I actually went to staples first and they sent me here. I didnt even know this place existed. Well Im glad I do now, she is very honest and fixed my sons laptop, and now she is fixing mine. I would send everyone I know to her. Shes good at what she does, and quick also. Remember she goes to lunch from 11-12, well worth taking your things to. Thanks KC!!

They fixed the screen on my iPhone quickly and for a lot less than their other competitors. My phone is still running smoothly and I’ve had no issues since they repaired it!

It had appeared to me that I had a cracked screen and feared the worst as far as new phone up-sale or expensive screen sale. Then I arrived to their location and the young lady looked at my phone for a few seconds and determined it was only my protected screen that had shattered. Big relief overcame me and she removed the damaged screen and replaced it with a new screen within seconds. Very professional and courtesy. Ill take all my electronic needs to them in the future. Best place to get your stuff fixed.

Got a screen replacement less than a month ago and there is a dead spot on the LCD. I have not dropped this phone, nor do I put it in my pockets with anything else. The lady looked at it and said something jabbed the lcd. I have the same tempered glass replacement from when they did the screen, not to mention no visible scratch or anything near the dead spot. She claims there is a scratch but a coworker and I looked for 30 mins NO VISIBLE SCRATCH OR PUNCTURE ON THE PROTECTIVE GLASS THEY PUT ON. I will never go back and will take my business to a more reputable location. Not to mention I got iPhone touch disease the minute they gave me my phone back the first time. Never going back!!!!

Went for a battery replacement today 10/4/19,the young lady that was there was going on lunch at 2- now keep in mind it’s 1:50 pm and she couldn’t do a 20 minute replacement?( I asked specifically how long it would take) She would of been 10 min late for lunch.That to me as a manager does not make any sense when customer service is involved. I don’t live in Palatka, so that was a super inconvenience! I would never recommend anyone to come to this place, and besides that they are about 10 more then the people next to WinnDixie.

Way over priced way over priced way over price I went there to ask about fixing a screen they really wouldnt even give me a price didnt even really want to do it said that I will be better off just buying another phone so hopefully theyre their owners if not the answer is definitely to hire somebody that is willing to actually make them some money they had an iPhone 4 they were trying to sell me for over $100 which is a joke and Ive never been in a company who just basically told me they didnt want to fix the screen
