Although the manager who was helping me did do everything I asked of her, her attitude towards me completely changed when I decided that I didnt want a contract and that I just wanted to try out the contract free plans. She was very excited and happy when she thought that I was going onto a contract plan but when she realized I wasnt, she didnt even want to help me. It was extremely obvious that she would get commission on the contract plan but not on the contract free. My advice to these people are to not let your disappointment shine through.

I seldom leave a review but for this store I will make an exception. Ive had the pleasure of working with Austin and must say, he is a man of his word. When he says hell take care of things you can believe him. He is a great asset to the company and should be commended.

We had a stellar experience transferring our service from AT&T to T-Mobile with Sasha. She was extremely thorough, friendly, and patient. She was sure to answer all of our questions and ensured that we understood costs associated with billing and promotional offers as this can sometimes be confusing. We greatly appreciate Sasha’s attention to detail and she is truly an asset to the T-Mobile brand.

Nicole was amazing when I came in for an email issue and all the coworkers worked together to try and helped with my issue. And they were able to get everything fixed. Myranda and Elijah were both very helpful as well. Store was very clean with COVID. And everyone stayed spaced out

Do not recommend. Was told a phone would be a certain price and it was not. Once a billing cycle had already passed they said it’s too late to return. They also put us on the wrong plan. 4 months later they still can’t seem to get us on the right plan. Manager Millie was left a message to call and never did.

I pay $13 for warranty every month and t-mobile can not even provide a screen protector for my phone I have a Samsung s9

They were very nice but it ended up being super frustrating. Because he couldn’t drive I picked up my dads new phone and waited while they put in the new SIM and then reboxed it and told me it was working and ready to go.I drove all the way out to dads only to see that they had boxed it back up with ‘Emergency Calls Only’ right on the screen. We called the store and the guy who answered had no idea and said “I guess just bring it back.”There was no time then to make three extra trips back and forth across town and because the phone hadnt actually been set up or even tested at all I had to leave him with a non-working phone til we can work out how to get him back to the store.

I can’t sing the praises of Miranda and Austin at the Palatka store loudly enough. They assisted me over a two day period with updating my phone and transferring all my info. Their kindness and skill we’re only surpassed by the friendly customer service they provided. They deserve a raise!

I was so amazed at the high scale of customer service at this store. They so sweet they fed us and gave us cold water the time went by so fast i didnt want to leave. I will send all my family and friends here just because they are the best the girls should get a 100 stars for excellence thanks ladies you were great😁

I go to this location because there is a particular employee named Nicole that has helped me for years. I am always 100 percent satisfied. She always goes out of her way to see that Im completely happy with my phone. She gives the best customer service ever!

Ive had new service for two months. I get nothing but spam calls and messages. The response time on my service is so slow. Forget trying to download anything or watch a video or news

Both T-mobile customer care and Samsung itself told me that the damage to the phone screen did not cause the damage to the motherboard and that the motherboard was covered under warranty and that the screen damage did not matter so now all of a sudden they want to charge me 99 dollars for a screen damage claim rather than 5 for a warranty exchange. They lie to put more money in there pocket....Do Not Use This Store!!!!

I am a long time t-mobile customer and with staff like him I will be for along time in the future. I dont usually do this but, my friend told me she did one and said I should too so here I am. All I can say is the staff is great and really knowledgeable about their products! So I came in with a BYOP And it was an iPhone 8 plus, they were trying to convince me to get insurance. I was not wanting insurance because I am usually very good with how I care for my devices. Well this particular day I guess they talked me into it. And let me tell you I am so glad! Last Friday I completely shattered my phone front and back. I was going to take it to a shop to get fixed for $100 But they told me that they can’t fix the back because the back is glass. Well I remembered I had insurance and I file the claim and the next day me A brand new phone. So don’t think that these people are trying to just get your money because it benefits you not them. If I would not have had insurance I would’ve had to pay another $800 for another iPhone. Thank you T-Mobile staff in Palatka!

Came in on a Sunday my phone decided to just stop working. David and Brandon helped me switch from my old provider and I walked out with a new phone. Usually Im in a phone store for hours because everyone wants to talk you into stuff. This time only an hour and I told them what I liked and didnt and they found me the perfect phone! Definitely recommend them!!! Great guys, super nice, helpful and down to earth.!!

Isaiah and Stacey worked diligently to find the best way handle my shattered iPhone situation... I am please with my upgraded phone and new case is really stylish too! I actually really had a fun, enjoyable experience. That’s a first! Normally the trip to tech stores is tedious and irritating. Great, clean and orderly location and very convenient in town. Update 5/11 original review was 11/2017..*******We were told the day we got our phones here we were able to get a tablet free with each phone. I Found out they did not do it right at the store and we were charged $10 a month for each tablet. After a couple hours taking to T-Mobile support it was finally fixed. The people are nice but if you are told you get something free with your phone research it and make sure they do it right.********* The store is great. Brandon and Miranda were very professional and both had a great sense of humor which made the process of exchanging 2 phones for better ones a breeze. We signed up for T-Mobile service in a store in Gainesville but this store was a better experience and we highly recommend going to this store.

T mobile put me in the middle of a commishon game they sold me a phone that froze all the time and now I got a good phone but now due to this store not resving their commission they want to start a new order in 4 more days so they get their commission i will not be back to this store the reps where nice but I am not going to be monkey in the middle of a commission feud now I have 2 phones thanks to t mobile and their slyness

Took awhile but worth it. Customer service is great!

Worst place ever. Manager said my monthly payment would be $128 month. My bill came over $300 next month and over $200 each month after. Had problems with equipment and waited each time we went in took atleast an hour to wait while they tried to fix it.
