I was blown away by my experience here! And it was definitely not in a good way. There were 2 guys behind the counter. One was helping a customer, the other I approached to inquire about switching my 2 line family plan from Cricket to Metro by T-Mobile. There was an ongoing promotion for such a switch. When I told the associate what I wanted to do, he responded with Yeah, theres a sign over there about it. pointed me towards it and that was it. I walked back over after reading the sign, that I already knew about, and told him again that I would like to switch over and get the free phones as advertised when we traded our phones in. He then proceeded to tell me that he didnt know anything about free phones and basically just stared at us. If you ask me, they should drug test their employees more regularly. Because of this, I switched to Boost instead.
Every time I have visited this store the customer service has been friendly and compassionate about solving my issue(s)

I came today and the dude that it’s at front is so rude. He will take care of other people real quick. I was transferring numbers over and he said that he couldn’t do it unless I had the account number, PIN and the numbers, and for the person before me he called the company for the account number. I’m bringing him business and he treats me like this, this isn’t fair. His customer service skills are lacking, how can you hire somebody like this?
Everytime I have been in the store the girl is very rude and not helpful will drive out of my way to visit differnt store
I went there and purchased a phone and the customer service was professional. The lady who assisted me is Hagar and she was very polite and helpful. I would recommend anyone to go to this Metro PCS store because they offer great customer service.
This store isnt very dependable. Take note that they dont even have a phone number where you can call to ask a question. You have to drive in just to ask a question? I wont go to this location for any services. Just seems like a wanna be metro pcs location

Rude employee who seemed to think she was really doing us a favor by doing her job. I have never dealt with a company that charges you for every single thing, such as paying with a card or changing your due date. Absolutely ridiculous.
I was at the store today around 4 pm and I brought someone with me that wanted to put their phone on my contract and WE BOTH was treated EXTREMELY rude by the Spanish woman at the desk for NO reason.I told her what customer service told me and I was just trying to add a phone on my account and she told me that she was going to call the Sheriff office and that WE did not know who WE was f-----g with.WE said OR did NOTHING wrong with this woman.WE immediately left the store. The person I brought in the store has gotten a phone from another phone company. I am NOT a Happy MetroPCS customer after that happened today. I have been a MetroPCS customer for a considerable amount of time. I thought the customers made the business and helped to get them MORE business by GOOD word of mouth. I cant say that about the Palatka AND ONLY location in Putnam County anymore.
If I could give it negative stars, I would. The dude working here is rude and incompetent. . Customer service told me to go to the local store to recover my account info. This store sucks!!! Dude said it was up to him if I could get what I needed. He tried calling someone who would not answer and said I would have to come back another time...total run around...guess they hire whoever they can find??
I went to this store on Thursday, April 18th. I upgraded my phone. The young Lady in the store charged over $226 for upgrade, tranfer fee, etc. I even bought a case for my phone, and a screen protector. When I asked her for a receipt of the transaction, she stated I did not need one...WHAT??? Ok, no biggie she was paid cash. This morning I looked at my account, and I have an additional $17 dollars added to my account. Well this Easter morning, I sure hope they are open, and this matter is resolved. I knew something was not right the minute she told me, I did not need a receipt for my transaction.
This store is great the guy there gave me a good deal and is always extreamly helpful thanks all these reviews are just incompetent custamers
