We got fed up with Hughesnet and stopped by the Verizon Store on SR219 to search for an alternative for our home internet service. Matt took the time to come up with the best solution for our needs by bundling home internet with our Verizon phone service. Now we have faster home internet for much less than what we were paying Hughesnet and were saving some money on the phones too. Matt is the BEST!

We walked into Verizon to create a claim for each of our phones. My husbands screen had stopped working and mine was cracked. Mr. Mullins was quick to assist us. He helped us pay off our watches and disconnect the lines because honestly we didnt use the watches by themselves. He brought out several different phones for us to look at because we decided upgrading would be better then shelling out $350 for refurbished phones. After patiently waiting for us to decide on a phone we liked. Mr. Mullins set us up with two new LG V60 phones with a second screen. He let us know that LG had a two year plan for their phones and that is what really sold us on them. He then helped us claim the second screen for free, activate the warranty and transfer data from the old phone to the new one. He was very respectful, friendly and helpful. He answered all of our questions. Mr. Mullins even went as far as offering us waters for our kiddos. We will definitely come back to this location for any assistance we may need with Verizon.

Old with bad ears and little patience with new fangled electronic things, I have previously sought out Help! from this shop on Cruel & Hwy 19 in Palatka. The last time was ... not nice to say. Graduating from a flip phone to a iPhone 6 was traumatic ... and then it and I went swimming. That big piece of processed sand failed the swimming test. I ended up with an iPhone 8, hours of customer-no service from Apple and some service from Verizon when I gave in and entered this store again. To my delight and surprise Mr. Vladimir Linitskyi greeted me - listened to the lame excuses - said, yes you DO need to have a Sim Card to make the thing work but said no problem - factory rebooted (again) then made the thing work (Oh Joy!). with Sim Card installed, new fancy bounce proof case protecting the thing I exited. Now all I need to do is determine if the peace and quiet without a phone was as nice as I remembered! The store has the goods, is clean, two staff friendly and knowledgeable. I liked it!

Came to upgrade my wife’s phone and ended up getting told if I wanted to upgrade I could cause my phone was in great shape as it would only cost me the taxes on the phones. Ok no big deal phone goes from being not broken or anything wrong with it to now it’s broke and I’ve got to pay for it since I traded it in and upgraded.The guy looked at our bill and said he could save us money well who don’t want that so after he did some stuff we was supposed to save about $30 a month but this months phone bill went from $436 to $841 and next months bill is estimated at $560.I’m paying a ton of extra fees plus he canceled my all my insurance on my devices cause Verizon called me about that and has my plan so screwed up that I’ll have to go sit down in a Verizon corporate store to try and fix it when I get back to Texas.I wouldn’t go back to that store to save my life.Quick talking got him his commission but they never get a dime from me again.

Verizon is the worse!!! For the past 8 months in the city area of Palatka where Verizon has a tower by the Napa Auto Parts store and I have been having very slow connection issues. Not even getting up to 5mb or less of download speeds. I have called the Verizon corporate office on three chat calls to tell them that the download speeds are horrible as well as go into the Verizon store here in Palatka for which they place in a case number two weeks ago. Nothing has changed and all the money we are paying with unlimited cell phone plans including insurance is becomming a waste of money. All my phones do is buffer and take very long to load up anything. I have co workers experiencing the same issues with their Verizon smart phones. 2 of my phones are the latest with the Iphone XR and the Samsung galaxy S9 Plus. If you download the speed test in the google app store you will see the poor test results even when I am in front of the Verizon store. If you go inside the Verizon store you will notice an increase in speed because they are using a signal booster inside. I dont recommend any one switching over to Verizon or upgrading or even adding a line because your phones will not work correctly.
