I stay with at< for one reason, the customer service reps at the Palestine location are second to none especially Natasha. They always quickly fix any problems, answer questions in a way I can understand or explain anything I need and offer solutions. Natasha helped me pick my last two phones and both times she recommended the right phone for me and invested a lot of time explaining the new phone and features and all my data, pictures. Contacts etc transferred to my new phone. The bill is higher than some people have but the gold star customer service keeps me with at<
Couldn’t setup my iPhone 12 Pro they sold meThen the charger quits working in 3 weeks and they wouldn’t give a new oneThey said I would have to take it up with Apple
My experience sucked. I knew right away when one lady couldnt help and another lady looked at me like I was stupid and asked questions. I told them what an ATT manager told me on the phone and I knew they werent going to try and understand me or as if I knew anything I was talking about. So yeah, Im not going there. Now a simple thing could have been handle, isnt.
Bruce helped us get a new phone, it was painless experience to say in the least. He was so helpful and explained everything and anything I asked. We were in and out In 30 min. I definitely recommend using this store, they are all professional, kind, and take their time!!!!

Came in for a screen protector and it was in stock and installed. Took less than 10 min. Afterwards bluetooth was set up to my vehicle for music and hands free calling. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone in need of new service upgrade, or accessories. I ll definitely be returning in the future.
Great service from Bruce tonight! The Addison, TX store disabled my phone when my daughter upgraded her phone and refused to fix their mistake so I took my phone to Bruce in Palestine and his fixed their errors within 15 mins! Everyone was so helpful!

Amazing service and clean store. Marisela was awesome! I had several things to get done today:add 2 lines, get new devices(or bring my own), swap SIM cards, etc. I was able to ask ALL the questions and get ALL of the answers. Never was I made to feel rushed or that she didn’t have time for me. She also made sure my original plan was the right plan for my family—I left the store confident we’re set! Marisela made sure I had her contact info in case I had more questions in the upcoming days. I was thrilled with my experience today! Grateful to have a knowledgeable resource here in Palestine!

The store manager was amazing. She gave wonderful service and helped me setup my new device with ease. However, the internet service was so slow at this store it took 3 tries and over an hour to get my service transferred over.

The sales staff lied to us about the tablet we ordered. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen not to mention every time you walk in the door its as if your bothering them to get your business done. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT GOING TO THIS STORE!!!!! Your time is better spent trying to build a highway to the moon than getting what you came in to get. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra half hour or so to Tyler or Jacksonville to get your business taken care of.
Its okay for when you have to do something minor but they are not helpful when it comes to upgrading or replacing a phone on warranty. They are smaller and their location makes it a bit complicated to get into parking lot. They are very knowledgeable about their products here. Good staff their downfall is the stores small size.

I walked in and walked out unsatisfied. The most unremarkable experience you could have in a tech store. The only reason the doors are still open are because it is in a small town. It kind of matches the surroundings.
Friendly, helpful people. Expensive, unreliable service. I know people whore new to AT&T who are paying $75 less than I am monthly and they also have new phones and watches on their bill. Ive been with them for 10+ years. Also, they throttle the data use so much sometimes that we get zero 🚫service. Looking into changing providers. Unfortunately, theres not much choice here.

Worst service Ive ever had on multiple occasions. Id rather have teeth pulled than go into this store. Get charged $20 for a box to send a phone back that was broken. Then the new phones box...they keep cause theyre sending in for the rebate...which you have to cut off the side of the box but you need the original box undamaged to send the phone back. You go to their site to get something done and they tell you oh, you have to call corporate. On the way home I stop to get a drink and call corporate what do they say? You have to be in-store to have it done. Wanted to get some screen protectors and otter box...they dont have any but will have a truck on one of 2 days. Clerk said theyd call. My wife calls the day after the latest day and theyre sold out from the truck and didnt call. Not to mention the service in the county is AWFUL. Id be better off with a string and 2 cans or sending smoke signals. I can go out of the county though and talk with stores and they are so helpful and can get you what you want. No idea why this store is so useless.

Manager Marisela was a great help! We were having problems with new phones we had bought on-line and used our old AT&T SIM Cards. On our first visit to her store she placed the old cards in the new phones and we were on our way. When we realized we could not send Text messages with MMS or photos we went back to the store but the female employee there at the time did not appear interested in helping us and suggested we take the phones somewhere else. After searching online for fixes to our problem we went back to the AT&T Store while Marisela was on duty. Marisela was not sure how to fix our problem but persisted and was able to adjust the settings on our phones and our problem was fixed. Thank you Marisela!
