boost was bought by dishnetwork. I have been with boost for 10 years and it is now the worst phone service i have ever used. My data speeds are .8mbps. I was getting 25mbps 8 years ago. They sent a sim card for the expanded network and it doesnt work. After 2 days of working with boost tech, they are unlocking my phone so i can switch carriers because it doesnt work. I have a samsung s10.

The girl put my screen protector on and it’s not lined up good she didn’t even show me what kind she used if it was just a 10$ dollar kind or the 20$ dollar one I paid for did not bag any thing up just hand me my new phone and rushed me out when there was nobody else there? Unprofessional

Have been treated rudely by reps at this store a few times. Also, why do they have a phone at a phone store that they refuse to answer? Sometimes customers cant come in to handle things in person immediately and just need a question about their service answered... Guess its too much to expect from boost. 1 star for being an actual business and 1 for having things people want to purchase. 0 for customer service 0 for convenience 0 for store appeal.

Ive been with them probably since high school, Ive had different phones, never can complain. The other day I went down there and upgraded my phone, at first it wasnt working in my area. Not going to lie I was a little upset, but I called, the man on the phone was so friendly, and very patient. He texted me a code to fix my phone, and I havent had a problem since. I actually love my new phone very much. The woman who sold me the phone, she knew so much. Definitely knows her phones! Even stopped me from buying a bad phone that wouldnt work for what I needed it for! Great staff, great place, and wonderful prices including my insurance for my phone.

I went to boost after 12 years of being with metro I was happy with metro but when I start moving out of Jacksonville headed towards Miami I found out that metro didnt have Tyler coverage too many dropped calls are couldnt even get a dial tone thats why I want with boost theyve been all right

Had a problem getting my phone number to cross over. There wasnt anything they could do technically but they were very diligent until it was resolved. Been with them about a year now and have no problems at all plus I enjoy the bonuses they offer! Great company!

Im so disappointed to not see RJ in today this Saturday, went all the way to the interlachen store to see him and some bald guy was rude about it and found out they moved to this store and to find out he wont be here for a while really upset me. Mike Rodgers told us our monthly service would be a certain amount, even broke it down for us, and thats what we paid that day for first month. When paying our second month service, we were charged almost eight dollars more, which messed our account up. When I called him about it, he said hes been doing this 20 Years, and did not mess up. He whispered oh my god to the customers in the store, and when asking the managers number, he hung up on me. We made a point to drive to Palatka to give him our business since he seemed nice when we first spoke to him. Do NOT recommend using the Palatka stores. Cant even find a number to the manager.
